Claims (9)
- タービン軸が軸受支持されるハウジング中間部材を有する、特に質量流を生じさせるためのターボ機械である流体機械であって、
前記ハウジング中間部材はタービン側がタービンハウジングの一部をなすように、そして圧縮機側が圧縮機ハウジングの一部をなすように形成され、
タービン側には、前記ハウジング中間部材にタービン軸に対して接線方向の入口接合管部が設けられるとともにタービンハウジングにタービン軸方向の出口接合管部が設けられ、
圧縮機側には、前記ハウジング中間部材にタービン軸に対して接線方向の出口接合管部が設けられるとともに圧縮機ハウジングにタービン軸方向の入口接合管部が設けられ、
圧縮機側及び/或はタービン側に蓋部材が取り付けられて該蓋部材がハウジングの一部を形成し、前記ハウジング中間部材にはタービン側及び/或は圧縮機側のスパイラル通路が設けられた流体機械。 - 前記蓋部材はハウジング中間部材側が基本的に平坦状に形成されている請求項1記載の流体機械。
- 前記両スパイラル通路は前記ハウジング中間部材部分と前記蓋部材部分により形成されている前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の流体機械。
- 特にタービン側のスパイラル通路がタービン軸方向に一定の最大深さを有し、通路断面積の変更はスパイラル通路をタービン軸に対して半径方向に広げることにより行なうようにした前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の流体機械。
- 前記スパイラル通路をその最大深さを一定に限定することにより互いに随意の回転角度位置を取らせ、これにより前記接線方向の接合管部を互いに随意の角度に配置可能とした請求項4記載の流体機械。
- 少なくとも一つの接合管部は屈曲されてタービン軸と平行に延びる前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の流体機械。
- 両接線方向接合管部がタービン軸の軸線に対して異なる角度に設けられた請求項6記載の流体機械。
- 前記接線方向接合管部がタービン側の蓋部材及び/或は圧縮機側の蓋部材に設けられた前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の流体機械。
- 蓋部材とハウジング中間部材間の分割面が基本的にスパイラル通路の断面の中央に位置する請求項1記載の流体機械。
