Description

The present invention relates to a track-and-route type transportation device.

The track-and-route transport device and the track-and-rail vehicle are a transport device and a vehicle that can travel on the track and on the ground surface.
In order to be able to travel on the track and on the ground surface, it is necessary to be able to switch the type of wheels of the transport device.
Many conventional road-rail vehicles are based on automobiles, and the following methods have been adopted for switching the road.

<1> Rotating support base method. (Fig. 4)
This method moves on the ground to the entering track, stops the vehicle in a direction orthogonal to the track at a place such as a railroad crossing, and overhangs the rotation support base a installed at the lower center of the vehicle by hydraulic pressure, etc. Alternatively, the vehicle is rotated in the track direction by a turntable or the like.
The vehicle is turned in the traveling direction of the track, and then the jack d of the track traveling iron wheel b is extended, and the tire c is switched to the iron wheel b to enter the track. Therefore, when traveling on the track, the vehicle travels with the jack d extended.

<2> Switching back method. (Fig. 5)
In this method, the vehicle is not equipped with a rotation support stand, and the railroad vehicle is turned over several times at a place such as a railroad crossing to align the vehicle in the direction of the track, and then the jack d of the track running wheel b is extended to adjust the position. It is a method of getting into the track according to the track. Therefore, when traveling on the track, the vehicle travels with the jack d extended.

<3> Structure of a well-known track-and-rail vehicle.
The thing described in patent document 1 is known as an example of another railroad vehicle.
This device is a track-and-rail vehicle with lateral pulling wheels arranged in a direction perpendicular to the track, and when the power unit stops when the railway track maintenance track-and-rail vehicle stops, the track work machine can be quickly evacuated to the outside of the railway. It is a device for making it.

<4> Loading method.
Since the above-mentioned track-and-rail vehicle has a structure in which it enters into the track at a narrow site such as a railroad crossing, a vehicle with a long vehicle length cannot be used. For this reason, we do not consider transporting long heavy objects such as steel and steel bars.
Therefore, long heavy objects are loaded on a cart or open car that is waiting on the track. In that case, a heavy object is generally loaded directly from a position away from the track using a crane. In other words, a method of towing or self-propelling a track carriage or a non-covered vehicle is used.
JP 2006-15931 A.

The conventional track-and-rail vehicle described above has the following problems.
<1> Problems with the rotation support system.
When a long heavy object is loaded on a short track-and-rail vehicle, a large space is required to rotate the vehicle body, and labor and time are required for rotation and alignment of the vehicle body. In addition, rotating a vehicle loaded with a long heavy object around an axis in a single leg state is very dangerous because there is a risk of collapsing or falling.

<2> Problems with the switching method.
Although it is not impossible to load a long heavy load even with a short track-and-rail vehicle, if a similar entry method is used for a vehicle loaded with such a long heavy load, it will be more than the method using a rotating support base. A large space is required, and much effort and time are required for rotation and alignment of the vehicle body.

<3> Both problems.
As a problem common to both of the above, both the rotation support method and the turnover method use a general railroad crossing that is not very wide, not a special loading place or facility, for entering the business line track. Because there are many, there is a problem that it is difficult to take a large space to change the track.
In addition, it is not practical to change the roadway of a railroad vehicle loaded with a long heavy load using a general railroad crossing because the time for traffic regulation becomes longer and influences such as traffic congestion occur.
There is no track-and-rail vehicle with a sufficiently long vehicle length that can be used to mount a long heavy object such as a trailer base because of the space required for such an entry, allowable axle weight, safety, and the like.

<4> Problems with loading long heavy objects.
Since there is no track-and-rail vehicle that can carry a long heavy object, it is loaded into a long cart or uncovered vehicle waiting on the track using a crane from a remote position. In that case, since there is a railway facility such as a high-voltage feeder or trolley line above the railway line, the work can be performed only when the electricity supply is stopped for the purpose of preventing an electrical accident or the like. For this reason, there is a great restriction on securing the construction work time including the transportation time.
On the other hand, when carrying in and transporting from a location such as a motor pool or service line that does not affect the business line into the track, loading on the carriage by crane work is possible if a location where there is no railway facility such as a feeder or trolley line is used. There is no impact on the construction time, and it is possible to enter after the track is closed.
However, since such a place is generally separated from the construction site, the transfer distance to the construction site becomes longer, and due to the adjustment of operation with other rail vehicles until going to the construction site. It takes time and there are problems such as inability to carry in, carry out, and carry as needed to the construction site.
For these reasons, there has been a demand for a track-type long object transporting device that can travel on the ground, particularly with long heavy objects loaded, and can enter the orbit from any location.

