【解決手段】 ケイ酸塩およびカリウム塩を有効成分として含有するコンクリート表面改質剤およびコンクリート表面上に、このコンクリート表面改質剤を塗布するコンクリート表面の改質方法。

Description
表1ないし4に記載の組成物を調製し、それらについて、下記方法により−5℃および−10℃での凍結性を調べた。この結果もそれぞれの表に示す。
各組成物を、−10℃、−5℃の雰囲気下に24時間放置し、放置後の凍結状態を下記基準により調べた。
評 価 : 組成物の状態
○ : 液体
○△ : 若干固体の部分があるがほとんど液体
△ : 半液体状態または半固体状態
△× : 若干液体の部分があるがほとんど固体(シャーベット状)
× : 固体
種々のケイ酸塩について、これにどの程度の量の炭酸カリウムを加えると、−5℃および−10℃で凍結防止が可能であるかを、実施例1の方法により調べた。この結果を表5ないし7に示す。
実施例1で得た組成物のいくつかについて、下記方法により摩耗性および吸水性を調べた。この結果を表8および表9に示す。
水セメント比50%、砂セメント比2の、100×100×5mmのモルタル板に、各組成物を250g/m2で塗布し、7日間養生した。その後、テーバー摩耗試験機(250g荷重)を用い、1000回回転後の摩耗量を測定した。
水セメント比50%、砂セメント比3の、70×70×20mmのモルタル板を作製し、これを試験試料として使用した。このモルタル板を28日養生後、各組成物を250g/m2で上下面に塗布した。この際、4辺はエポキシ樹脂でコーティングした。組成物塗布後、7日間養生し、次いでこれを水中に浸漬し、1時間後の吸水量を測定した。更に吸水量から吸水率および吸水比(無処理を100とした時の吸水比)を算出した。
(含浸力試験)
表10ないし15に記載の組成物を調製し、それぞれの表面張力をデュヌイ表面張力測定試験器によって測定した。この結果もそれぞれの表に示す。
Claims (8)
- ケイ酸塩およびカリウム塩を有効成分として含有するコンクリート表面改質剤。
- ケイ酸塩の固型分換算濃度が、10〜20質量%である請求項第1項記載のコンクリート表面改質剤。
- ケイ酸塩が、ケイ酸ナトリウム、ケイ酸カリウムまたはケイ酸リチウムである請求項第1項または第2項記載のコンクリート表面改質剤。
- カリウム塩が、炭酸カリウム、クエン酸カリウムまたは酢酸カリウムである請求項第1項ないし第3項の何れかの項記載のコンクリート表面改質剤。
- さらに、低級アルコールおよび/または界面活性剤を含有する請求項1ないし4のいずれかの項記載のコンクリート表面改質剤。
- 低級アルコールがエタノールである請求項5記載のコンクリート表面改質剤。
- 界面活性剤が、スルホン酸ナトリウム、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウム塩、イミダゾリン系両性界面活性剤およびポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルからなる群から選ばれた化合物である請求項5記載のコンクリート表面改質剤。
- コンクリート表面上に、請求項1ないし請求項7の何れかの請求項記載のコンクリート表面改質剤を塗布することを特徴とするコンクリート表面の改質方法。
