Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stretchable sheet by attaching a stretchable member made of an elastic material such as rubber thread to a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric or a plastic film, and a disposable wearing article.
Disposable wearing articles such as disposable diapers and disposable pants are required to be able to expand and contract around the waist, around the legs, around the torso, etc., in order to improve the adhesion to the wearer. Although it is conceivable to use a woven fabric (stretch fabric) in which the material itself has a stretching force, it is expensive to use for a disposable wearing article. For this reason, usually, a thread-like or belt-like stretchable member is bonded to a nonwoven fabric or a plastic film in a stretched state so that these non-stretchable sheets can be stretched.
In order to continuously manufacture such a stretchable sheet, the stretchable member is unwound from the roll and applied with a predetermined tension to the nonstretchable sheet while the nonstretchable sheet is unrolled from the roll. The method is adopted. However, it may be necessary to intermittently provide a portion that does not need to be stretched and a stretchable portion in the traveling direction of the seat because of the form of the disposable wearing article or the convenience of cutting into individual products.
For parts that do not need to be expanded and contracted, it may be possible to apply the tension to the sheet without applying tension to the expansion / contraction member, but it is possible to quickly switch between the tensioned state and the state where no tension is applied. It is difficult.
Therefore, usually, the adhesive is intermittently applied to the sheet, the adhesive application portion and the non-application portion are alternately provided on the sheet along the sheet running direction, and the elastic member present in the adhesive non-application portion is cut. Thus, the non-stretchable part is provided. In the adhesive non-applied part, since the elastic member is not bonded to the sheet, the elastic member cut at one place is pulled toward the elastic member bonded to the sheet to relax and stay there. .
As a method of cutting the elastic member, the elastic member is provided between the first roll having a continuous linear convex portion (single blade) continuous along the roll width direction and the second roll facing the first roll. There is one that attempts to cut the elastic member by passing the arranged sheet and applying pressure or heating by the linear convex portion of the first roll.
However, in this conventional method, since the cutting force is applied in a continuous line shape along the roll width direction, the sheet may be broken when the cutting force is applied to a portion where the elastic member does not exist. It was. In addition, even when the sheet does not reach breakage, a sheet of nonwoven fabric or the like is formed into a film by thermocompression bonding, so that one seal line with a hard tactile sensation remains across the portion where the elastic member does not exist. When this was done, there was a problem that both the appearance and the feeling of wearing were insufficient.
Therefore, a main problem of the present invention is to enable cutting of the elastic member without fear of sheet breakage.

By setting it as this structure, an expansion-contraction member can be cut | disconnected reliably.

The said convex part is a manufacturing method of the elastic sheet of
<作用>
<Action>
In particular, when the plurality of convex portions are separated from each other, if they are arranged in a staggered manner, the elastic member is surely cut. When the shape of the convex portion is linear or rhombus, staggered arrangement is facilitated and the appearance is improved.
<Invention of Claim 3>
As the first roll, a plurality of convex portions having an axial length of 1 to 25 mm and a circumferential width of the roll of 0.5 to 15 mm are arranged at a spacing of 1 to 25 mm in the axial direction of the roll, and The manufacturing method of the elastic sheet of
<作用>
<Action>
Since the cutting force does not act on the elastic member of the part other than the convex part, the part where the elastic member in the roll axis direction is not cut and the cut part are produced, and the pull-in by cutting the elastic member becomes partial, It is a sheet having a good foreign body feeling and a good fit.
In addition, since the cutting force does not act between the convex portions, the sheet corresponding to the portion between the convex portions even if the cutting force acts to cut the sheet in the roll axis direction. Is prevented from being cut off. Therefore, even if the sheet is partially cut, it is unlikely to break. It is also possible to cut the sheet partially to improve the air permeability of the sheet.
Further, if the size of the convex portion is in the range described in claim 3 , the elastic member can be cut reliably, and the area of the seal portion is reduced, so that the touch is also improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 4B shows a pattern in which rhombic convex portions are arranged in a staggered manner. A row of groups of convex portions in which the rhombic
The length S 1 of the linear protrusion and the long axis S 2 of the rhombus are preferably in the range of 1 to 25 mm, more preferably 5 to 25 mm. Further, it is preferable that the distances D 1 and S 1 between the adjacent convex portions are the same or S 1 is longer. Because of the staggered arrangement, the elastic member positioned between the
The width W 1 of the linear protrusion and the short axis W 2 of the rhombus are preferably 0.5 to 15 mm. If it is thinner than 0.5 mm, the elastic member may not be cut. If it is thicker than 15 mm, the area of the seal portion becomes too large, and the feeling of touch may deteriorate. For W 2 , the lower limit is more preferably 1 mm or more.
The distance between the rows of the group of convex portions is not particularly limited, but M 1 or M 2 is preferably 5 to 25 mm. The shape of the convex portion is not limited to the above-mentioned linear shape and rhombus shape, but can be applied to diagonal lines, circular shapes, triangular shapes, star shapes, other polygonal shapes, and the like. It can be changed according to each row of convex portions.
FIG. 5 schematically shows a state where the elastic member is cut. In the figure, it is assumed that the vehicle is traveling downward.
On the other hand, FIG. 6 shows a cutting mode in the case of the above-mentioned rhombic
With the above configuration, the stretchable member is cut, a large number of small seal portion groups are formed in the non-stretchable portion, and the upper and lower sheets are joined also in the adhesive application portion. Since each seal part is spaced apart and small one by one, even if it is formed into a film by heat sealing, it does not cause discomfort to the wearer compared to the case of a long continuous line.
(Reference form)
In place of the embossed heat roll having the convex portions spaced apart from each other in the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, it has a concave group having a length of 1 to 25 mm and a width of 0.5 to 15 mm. The thing which uses the embossed heat roll which has the grid | lattice-like

