Description

The present invention relates to an electromagnet having a configuration in which both ends of a coil wire are entangled and connected to the upper part of a pair of coil terminals, and a predetermined circuit board arranged along the coil bobbin is connected and fixed to the upper part of the coil terminal. The present invention relates to a device and an electromagnetic relay device including the electromagnet device.

As a prior art according to the present invention, an electromagnetic relay device having an electromagnet device configured such that a coil terminal and a coil bobbin are in a positional relationship along each other is known. In such an electromagnetic relay, another member such as a circuit board may be attached between a coil bobbin around which a coil wire is wound and a coil terminal.

FIGS. 6A to 6D are process diagrams showing an assembly procedure of such an electromagnet device 100. According to this process diagram, first, as shown in FIG. 6A, the coil terminal 115 is press-fitted and fixed to the longitudinal slits 14 a formed on both side surfaces of the base 14. At this time, the coil terminal 115 is bent in advance at a substantially right angle in a direction away from the coil bobbin 12 around which the coil wire 13 is wound.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, after the coil wire 13 drawn out from the coil bobbin 12 is tangled and connected to each of the coil wire tie portions 115a, the upper end portion of the coil terminal 115 is attached by a work jig. Cause it to pinch. Next, as shown in FIG. 6C, when the tip of the coil terminal 115 is soldered 19 to the circuit board 18, the electromagnet device 100 as shown in FIG. 6D is completed.

JP 05-299244 A

However, in the electromagnet device 100, when the coil terminal 115 is raised, the clamping portion of the processing jig slips, and the coiled wire 13 that is tangled and connected may be damaged and cut. Further, when the circuit board 18 is soldered 19, the coil wire 13 is damaged by the contact of the heat and the tip because the soldering 19 is performed in the vicinity of the coil wire binding portion 115 a of the coil terminal 115. Sometimes it happened.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a new configuration for the coil terminal of the electromagnet device, thereby preventing the coil wire from being damaged both when it is raised and when the circuit board is soldered. A first object is to obtain a device, and a second object is to obtain an electromagnetic relay device provided with the electromagnet device.

In order to achieve the first object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, a pair of coil terminals is attached to a base having a coil bobbin around which a coil wire is wound, the iron core being inserted, and the pair of coil terminals. In the electromagnet device having a configuration in which a predetermined circuit board arranged along the coil bobbin is connected and fixed to the upper side of the coil terminal, and the coil terminal is connected to the upper side of the coil terminal. Each upper part is formed with a coil wire binding part and a substrate fixing part that extends in the lateral direction from the coil wire binding part, and each lower part is a back surface of the base. The structure is fixed by protruding from the coil wire, and the coil wire drawn from the coil bobbin is tangled and connected to the coil wire tie portion, and then the substrate fixing portion is soldered to the circuit board. Here, the direction in which the substrate fixing portion extends is not limited to a right angle (straight side) from the coil terminal, but also includes an oblique direction.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the substrate fixing portions of the pair of coil terminals are formed in an inverted L shape in which the tips of the respective coil terminals are bent in directions close to each other.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the substrate fixing portions of the pair of coil terminals are formed in a branch shape in which the respective tips are branched in the direction of approaching each other.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a small protruding portion that protrudes in a direction away from the coil bobbin is further formed on the upper portion of the pair of coil terminals, and is inserted into a through hole formed corresponding to the circuit board and soldered. ing. This small protrusion may be formed on either the upper side or the lower side of the coil wire binding portion.

In order to achieve the second object, according to a fifth aspect, an electromagnetic relay device includes the electromagnet device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects.

According to the first to fourth aspects, since the board fixing portion of the coil terminal extends laterally from the upper side of the coil wire binding portion, when the coil terminal is raised, the board fixing portion Can be sandwiched between the work jigs, and when soldering the circuit board, it can be soldered not to the coil wire binding part but to the board fixing part. Therefore, there is no possibility that the coil wire is damaged in those processes, and the reliability of the electromagnet device is improved.

