  The present invention relates to a drainage trap having a double pipe structure in which a drainage pipe is inserted and fixed to a trap body, and relates to a packing structure for preventing odor from leaking from an assembly part of the trap body and the drainage pipe.
  A drainage trap having a double-pipe structure in which a drainage pipe is inserted and fixed to the trap body is known from Patent Document 1. That is, the trap body has a bottomed cylindrical shape whose upper surface is opened as a drainage outlet that matches a sink and the like, and a drainage part is provided in the middle of the side wall so that a part below the drainage part is a sealed part. Further, the drain pipe is formed in a funnel shape in which a tapered portion that covers the drain port of the trap body at the upper portion and a pipe portion that enters the sealed portion at the lower portion are connected. The drainage pipe is assembled to the trap body by engaging a flange-like engagement portion appropriately provided on the upper portion thereof with a step portion appropriately provided on the upper inner periphery of the trap body.
  According to this double-pipe drainage trap, during normal use, cleaning water flowing through the drainage pipe flows out from the drainage part of the trap body when the sealed part overflows. Also, the upper surface opening (drainage port) of the trap body matches the upper part of the drainage pipe, and the lower part of the drainage pipe is closed by the sealing part, so that the odor generated in the trap body communicates with the drainage pipe.   In addition, patent document 1 does not explain what the seal portion is specifically. However, since it is well known that an O-ring is used as a sealing material or a packing material, it is also conceivable to apply this O-ring to an assembly portion between a trap body and a drain pipe. However, while the O-ring is excellent in sealing performance, it has very high elasticity, so a considerable force is required for assembly, and on the contrary, the assembled product cannot be easily released. On the other hand, it is preferable that the drainage pipe can be easily removed from the viewpoint of maintainability, such as removing the trap body. Therefore, when an O-ring is applied as a sealing material for a double-pipe drainage trap, there is a problem that the resolution is poor and the maintainability is poor. Further, the O-ring has a problem that when the rotational force in the circumferential direction acts, the O-ring tends to be partially biased due to the kinking.
  The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to reliably prevent odor leakage from an assembly portion of a trap body and a drain pipe and to provide a drain trap excellent in resolution. It is.
  In order to achieve the above-described object, in the present invention, a drainage part is established in the middle of the side wall of the bottomed cylindrical part opened on the top surface, and a trap body having a sealing part below the drainage part, and the trap body from the top surface opening. In a drainage trap comprising a funnel-shaped drainage pipe inserted and detachably assembled to the trap body at a position where the lower part enters the sealing part, a stepped portion is formed on the inner peripheral wall upper part of the trap body The means for providing an annular packing having at least one lip for closing the stepped portion in an airtight manner on the outer peripheral wall of the drainage pipe was used.
  According to the above means, the wash water or the like is stored in the trap body through the drain pipe, and the wash water that overflows the sealed water portion is drained through the drain portion. In the present invention performing such a basic action, the assembly portion of the trap body and the drain pipe is sealed by an annular packing having a lip, and odor leakage from the assembly portion is also prevented.
  The annular packing prevents looseness of the drain pipe and maintains close contact with the trap body within a range that does not impede removal, and has a cross section with slits on the outer peripheral surface and lips on the upper and lower sides of the slit. A U-shape is preferable. As another example, it is preferable that the annular packing has an L-shaped cross section in which a lateral piece is a lip. As yet another example, the annular packing preferably has a triangular cross-section with a hollow inner periphery and upper and lower corners as lips.
  In the present invention, an annular packing with a lip having higher deformability than an O-ring is adopted as a seal structure for preventing odor leakage. If the lip is elastically adhered to the step portion of the trap body, higher sealing performance can be obtained. In this case, if the lip is too large or the elastic force is too high, it may be difficult to remove the drain pipe.Therefore, there is a means for setting the outer peripheral diameter of the lip to be the same as the inner peripheral diameter of the step portion of the trap body. Use.
  Furthermore, as long as the drain pipe assembly means is removable, it may have a structure in which the flange is mounted on the stepped portion of the trap body as in the prior art, but it eliminates rattling and provides a sealing function for the annular packing. In order not to be damaged, it is preferable that the drain pipe is fixed by providing a guide groove on the outer periphery of the upper part of the drain pipe and providing a claw that can be rotationally engaged with the guide groove on the inner periphery of the trap body.
  As described above, according to the present invention, since the annular packing with a lip having better deformability than the O-ring is provided in the assembly part of the trap body and the drain pipe, odor leakage from the assembly part is surely prevented. In addition, the drainage pipe has high resolution and can be a drainage trap with excellent maintainability.
  Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an entire drain trap according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which 10 is a trap body, 20 is a drain pipe, and 30 is an annular packing.
  In the case of this embodiment, the trap body 10 is provided with a drainage portion 11 in the middle of the side wall, and a bottomed cylindrical tank body 13 having a sealing portion 12 below the drainage portion 11 and a drainage port body 14 that can be assembled to a sink or the like. And a lock nut 15 screwed into the drain port body 14, and the tank body 13 and the drain port body 14 are integrated by a fastener body 16 via the lock nut 15.
  The drain pipe 20 is formed by connecting a funnel portion 21 that can be assembled to the drain port 14 of the trap body 10 and a pipe portion 22 that enters the sealed portion 12 formed in the tank body 13 of the trap body 10. .
  In the above configuration, the assembly structure of the trap body 10 and the drain pipe 20 will be described in detail. First, the funnel portion 21 of the drain pipe 20 can be inserted into the drain port body 14 which is the upper structure of the trap body 10 with almost no gap. The diameter is set.
