Description
実質的に円板形の金属ケーシング70は減衰部材60の他端部に、ケーシング70の一方の面に固定した互いに間隔を置いた1対の取付板72a、72bにより又各取付板72a、72b及び減衰部材60の互いに整合した穴を貫いて延びる3個のボルト74により連結してある。図示してないが減衰部材62の他端部は、それぞれ取付板72a、72b及びボルト74と同じ1対の互いに間隔を置いた取付板及びボルトによりケーシング70に連結するのはもちろんである。ケーシング70は、適当なすきまをおいて軸10を受入れる中心穴70aを持つ。

Claims (5)
- エラストマー質部材と、それぞれこのエラストマー質部材の互いに対向する面に固定した2枚の板部材とを備えた減衰部材。
- さらに付加的なエラストマー質部材と、それぞれこの付加的エラストマー質部材の互いに対向する面に固定した2枚の付加的板部材とを備え、前記各エラストマー質部材及びそれぞれ対応する板部材を前記付加的エラストマー質部材に協働する板部材に接触し接合した第1の前記エラストマー質部材に協働する板部材に重ね合わせた関係に配置し、前記各接触板部材を互いに接合した請求項1の減衰部材。
- さらに第3のエラストマー質部材と、それぞれ前記第1のエラストマー質部材の互いに対向する面に固定した2枚の板部材とを備え、前記第3のエラストマー質部材の厚さを前記の後者の板部材の厚さより厚くし、前記各エラストマー質部材及びその対応する板部材を他のエラストマー質部材のうちの1つの部材に協働する板部材に接触し接合した前記第3のエラストマー質部材に協働する板部材に対し重ね合わせた関係に配置し、前記各接触板部材を互いに接合した請求項2の減衰部材。
- 前記各エラストマー質部材をそれぞれの前記各板部材の間に成形した請求項3の減衰部材。
- 複数枚の板を互いに平行に間隔を置いた関係に位置させる段階と、互いに隣接する板の間にこれ等の板の対応する端部に1対のブロックを配置して各対の互いに隣接する板とそれぞれ対応するブロックとの間に空洞を形成する段階と、これ等の空洞内にエラストマー質材料から成る接合材を成形する段階とを包含する、減衰部材の製造方法。