In particular, according to the fourth aspect, since the small protrusions are inserted into the corresponding through holes formed in the circuit board and soldered, there is an effect that the circuit board can be positioned accurately. In addition, since the front and back of the circuit board can be conducted by through holes, a circuit in which electronic components are mounted on both sides of the circuit can be configured.

According to the fifth aspect, since the highly reliable electromagnet device according to the present invention is provided, the quality is further improved.

Several embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIGS. 1A to 1D are assembly process diagrams of an electromagnet device to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of an electromagnetic relay device including the electromagnet device.

The electromagnet device 1 has a pair of coil terminals 15 attached to a base 14 to which a coil bobbin 12 around which a coil wire 13 is wound is attached, as shown in the completed form of FIG. Both ends of the coil wire 13 are tangled and connected to the upper part of the pair of coil terminals 15, and a predetermined circuit board 18 arranged along the coil bobbin 12 is connected and fixed to the upper part of the coil terminal 15. Yes. An upper yoke 16 and a lower yoke 17 are connected to the iron core 11 so as to form a C shape as a whole together with the iron core 11. The coil bobbin 12 and the base 14 are made of a material such as resin, but may be formed separately and bonded, or may be formed integrally. Further, although the circuit board 18 is formed of a printed board or the like, the idea of the present invention can be applied also when another member that is not a circuit board is attached.

In the assembly process of the electromagnet device 1, as shown in FIG. 1A, the coil terminal 15 is press-fitted into the longitudinal slits 14 a formed on both side surfaces of the base 14, and the lower side portions of the coil terminals 15 are placed on the base 14. Fix it by protruding from the back of the. The coil terminal 15 has a square or circular cross-sectional shape, and on the upper side is a coil wire binding portion 15a, and a board fixing portion 15b whose upper side extends laterally from the coil wire binding portion 15a. Is formed. The direction in which the board fixing portion 15b extends is not limited to a right angle from the coil terminal, but may be an oblique direction. In the drawing, the coil terminal 15 is bent in advance at a substantially right angle in the direction away from the coil bobbin 12, but may be processed in such a manner after being fixed to the base 14. Moreover, since the part press-fitted into the slit 14a of the coil terminal 15 is bent in a crank shape, if it is fixed to the base 14, the direction does not change due to displacement or rotation. Such a coil terminal 15 can be manufactured by punching a metal plate or bending a wire-like material cut.

After fixing the coil terminal 15 to the base 14 in this manner, as shown in FIG. 1B, the coil wire 13 drawn from the coil bobbin 12 is tangled and connected to the coil wire linking portion 15a. The coil terminal 15 is pulled up with the substrate fixing portion 15b sandwiched by a processing jig such as pliers (see FIG. 1C). Here, since the board fixing portion 15b is formed in an inverted L shape in which the tips of the coil terminals 15 are bent in a direction approaching each other, the board fixing portion 15b slips and is tangled when sandwiched between the processing jigs. It does not occur that the coil wire 13 is damaged and cut.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, the board fixing portion 15b of the coil terminal 15 is soldered 19 to the conductive land 18a formed on the circuit board 18, so that the electromagnet apparatus 1 as shown in FIG. Complete. The conductive land 18a has a shape corresponding to the substrate fixing portion 15b. In the soldering operation, not the coil wire binding portion 15a but the board fixing portion 15b is soldered 19, so that there is no possibility of damaging the coil wire 13 due to heat or the tip, and the reliability is improved. An electronic circuit connected to the conductive land 18a is formed on the circuit board 18, and an electronic component 18b such as a diode or a resistor is mounted thereon.

For example, an electromagnetic relay device as shown in FIG. 2 is assembled using the electromagnet device 1 thus completed. The electromagnetic relay device 2 includes a rectangular shaped body 21, a body 22 constituting the lower surface of the body 21, an electromagnet device 1, and a shaft hole formed in the body 22 by the magnetomotive force of the electromagnet device 1. An armature 23 that swings around a rotating shaft 23 a inserted into 22 a, a movable spring 24 that is made of a metal plate and whose lower end is press-fitted into a corresponding slit of the body 22, and each movable spring 24 is A card 25 that engages with a protrusion on the upper end and also engages with a protrusion formed on the upper surface of the armature 23 and transmits the swing to the movable spring 24 to bend, and a metal plate. A fixed spring 26 whose lower end is press-fitted and fixed to the corresponding slit of the body 22 along the movable spring 24, and a lower end is press-fitted and fixed to the corresponding slit of the body 22, and the upper end is the card. 5 engaged with is composed of a return spring 27 for biasing the restoring force.

