Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail for each example.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing two divided bushings according to the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which two divided bushings are combined together, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an essential part of one of the divided bushings. is there.
The bushing of the present invention is formed by connecting the first divided bushing 12 and the second divided bushing 14 shown in FIG. 1 electrically and mechanically through connection means such as an adapter 34 and an adapter flange 36. It is a combination.

The first divided bushing 12 includes a first inner conductor 16 made of a round bar conductor or the like disposed in the center, a first solid insulator 20 provided around the first inner conductor 16 and having a funnel-shaped receiving port 18. And a first shielding layer (cylindrical adapter 34 to be described later) provided around the first solid insulator 20.

The first solid insulator 20 is formed coaxially with the inner conductor 16 by a curable resin such as an epoxy resin. The receiving port 18 provided on the end face of the solid insulator 20 has a funnel shape that gradually decreases in diameter toward the inside. An adapter 34 formed in a cylindrical shape with a metal material such as an aluminum alloy is disposed on the outer periphery of one end of the solid insulator 20. The adapter 34 is a cylindrical body whose one end is thick, and an annular adapter flange 36 is attached via a mounting bolt as shown in FIG. One end surface of the solid insulator 20 is in contact with the thick portion step surface 34 </ b> A of the adapter 34. Thus, the connecting means comprising the adapter 34 and the adapter flange 36 electrically and mechanically connects the first divided bushing and the second divided bushing.

A fixing bracket 38 is attached to an intermediate portion of the solid insulator 20. The fixing fitting 38 includes a cylindrical portion 38A embedded in the solid insulator 20 and a flange portion 38B that is connected to one end of the cylindrical portion 38A and protrudes in the radial direction by a metal material such as an aluminum alloy. Yes. The flange portion 38B and the adapter 34 are abutted and fixed by a plurality of bolts. The fixing bracket 38 and the adapter 34 have the function of the first shielding layer described above.

The second divided bushing 14 is a second inner conductor 22 made of a round bar or a stranded wire conductor disposed at the center, and a second inner conductor 22 provided around the second inner conductor 22 and having an insertion portion 26A at one end thereof. A solid insulator 26 and a second shielding layer 28 provided by applying a conductive paint such as silver paint around the second solid insulator 26 are provided.

The second solid insulator 26 is molded coaxially with the inner conductor 22 by a curable resin such as an epoxy resin. The insertion portion 26 </ b> A provided on the end surface of the solid insulator 26 is formed in a conical shape that matches the receiving port 18 provided on the end surface of the solid insulator 20. A cylindrical stem portion 26B having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the adapter flange 36 is continuously provided on the large diameter side of the insertion portion 26A. Further, an annular flange portion 26 </ b> C having a shape corresponding to the adapter flange 36 is connected to the base portion (right side in the drawing) of the stem portion 26 </ b> B. Further, a bell mouth-like electric field relaxation portion 26D is provided on the outer periphery in the vicinity of the flange portion 26C, and a conductive material such as silver paint is straddled across the flange portion 26C on the outer surface of the electric field relaxation portion 26D as indicated by a broken line in the figure. Paint is applied.

An annular bracket 40 surrounds the outer periphery of the flange portion 26C. The annular metal fitting 40 is electrically connected to the conductive paint on the outer surface of the electric field relaxation portion 26D. The annular fitting 40 and the adapter flange 36 are connected and fixed by a plurality of bolts 41 penetrating the annular fitting 40. Thus, the connecting means including the adapter 34 and the adapter flange 36 etc. electrically and mechanically connects the first divided bushing and the second divided bushing. The second divided bushing 14 is provided with an insulating rubber molded body 30 that covers the insertion portion 26 </ b> A of the second solid insulator 26 and the surroundings in the vicinity thereof. The insulating rubber molded body 30 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and its inner peripheral surface is in close contact with the second shielding layer 28 made of a conductive paint. The insulating rubber molded body 30 is made of a flexible insulating rubber and is cast so as to surround the second shielding layer 28.

A bell mouth 50 for controlling the electric field of this portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface near the boundary between the insertion portion 26A and the stem portion 26B of the solid insulator 26. The bell mouth 50 has an annular recess shape, and a reinforcing insulator 52 filled in the recess is disposed in the recess after providing the second shielding layer 28 as shown in FIG. . The reinforcing insulator 52 is molded from a curable resin such as an epoxy resin. The reinforcing insulator 52 reinforces the bell mouth 50 portion of the second solid insulator 26 electrically and mechanically. That is, the strength against mechanical stress concentration on the bell mouth portion is enhanced.