<5> Features of Patent Document 1.
The invention described in Patent Document 1 is a working machine that can cause a vehicle body to escape from a track in an emergency. In other words, it is a device that is mainly a work vehicle that travels on a track and that has a lateral pulling device attached thereto. Therefore, it is not a structure in which the part traveling on the track and the part traveling on the ground are separated. In addition, the track running body and the horizontal pulling device are each provided with a jack, and the track travels while the jack is extended during the track running.
As described above, the invention described in Patent Document 1 has a different purpose and configuration from the invention described in the present claim, and thus cannot discuss the problems as the prior art.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the track-type transport device according to the present invention includes a track traveling body and a ground traveling body, and the track traveling body is provided with a loading platform and a rotating shaft below the loading platform. It consists of two attached bogies and wheels for track running attached to each bogie, and the ground running body is a support beam to which the track running body is attached, and a strut that supports the support beam and can be expanded and contracted. And a gantry that supports the column and a ground traveling wheel attached to the gantry. The ground traveling wheel rotates in a direction substantially orthogonal to the rotational direction of the orbital traveling wheel. It is characterized by a track-and-route transport device configured to obtain.

Since the track-type transport device of the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
<1> It is possible to travel on the ground in a direction perpendicular to the track in a state where a load is loaded on the loading platform. Therefore, the loading platform can be positioned in a direction parallel to the track, and the ground wheel can be used to enter the track. It is possible to place it on the rail accurately in a short time with simple rail alignment work.
<2> As mentioned above, the conventional track-and-route transportation device is based on an automobile and is premised on entering the track from the railroad crossing, so the vehicle length is short and a long heavy object such as a long steel material. Could not be transported.
For this purpose, a method has been adopted in which long heavy objects are loaded directly onto a truck or unloader truck that is waiting on a track using a crane from a remote position.
However, in the apparatus of the present invention, since it is possible to travel on the ground with a long heavy object loaded on the loading platform, the long heavy object is loaded on the loading platform in the work yard, traveled on the ground surface, You can get into the track from the position and enter the track.
Therefore, it has become possible to carry a long heavy object onto the track from an arbitrary position without carrying out a direct loading operation on a truck on the track with a crane that is greatly affected by the presence of the high-voltage electric wire.
<3> The ground traveling body is attached to two places on the track traveling body,
Stable running on the ground is possible even when long heavy objects are loaded. Further, by not matching the rotational speed and the direction of the ground traveling wheels of the ground traveling body attached to the two places, the direction of the rail-type transport device can be freely changed and traveled.
<4> If the two parts, the front end and the rear end of the track traveling body, are mounted on the receiving beams of different ground traveling bodies so that they can be coupled together, it is stable with heavy loads loaded. Switching between track running and ground running is possible.
<5> Generally, the movement by the ground traveling body is a short distance in the work yard, and the traveling of the track is a relatively long distance. In such a case, in the device of the present invention, the strut is shortened when traveling over a long distance on the track, so that the force from the side does not act on the hydraulic cylinder or the like that expands or contracts the strut and does not cause a failure. . In that respect, in many conventional track-and-route transportation devices, many devices travel a long distance on the track with the hydraulic cylinder extended, causing a failure of the hydraulic cylinder that is weak against side pressure.
<6> Since the ground traveling body and the track traveling body are detachable, if the ground traveling body is used independently, the ground traveling body can be attached to an existing track carriage or train. It can be configured very economically.
<7> If the ground traveling body is used independently, emergency work such as retracting a partially derailed vehicle out of the track or returning it to the track can be performed easily and easily.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

<1> Overall configuration. (Figure 1)
The track-and-route transportation device of the present invention includes a track traveling body 1 and a ground traveling body 2.

<2> Track running body 1.
The track traveling body 1 includes a loading platform 11, two bogies 12 attached to the bottom of the loading platform 11 via a rotating shaft 14, and wheels 13 for track traveling mounted on each bogie 12.
It is desirable that the loading platform 11 has a length and a loading strength sufficient to mount a long heavy material such as a long steel material or a reinforcing bar.
The track running wheel 13 is a general railway iron wheel.
If the power source 15 arranged under the loading platform 11 or an external commercial power source is used, the wheels 13 can be rotated and self-propelled.