The armature 23 is made of, for example, a permanent magnet 23b made of a ferrite magnet, soft iron or the like, a rectangular movable yoke 23c on which one pole of the permanent magnet 23b is attracted, a synthetic resin, and has a rotating shaft 23a. It comprises a permanent magnet 23b and a holding body 23d that holds the movable yoke 23c. In addition, a movable contact and a fixed contact are provided facing each other at a middle portion of the pair of the movable spring 24 and the fixed spring 26, and a relay terminal formed at the lower end of the movable spring 24 and the fixed spring 26. It is possible to control energization and interruption of the current passing through.

The operation of the electromagnetic relay device 2 will be briefly described. When no control voltage is applied to the coil terminal 15 of the electromagnet device 1, the contact is based on the magnetomotive force of the permanent magnet 23b and the restoring force of the return spring 27. The pole 23 stops at a position where the card 25 is moved away from the electromagnet device 1. At this time, since all the movable springs 24 are engaged with the card 25, the upper ends thereof are bent so as to move away from the electromagnet device 1, and as a result, between the two pairs of relay terminals closer to the electromagnet device 1. While interrupting the electric current which leads, the electric current which passes between 4 pairs of relay terminals far from the electromagnet apparatus 1 is energized.

In this state, when a control voltage is applied to the coil terminal 15, the armature 23 receives the magnetomotive force generated in the electromagnet device 1, and rotates and stops in a direction in which the card 25 approaches the electromagnet device 1. At this time, all the movable springs 24 are bent in the opposite direction so that the upper ends thereof are close to the electromagnet device 1, and energize the current flowing between the two pairs of relay terminals closer to the electromagnet device 1. On the other hand, the current passing between the four pairs of relay terminals far from the electromagnet device 1 is interrupted.

Thereafter, when the application of the control voltage to the coil terminal 15 is stopped, the armature 23 rotates the card 25 in the direction away from the electromagnet device 1 based on the magnetomotive force of the permanent magnet 23b and the restoring force of the return spring 27. Since all the movable springs 24 are bent so that the upper ends of the movable springs 24 are moved away from the electromagnet device 1, the current flowing between the two pairs of relay terminals closer to the electromagnet device 1 is cut off. Current is passed through the four pairs of relay terminals far from the device 1. That is, the two pairs of relay terminals closer to the electromagnet device 1 constitute a normally open contact terminal, and the four pairs of relay terminals far from the electromagnet device 1 constitute a normally closed contact terminal.

FIG. 3 is a circuit diagram illustrating the configuration of the circuit board 18 connected and fixed to the coil terminal 15 of the electromagnet device 1. In this example, the coil terminal 15 has a coil L formed of a coil wire 13 wound around a coil bobbin 12, a reverse diode D 1 having a withstand voltage higher than the control voltage V, and a forward direction in which a resistor R is connected in series. The light emitting diode D2 is connected in parallel. Among them, the diode D1 short-circuits the counter electromotive force of the coil L generated when the control voltage V is cut by the switch SW, and the light emitting diode D2 emits light when the control voltage V is applied. To inform you. 2 is provided with an operation confirmation window 21a made of a transparent resin or simply having a hole so that the light emission can be visually recognized. This is only an example, and any circuit such as a protection circuit or a control current detection circuit that detects a current flowing through the coil L may be provided as the circuit board 18.

Next, another embodiment of the electromagnet device will be described.
4A and 4B are simplified assembly process diagrams of the electromagnet device 1 using the coil terminal 15A. The electromagnet device 1 of this example includes the shape of the coil terminal 15A and the circuit board 18. The shape of the conductive land 18a is different from that of the first embodiment. However, since the other parts are common, redundant description is omitted.