What is necessary is just to change the arrangement | positioning part of an emboss pattern according to the attachment position of an expansion-contraction member.
(F) The adhesive in the present invention can be applied to either one or both of the upper and lower sheets. Also, an adhesive can be applied to the elastic member. Further, the adhesive may be applied to the sheet or the like discontinuously (see FIG. 1) or continuously (see FIG. 2) along the longitudinal direction, or entirely except a part, all or part of the sheet. it can.
(G) As shown in FIG. 8, the cutting site in the present invention may be an adhesive application part X or an adhesive non-application part Y.
(H) In the above example, the form in which the elastic member is sandwiched between the pair of upper and lower sheets is shown. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the present invention can be applied to the case where the elastic member is arranged and fixed on one sheet or a multilayer sheet. It is possible to apply an elastic member cutting method.
The effects of the above embodiment are summarized as follows.
That is, since an embossed heat roll having convex groups arranged in a staggered manner or an embossed heat seal having lattice-shaped convex portions is used, the elastic member is always cut at the time of heat sealing by any convex portion.
In the case of a staggered arrangement, since the individual convex portions are separated, the sheet that does not contact the convex portion is not cut, and the convex portion is small, so the sheet that contacts the convex portion is cut. Absent. Since the grid-like array base is formed with a thin grid-like seal portion in a certain area, the feel given to the wearer is soft, the appearance is beautiful, and sheet cutting is prevented.
Also, since the cutting force does not act on the elastic members other than the convex portions, there are portions where the elastic members in the roll axis direction are not cut and portions that are cut, and the pulling in by cutting the elastic members is partial. Thus, the sheet is less worn and has good wearability.
Furthermore, when adopting a configuration in which a non-application part and an application part are intermittently provided during the application of a hot melt adhesive, an elastic sheet having alternating stretch parts and non-stretch parts can be continuously produced, preferable. In this case, there is also an advantage that the non-stretchable portion can be joined by a seal.
When the stretchable sheet obtained by the present invention is used as a wearing article, the seal area is small, the seal parts are spaced apart in a zigzag form, or are formed in a lattice shape with spaces, so the appearance is beautiful, There is also an advantage that no discomfort such as pain is given to the wearer.
Next, an example of application to a disposable wearing article will be described in detail by pulling an example of a pants-type disposable diaper. In the present invention, the right and left side edges on the abdominal side and the left and right side edges on the back side are used when using the diaper. The present invention can also be applied to so-called tape-type disposable diapers to be joined.

Standing cuffs BA, BA for protruding around the use surface are formed on both sides of the absorbent

On the other hand, at the front and rear end portions in the longitudinal direction, the standing portion equivalent portion (extension portion of the standing portion B1) B11 is directed to the article in the state toward the center side of the article, specifically, liquid-permeable, by hot melt adhesive or the like. It is fixed to the outer surface of the
Further, at least one of the

Furthermore, in this example, the lifting

On the other hand, in the front body F and the back body B, a waistline opening is provided between the nonwoven fabrics of the

In the illustrated example, the lower abdomen
Further, the thread rubber used as the lower abdomen
Thus, as can be seen from FIG. 12 showing the diaper surface side, a part of the absorber AB is discontinuously formed in the part from the
On the other hand, FIG. 13 shows another embodiment of the disposable diaper, which is a rectangular main body
In the main body
In the above example, the lower abdomen elastic member is formed discontinuously and the buttocks elastic member is formed continuously. Conversely, the lower abdominal elastic member is continuously formed from the one side joint to the other side joint. In addition, a part or all of the absorber is discontinuously formed in the part from the one side joint part to the other side joint part of the heel part elastic member, or the elastic member of the lower abdominal part and the buttock part as described later It is also possible to discontinuously form a part or all of the absorber in the part from the one-side joint part to the other-side joint part.

In the above example, the stretchable sheet of the present invention was used to provide the lower abdomen stretchable member and the buttocks stretchable member. However, the stretchable sheet of the present invention can also be applied to other parts to which stretchability is desired (for example, waist It can also be used to provide a telescopic member, a leg-surrounding elastic member, and the like.