<3> Ground traveling body 2.
The ground traveling body 2 includes a horizontal receiving beam 21, support columns 22 that support both ends of the receiving beam 21, a frame 23 that supports the lower end of the column 22, and ground traveling wheels 24 attached to the frame 23. To do.
The pillars 22 on both sides are connected by horizontal receiving beams 21 to form an H-shaped frame.
This receiving beam is a beam for mounting or mounting the track traveling body.
The struts 22 at both ends of the receiving beam 21 are constituted by double cylinders, and hydraulic cylinders are installed in the vertical direction inside the columns.
By supplying pressure oil to the hydraulic cylinder, the support column 22 can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction.
A device other than the hydraulic cylinder can be used as long as it is a device capable of extending and retracting the support column 22 in the vertical direction.
The axle of the ground traveling wheel 24 is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the receiving beam 21.
That is, the ground traveling wheel 24 rotates in a direction substantially orthogonal to the orbital traveling wheel 13.
The “substantially orthogonal direction” is because the orbital wheels 13 are attached to the bogies 12 and the bogies 12 can be rotated by the support columns 14 so that the exact direction is not determined.
Actually, when the track traveling wheel is placed on the track, the ground traveling wheel 24 rotates in a direction orthogonal to the track.
As the ground running wheel 24, for example, a plurality of rubber tires of an automobile are integrated and arranged in parallel.

<4> Bonding of both.
Two places of the track traveling body 1, preferably the foremost part and the rearmost part thereof, are mounted on the receiving beams 21 of the separate ground traveling bodies 2 or attached by another configuration.
Then, for example, a vertical bolt is inserted from above the track traveling body 1 and fastened with a nut to integrally couple the track traveling body 1 and the ground traveling body 2.
The two can be separated by pulling out the vertical bolt between them.
If both are integrated, the track traveling body 1 with the ground traveling body 2 attached to the front and rear is completed.
Each ground traveling body 2 is provided with a unique driving source, and the driving source is operated in a state where an operator is accompanied to move the entire body.

<5> Running on the ground. (Figure 2)
When the track-type transport device of the present invention travels on the ground, the support 22 of the ground traveling body 2 is extended in the vertical direction.
Then, the ground traveling wheel 24 comes into contact with the ground surface, and at the same time, the track traveling wheel 13 rises from the track surface.
In that state, for example, the vehicle moves on its own in the loading yard.
And if a high voltage line etc. do not exist and it reaches the favorable position of a scaffold, a long steel material etc. will be loaded on the loading platform 11.
Once loaded on the loading platform 11, the ground traveling wheels 24 are driven to get into the track from the direction orthogonal to the track.

<6> Change of direction when traveling on the ground.
Since the ground traveling wheel 24 provided on the ground traveling body 1 rotates in a direction substantially orthogonal to the traveling direction of the track traveling wheel 13, the track traveling body 1 is normally positioned as a track when the ground traveling wheel 24 is driven. Move in the orthogonal direction.
However, if the rotational speeds of the ground traveling wheels 24 attached before and after the track traveling body 1 are set to different rotational speeds, or if one of the rotations is stopped, a part of the ground traveling wheels 24 slips on the spot, The direction of travel can be changed gradually.
Even if the rotation direction of the ground traveling wheel 24 is determined in this way, the traveling direction is changed during ground traveling if the two ground traveling bodies 2 are attached to positions separated from the track traveling body 1. Is possible and can be approached to a desired position.

<7> Track travel. (Figure 3)
When the track-and-route transportation device is positioned on the track, the support 22 of the ground traveling body 2 is shortened in the vertical direction.
Then, the loading platform 11 is lowered, and the track traveling wheel 13 eventually comes into contact with the track surface.
When the support 22 is further shortened, the ground traveling wheel 24 rises from the ground surface.
In this state, the track traveling wheel 13 is used to travel on the track to a predetermined position to move the load on the loading platform 11.

<8> The ground traveling body 2 is used alone.
In the above description, the ground traveling body 2 is used in combination with the track traveling body 1.
However, since the basic structure of the track traveling body 1 is the same as that of a general track work vehicle, lidless car, or carriage, if a dedicated receiving frame or the like is attached to the receiving beam 21 of the ground traveling body 2, a ready-made frame is required. It is also possible to mount a track work vehicle, a non-covered vehicle, etc. on the beam 21 and divert it as a track-and-route transport device.
Also, by using the same method, it is possible to move a vehicle on the track, a part of the vehicle on the ground on a frame and drive the wheel 24 of the ground traveling body 2 to move in a direction orthogonal to the track or in a different direction. The derailed vehicle can be quickly removed from the track or returned to the track.
