Abstract
【解決手段】ケーシング1と、一端側に駆動軸が係合する略円筒状の入力軸2と、該入力軸2の他端側の内周に相対回転自在に保持されるとともに内部に軸方向油路31をもつ出力軸3と、該ケーシング1から該軸方向油路31に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給路と、をもつ車両用トランスファ装置において、前記潤滑油供給路は、前記入力軸2を外周とし前記出力軸3を内周とする環状の空間によって形成された内油密室6と、該内油密室6と前記軸方向油路31とを連通する内導入油路7と、該内油密室6と該入力軸2の外周(外油密室4)とを連通する外導入油路5と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- ケーシングと、該ケーシングによって回転自在に保持され一端側に駆動軸が係合して駆動される略円筒状の入力軸と、該入力軸の他端側の内周に相対回転自在に保持されるとともに該入力軸と直接的あるいは間接的に係合して動力を伝達し内部に軸方向油路をもつ出力軸と、該ケーシングから該出力軸の該軸方向油路に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給路と、をもつ車両用トランスファ装置において、
前記潤滑油供給路は、前記ケーシングと前記入力軸との間に設けられた環状の空間によって形成された外油密室と、
該外油密室と該入力軸の内周とを連通するとともに軸方向他端側に向けて延設された外導入油路と、
該外導入油路に連通し該入力軸と前記出力軸との間に設けられた環状の空間によって形成された内油密室と、
該内油密室と該出力軸の前記軸方向油路とを連通する内導入油路と、からなることを特徴とする車両用トランスファ装置。 - 前記入力軸の一端側から一定長までの内周に前記駆動軸の嵌合するスプライン嵌合部が形成され、前記外油密室は該一定長内に形成され、前記内油密室は該一定長外に形成されている請求項1に記載の車両用トランスファ装置。
- 前記入力軸の回転により駆動されて前記外油密室に潤滑油を圧入するポンプを備える請求項1または2に記載の車両用トランスファ装置。
