Abstract
【解決手段】 発電機40とモータ50との間に動力分配装置30を位置させ、動力分配装置30の後方に減速装置60を配置した。そして、駆動輪伝達装置70の後端側が上下に揺動自在になるように駆動輪伝達装置70の前端部を中央収納ケース80の後端部に軸支し、駆動輪伝達装置70の後端部に後輪11bを軸支した。また、動力分配装置30を、サンギア34と、遊星ギア33a,33b,33c,33dと、遊星キャリア32と、リングギア35とで構成した。さらに、ロータ軸41からキャリア軸31を突出させ、突出したキャリア軸31の端部に中間ギア部26を介してクランク軸24の回転を伝達するようにした。また、中央収納ケース80を一体的に形成した。

Claims (7)
- クランク軸を車幅方向に向けて配置されたエンジンと、前記エンジンのクランク軸の回転により発電する発電機と、前記発電機が発生する電力によって駆動し減速装置および駆動輪伝達装置を介して駆動輪を回転させるモータと、前記エンジンで発生するクランク軸の回転駆動力を前記発電機と前記減速装置とに対して分配する動力分配装置とを備えたハイブリッド二輪車であって、
前記発電機と前記モータとの間に前記動力分配装置を位置させた状態で、前記発電機、前記モータおよび前記動力分配装置を、前記クランク軸から後方に離間しかつ前記クランク軸に平行する軸上に配置するとともに、前記動力分配装置の後方に前記減速装置を配置し、前記駆動輪伝達装置の後端側が上下方向に揺動自在になるように、前記駆動輪伝達装置の前端部を前記減速装置を収納する減速装置収納ケースに軸支し、前記駆動輪伝達装置の後端部に前記駆動輪を軸支したことを特徴とするハイブリッド二輪車。 - 前記動力分配装置が、前記発電機のロータ軸と同軸に連結されたサンギア軸を有するサンギアと、前記サンギアの周囲に配置され前記サンギアと噛合する複数の遊星ギアと、前記遊星ギアを回転自在に支持する遊星キャリアと、前記遊星ギアの周囲に配置され前記遊星ギアと噛合するとともに、前記遊星キャリアが備えるキャリア軸を中心に回転自在に設けられて前記キャリア軸の回転力を前記減速装置に伝達するリングギアとで構成されている請求項1に記載のハイブリッド二輪車。
- 前記モータが備えるモータ軸または前記発電機のロータ軸のうちの少なくとも一方の軸および前記サンギアを中空に形成し、それらの中空に前記遊星キャリアのキャリア軸を回転自在に配設した請求項2に記載のハイブリッド二輪車。
- 前記中空に形成されたモータ軸またはロータ軸の軸端から前記キャリア軸を突出させ、突出した前記キャリア軸の端部に駆動力伝達機構を介して前記クランク軸の回転を伝達するようにした請求項3に記載のハイブリッド二輪車。
- 前記動力分配装置を収納する動力分配装置収納ケースと前記減速装置収納ケースとを一体的に形成した請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド二輪車。
- 前記クランク軸を軸支するクランクケースと、前記動力分配装置収納ケースと前記減速装置収納ケースとを一体的に形成した請求項5に記載のハイブリッド二輪車。
- 前記駆動輪伝達装置の前端部を二股状に形成し、この二股状部分のそれぞれの端部を前記減速装置収納ケースの左右両側部に軸支した請求項1ないし6のうちのいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド二輪車。