4A, the coil terminal 15A is press-fitted into the longitudinal slits 14a formed on both side surfaces of the base 14, and the lower side portions of the coil terminals 15A are protruded from the back surface of the base 14 and fixed. A state in which the coil wire 13 drawn from the coil bobbin 12 is tangled and connected to the coil wire linking portion 15a is shown.

The coil terminal 15A has a square or circular cross-sectional shape, and is fixed to a branch-like substrate having an upper portion branched from the coil wire binding portion 15a and the upper ends thereof in a direction approaching each other. A portion 15b is formed. In this figure, the coil terminal 15A is linearly extended at an intermediate portion in the vicinity of the slit 14a. This is similar to the case of the first embodiment. The intermediate part which was bent in the direction away from is extended | stretched after that. Further, the portion press-fitted into the slit 14 a of the coil terminal 15 </ b> A is bent in a crank shape as in the first embodiment. Such a coil terminal 15A can be manufactured by bending a punched metal plate.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the board fixing portion 15b of the coil terminal 15A is soldered 19 to the conductive land 18a formed on the circuit board 18, and the electromagnet apparatus 1 is completed. The conductive land 18a has a shape corresponding to the substrate fixing portion 15b.

In this example, when the intermediate portion of the coil terminal 15A is stretched after the coil wire 13 is entangled and connected, the tip of the coil terminal 15A can be sandwiched with the processing jig, or the substrate fixing portion 15b can be sandwiched. The processing jig does not slip and damage the wound coil wire 13 and cut it. Further, since the tip of the coil terminal 15A and the board fixing portion 15b can be soldered 19 to the conductive land 18a widened in an L shape, there is an effect that the strength of the solder connection is improved.

Next, still another embodiment of the electromagnet device will be described.
FIGS. 5A and 5B are simplified assembly process diagrams of the electromagnet device 1 using the coil terminal 15B, and FIG. 5C is an enlarged perspective view of the coil terminal 15B. 1 differs from the second embodiment in the shape of the coil terminal 15B and the shape of the conductive land 18a of the circuit board 18. However, since the other parts are common, redundant description is omitted.

In FIG. 5A, the coil terminal 15B is press-fitted into the longitudinal slits 14a formed on both side surfaces of the base 14, and the lower side portions of the coil terminals 15B are protruded from the back surface of the base 14 and fixed. A state where the coil wire 13 drawn from the coil bobbin 12 is tangled and connected to the wire linking portion 15a is shown.

The coil terminal 15B has a square or circular cross-sectional shape. As shown in FIG. 5C, the coil terminal 15B and a small protrusion 15c protruding in the direction away from the coil bobbin are provided on the upper side of the coil terminal 15B. Further, a branch-like substrate fixing portion 15b is formed that branches in a direction in which the respective tips approach each other. Here, the small protrusion portion 15c may be formed on either the upper side or the lower side of the coil wire binding portion 15a, or may be formed by bending the tip of the substrate fixing portion 15b. Even in the case of the coil terminal 15 of Example 1, it can be formed. In this figure, the coil terminal 15B is linearly extended at the intermediate portion in the vicinity of the slit 14a. This is the same as in the case of the first and second embodiments. In some cases, the intermediate portion bent in the direction away from the coil bobbin 12 is then extended. Further, the portion of the coil terminal 15B that is press-fitted into the slit 14a is also bent into a crank shape in the same manner as in the first and second embodiments. Such a coil terminal 15B can be manufactured by bending a punched metal plate.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the small protrusions 15c formed on the coil terminal 15B are inserted into the corresponding through holes 18c formed on the circuit board 18 and soldered 19 so that the electromagnet apparatus 1 Complete. The conductive land 18a is formed around the through hole 18c.

In this example, since the small protrusions 15c are inserted into the corresponding through holes 18c and then soldered 19, the circuit board 18 can be accurately positioned. Further, since the front and back of the circuit board 18 are conducted by the through holes 18c, the electronic components 18b can be mounted on both the front and back surfaces, and a more complicated circuit can be configured.
