Abstract
【解決手段】バイオマス原料を嫌気性発酵槽に投入する際に、該嫌気性発酵槽又は前記バイオマス原料中に、メタン生成菌又は水素生成菌の酸化ストレスを解消するラジカル捕獲剤及び又は嫌気性発酵槽内でラジカル捕獲剤を生成する物質を添加して、嫌気性発酵を行うことを特徴とする嫌気性発酵方法。

Description
バイオマス原料を嫌気性発酵槽に投入する際に、該嫌気性発酵槽又は前記バイオマス原料中に、メタン生成菌又は水素生成菌の酸化ストレスを解消するラジカル捕獲剤及び又は嫌気性発酵槽内でラジカル捕獲剤を生成する物質を添加して、嫌気性発酵を行うことを特徴とする嫌気性発酵方法。
前記ラジカル捕獲剤が、硫黄系の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の嫌気性発酵方法。
前記硫黄系の化合物が、硫化物イオン、水硫化物イオン、亜硫酸イオン又は硫酸イオンを解離によって生成する化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の嫌気性発酵方法。
バイオマス原料を嫌気性発酵槽に投入する際に、該嫌気性発酵槽又は前記バイオマス原料中に、メタン生成菌又は水素生成菌の酸化ストレスを解消するラジカル捕獲剤及び又は嫌気性発酵槽内でラジカル捕獲剤を生成する物質を添加して、嫌気性発酵を行い、得られたバイオガス及び消化液を、硫黄酸化細菌を担持した充填層を有する気液接触塔に導入し、精製バイオガスを得ると共に前記消化液中の硫化物イオンを硫酸イオンに再生することを特徴とする生物脱硫方法。
前記ラジカル捕獲剤が、硫黄系の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の生物脱硫方法。
前記硫黄系の化合物が、硫化物イオン、水硫化物イオン、亜硫酸イオン又は硫酸イオンを解離によって生成する化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の生物脱硫方法。
再生された硫酸イオンを含む液を、前記ラジカル捕獲剤を生成する物質を含む液として再利用することを特徴とする請求項4、5又は6記載の生物脱硫方法。
図3に示す容量10Lのハンドル50付きの攪拌用パドル51を備えたメタン発酵実験槽52を用いて分別回収した生ごみの高温(55℃)メタン発酵実験を行った。
実施例2において、バイオマスに硫酸を加えて、pH4.0〜4.5に低下させて水素発酵実験を行った。

Claims (7)
- バイオマス原料を嫌気性発酵槽に投入する際に、該嫌気性発酵槽又は前記バイオマス原料中に、メタン生成菌又は水素生成菌の酸化ストレスを解消するラジカル捕獲剤及び又は嫌気性発酵槽内でラジカル捕獲剤を生成する物質を添加して、嫌気性発酵を行うことを特徴とする嫌気性発酵方法。
- 前記ラジカル捕獲剤が、硫黄系の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の嫌気性発酵方法。
- 前記硫黄系の化合物が、硫化物イオン、水硫化物イオン、亜硫酸イオン又は硫酸イオンを解離によって生成する化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の嫌気性発酵方法。
- バイオマス原料を嫌気性発酵槽に投入する際に、該嫌気性発酵槽又は前記バイオマス原料中に、メタン生成菌又は水素生成菌の酸化ストレスを解消するラジカル捕獲剤及び又は嫌気性発酵槽内でラジカル捕獲剤を生成する物質を添加して、嫌気性発酵を行い、得られたバイオガス及び消化液を、硫黄酸化細菌を担持した充填層を有する気液接触塔に導入し、精製バイオガスを得ると共に前記消化液中の硫化物イオンを硫酸イオンに再生することを特徴とする生物脱硫方法。
- 前記ラジカル捕獲剤が、硫黄系の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の生物脱硫方法。
- 前記硫黄系の化合物が、硫化物イオン、水硫化物イオン、亜硫酸イオン又は硫酸イオンを解離によって生成する化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の生物脱硫方法。
- 再生された硫酸イオンを含む液を、前記ラジカル捕獲剤を生成する物質を含む液として再利用することを特徴とする請求項4、5又は6記載の生物脱硫方法。
