Abstract
【解決手段】燃料供給装置の低圧燃料系配管と高圧ポンプとの間に直列的にパルセーションダンパが設けられる。エンジンの始動時には、低圧燃料系配管を介して供給された低圧の燃料が吸気通路噴射用インジェクタから噴射される。パルセーションダンパは、良好な始動性を維持できる燃料の圧力以下の場合には、ばねの押圧力により高圧燃料系配管と低圧燃料系配管とが非連通状態になるように遮断する。

Description
カム210によりポンププランジャー206が下方向に移動しているときであって電磁スピル弁202が開いているときに燃料が導入され(吸い込まれ)、カム210によりポンププランジャー206が上方向に移動しているときに電磁スピル弁202を閉じるタイミングを変更して、高圧燃料ポンプ200から吐出される燃料量を制御する。ポンププランジャー206が上方向に移動している加圧行程中における電磁スピル弁202を閉じる時期が早いほど多くの燃料が吐出され、遅いほど少ない燃料が吐出される。この最も多く吐出される場合の電磁スピル弁202の駆動デューティを100%とし、この最も少なく吐出される場合の電磁スピル弁202の駆動デューティを0%としている。電磁スピル弁202の駆動デューティが0%の場合には、電磁スピル弁202は閉じることなく開いたままの状態になり、第1のカム210が回転している限り(エンジンが回転している限り)ポンププランジャー206は上下方向に摺動するが、電磁スピル弁202が閉じないので、燃料は加圧されない。
Claims (6)
- 低圧ポンプで加圧された燃料を、吸気通路に燃料を噴射する低圧燃料噴射機構に供給する低圧燃料供給系と、
前記低圧燃料供給系から分岐するとともに前記低圧ポンプで加圧された燃料を内燃機関により駆動する高圧ポンプで加圧して、筒内に燃料を噴射する高圧燃料噴射機構に供給する高圧燃料供給系と、
前記高圧ポンプの吸入側に設けられた脈動低減機構とを含み、
前記脈動低減機構は、前記低圧燃料供給系の配管における燃料の圧力が低い場合には、前記低圧燃料供給系の配管と前記高圧燃料供給系の配管とが非連通になるように遮断する閉鎖状態を形成する、内燃機関の燃料供給装置。 - 前記脈動低減機構は、パルセーションダンパであって、
前記パルセーションダンパは、前記燃料の圧力がパルセーションダンパのばねの押圧力よりも低い場合において、前記閉鎖状態を形成する、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。 - 前記パルセーションダンパの上流部において、低圧燃料供給系が分岐されている、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記パルセーションダンパの上流部において、低圧燃料供給系および高圧燃料系供給が分岐されている、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記パルセーションダンパのばね定数は、低圧燃料噴射機構による始動性に基づいて設定される、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
- 前記パルセーションダンパは、前記高圧ポンプの加圧室に対して低圧燃料供給系の配管と直列に設置されている、請求項2に記載の内燃機関の燃料供給装置。