The insulating rubber molded body 30 is molded by, for example, silicone rubber, and is fixed to the outer surface of the second solid insulator 26 through a primer layer. By using silicone rubber, an insulating rubber molded body 30 having good durability and flexibility can be obtained. The use of silicone rubber is most practical in terms of manufacturing and electrical characteristics, but the insulating rubber molded body 30 is made of an appropriate insulating material other than silicone rubber depending on the embodiment. It does not matter if it is molded.
On the outer circumferences of the first divided bushing 12 and the second divided bushing 14, a polymer covering 56 having a large number of annular flanges 54 on the outer surface is disposed.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an electric field distribution at the junction between the first divided bushing 12 and the second divided bushing 14 in actual use.
As described with reference to FIG. 2, the fixing bracket 38 and the adapter 34 correspond to the first shielding layer. The second shielding layer 28 surrounds the stem portion 26 </ b> B of the second solid insulator 26. The adapter flange 36 and the annular metal fitting 40 electrically connect the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer 28. Here, the thick part of the adapter 34 (the part provided with the stepped surface 34 </ b> A) and the adapter flange 36 have a reduced diameter part that approaches the second inner conductor 22. The second shielding layer 28 is disposed at a position where the second inner conductor 22 is electrically shielded when viewed from the reduced diameter portion.

The thick part of the adapter 34 mechanically protects the end surface of the first solid insulator 20 by covering the first solid insulator 20 with the step surface 34A. However, the line of electric force tends to concentrate on the portion (reduced diameter portion) closest to the second inner conductor 22 of the thick portion step surface 34A of the adapter 34. Therefore, the second shielding layer 28 is provided. The arrangement position is a position where the second inner conductor 22 is electrically shielded when viewed from the reduced diameter portion. As shown in FIG. 4, the equipotential lines 32 are uniformly and gently distributed in the insertion portion of the second solid insulator 26 and in the vicinity thereof.

FIG. 5 is a partial longitudinal sectional view showing an example in which the bushing of the first embodiment is used for a wall penetrating portion, and FIG. 6 is an enlarged sectional view showing a main portion of this example. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part which is common in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and duplication description is abbreviate | omitted.
In these drawings, the first divided bushing 12 and the second divided bushing 14 are combined together in advance on the left side of the wall body 44. At the left end of the first divided bushing 12, the tip of the first inner conductor 16 protrudes from the first solid insulator 20. An unillustrated electric cable or device is connected here. The tip of the second inner conductor 22 protrudes from the second solid insulator 26 at the right end of the second divided bushing 14. Also here, an electric cable and equipment (not shown) are connected.

The first divided bushing 12 and the second divided bushing 14 combined together are inserted into the through hole 46 of the wall body 44 from the left side of the figure. With the wall body 44 as a boundary, the first divided bushing 12 is disposed outdoors, and the second divided bushing 14 is disposed indoors. Of course, the reverse is also possible. An annular mounting bracket 42 that is in contact with the wall body 44 is concentrically disposed on the flange portion 38 </ b> B of the fixing bracket 38. A mounting bracket 42 is fixed to the flange portion 38 </ b> B of the fixing bracket 38 with a bolt 49. The mounting bracket 42 is fixed to the left side surface of the wall body 44 with a bolt 50. The fixing bracket 38 is grounded through the mounting bracket 42. When the split bushings as described above are combined and integrated at the site, the weight of the product is reduced, the manufacturing equipment, the verification equipment, etc. can be prevented from being enlarged, and the labor for handling can be reduced.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing another example in which the bushing of the present invention is used for a wall penetrating portion. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those in FIGS.
In this embodiment, an adapter flange 48 having an enlarged diameter of the adapter flange 36 shown in FIG. 2 is provided. The first divided bushing 12 and the second divided bushing 14 are combined together in advance on the right side of the wall body 44.

The first divided bushing 12 and the second divided bushing 14 combined together are inserted into the through hole 46 of the wall body 44 from the right side of the figure. With the wall 44 as a boundary, the first divided bushing 12 is disposed indoors, and the second divided bushing 14 is disposed outdoors. Of course, the reverse is also possible. The adapter flange 48 is fixed to the wall body 44 with bolts 53. The adapter flange 48 is grounded. Whether to adopt the configuration of FIG. 6 or the configuration of FIG. 7 is selected based on the result of examining which side of the through hole 46 of the wall body 44 is easier to work on site.
