Abstract
【解決手段】RFIDタグは、コンテナ又はパレットのような目的物に組み込み可能な多面タグである。このタグ及び/又はこのタグ/前記目的物の結合物は、前記目的物の場所を追跡するための方法に使用できる。当該多面タグは、ある目的物がより容易に追跡されることを可能とすると共に、この目的物に対する追跡方法の信頼性を向上させることができる。

Claims (25)
- アンテナと、前記アンテナと電気的に通じるデータ記憶手段と、前記アンテナ及び前記データ記憶手段を保持するための基材とを備え、第1の面を占有するタグの第1の部分と、第2の面を占有するタグの第2の部分とを形成するために、タグ位置に曲げ部を設けたことを特徴とする多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 前記基材が、紙,厚紙,エチレンアセテート,ポリスチレン,ポリカーボネート,ポリプロピレン,ポリエチレン,ポリウレタン,ポリエステル,ポリオレフィン,ポリアミド,ビニール,シリコーン,ゴム系接着剤,アクリル系接着剤,水溶性接着剤,ポリエチレンテレフタレート,ポリエチレンナフタレート,ポリエーテルイミド,ポリエーテルエーテルケトン,ポリスルホン,ポリフェニレンスルホン,ポリエーテルスルホン,ポリ塩化ビニール,ポリエステル,ポリイミド,そしてそれらの合成物から選択された材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 基材が、ポリプロピレン及びポリエステルから選択された材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 前記アンテナは、リードフレームアンテナ,ダイポールアンテナ及びダブルダイポールアンテナから選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 前記アンテナがダブルダイポールアンテナであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 約0.1mmから約2.0mmまでの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 約0.3mmから約1.2mmまでの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 前記曲げ部の位置が、データ記憶装置の位置に対して約5mmから約10mm離されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の多面無線周波数識別タグ。
- 目的物と、前記目的物に取り付けられた多面無線周波数識別タグとを備え、前記多面無線周波数識別タグは、アンテナと、前記アンテナと電気的に通じるデータ記憶手段と、前記アンテナ及び前記データ記憶手段を保持するための基材とを備えると共に、第1の面を占有するタグの第1の部分と、第2の面を占有するタグの第2の部分とを形成するために、タグ位置に曲げ部を設けたことを特徴とする被追跡目的物。
- 前記目的物が、枠箱,コンテナ及びパレットから選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記多面無線周波数識別タグが、前記目的物の内部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記多面無線周波数識別タグが、前記目的物の外部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記多面無線周波数識別タグが、目的物の少なくとも1つの壁に埋め込まれたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記多面無線周波数識別タグが、ネジ,ツメ,止め金,接着剤,ホットメルト接着剤,そしてそれらの組み合わせから選択された締結手段を使用して前記目的物へ取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記基材が、紙,厚紙,エチレンアセテート,ポリスチレン,ポリカーボネート,ポリプロピレン,ポリエチレン,ポリウレタン,ポリエステル,ポリオレフィン,ポリアミド,ビニール,シリコーン,ゴム系接着剤,アクリル系接着剤,水溶性接着剤,ポリエチレンテレフタレート,ポリエチレンナフタレート,ポリエーテルイミド,ポリエーテルエーテルケトン,ポリスルホン,ポリフェニレンスルホン,ポリエーテルスルホン,ポリ塩化ビニール,ポリエステル,ポリイミド,そしてそれらの合成物から選択された材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 基材が、ポリプロピレン及びポリエステルから選択された材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項15記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記アンテナは、リードフレームアンテナ,ダイポールアンテナ及びダブルダイポールアンテナから選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記アンテナがダブルダイポールアンテナであることを特徴とする請求項17記載の被追跡目的物。
- 約0.1mmから約2.0mmまでの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 約0.3mmから約1.2mmまでの厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項19記載の被追跡目的物。
- 前記曲げ部の位置が、データ記憶装置の位置に対して約5mmから約10mm離されたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の被追跡目的物。
- 少なくとも1つの無線周波数識別タグが目的物の異なる面に位置合わせされたような、少なくとも1つの無線周波数識別タグを目的物へ取り付けるステップと、前記目的物に取り付けられた前記無線周波数識別タグをスキャンすると共に、前記目的物に関するデータをデータ記憶場所へ送信するために第1の場所に設置された第1の無線周波数識別質問器を使用するステップと、前記目的物に取り付けられた前記無線周波数識別タグをスキャンすると共に、前記目的物に関するデータをデータ記憶場所へ送信するために第2の場所に設置された第2の無線周波数識別質問器を使用するステップと、前記第1の無線周波数識別質問器及び前記第2の無線周波数識別質問器によりスキャンされたデータを使用して前記目的物を追跡するステップとを備えたことを特徴とする目的物追跡方法。
- 前記無線周波数識別タグをスキャンすると共に前記目的物に関するデータをデータ記憶場所へ送信し、かつ少なくとも1つの追加無線周波数識別質問器によりスキャンされたデータを使用して目的物を追跡するために、少なくとも1つの追加場所に設置された前記少なくとも1つの追加無線周波数識別質問器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項22記載の目的物追跡方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無線周波数識別タグは、アンテナと、前記アンテナと電気的に通じるデータ記憶手段と、前記アンテナ及び前記データ記憶手段を保持するための基材とを備えると共に、第1の面を占有するタグの第1の部分と、第2の面を占有するタグの第2の部分とを形成するために、タグ位置に曲げ部を設けた多面無線周波数識別タグから成ることを特徴とする請求項22記載の目的物追跡方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの無線周波数識別タグは、少なくとも2つの無線周波数識別タグから成り、前記2つの無線周波数識別タグは、前記2つの無線周波数識別タグが前記目的物の異なる面上に位置合わせされたような異なる位置で目的物へ取り付けられたものであることを特徴とする請求項22記載の目的物追跡方法。
