Abstract
【解決手段】ポリアミドに炭素数2以上のアルコールを作用させて、ポリアミドの解重合反応を行なうことを特徴とするポリアミドの解重合方法及びポリアミドのモノマーの製造方法である。前記アルコールは、2級又は3級アルコールであるか、或いは炭素数が4以上であり、超臨界状態で作用させる。

Claims (12)
- ポリアミドに炭素数2以上のアルコールを作用させて、ポリアミドの解重合反応を行なうことを特徴とするポリアミドの解重合方法。
- 前記アルコールは、2級又は3級アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリアミドの解重合方法。
- 前記アルコールは、炭素数が4以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のポリアミドの解重合方法。
- 前記アルコールは、環状アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか記載のポリアミドの解重合方法。
- 前記アルコールは、超臨界状態で作用させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれか記載のポリアミドの解重合方法。
- 前記解重合反応は、350℃以上で行なうことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか記載のポリアミドの解重合方法。
- ポリアミドに炭素数2以上のアルコールを作用させて、そのポリアミドのモノマーを得ることを特徴とするポリアミドのモノマーの製造方法。
- 前記アルコールは、2級又は3級アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項7記載のポリアミドの解重合方法。
- 前記アルコールは、炭素数が4以上であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載のポリアミドの解重合方法。
- 前記アルコールは、環状アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項7乃至9いずれか記載のポリアミドのモノマーの製造方法。
- 前記アルコールは、超臨界状態で作用させることを特徴とする請求項7乃至10いずれか記載のポリアミドのモノマーの製造方法。
- 前記アルコールの作用は、350℃以上で行なうことを特徴とする請求項7乃至11いずれか記載のポリアミドのモノマーの製造方法。
