Description
The present invention relates to an LED illuminating lamp that uses a large number of LED (light emitting diode) elements as a light source, and more particularly to a structure that makes it possible to finely adjust the irradiation direction and facilitate assembly.
In general, LED elements consume less power and have a long life, so it can be said that the advantage of using as a street light instead of a fluorescent lamp is great, but in order to obtain the brightness as a street light, a large number of LEDs are used. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, the mounting substrate a is formed in a folded plate shape with an appropriate angle, and a wiring substrate c on which a plurality of LED elements b are mounted is attached. A structure is adopted in which the front surface of the substrate a is fixed by screws e via spacers d.
Patent Document 1 below discloses a lighting device in which a plurality of LED elements are attached to a flexible substrate at predetermined intervals so that the LED elements can be arranged in an arbitrary shape.
By the way, in the structure shown in FIG. 8, there is a problem that it takes time to mount and assemble the wiring board c, and the mounting board a cannot be easily deformed. The irradiation direction of the LED element b of the wiring board c cannot be finely adjusted. Moreover, although the wiring board c may become high temperature due to heat generated by the LED element b or the like, the above structure has a problem in that heat radiation is not efficiently performed because the wiring board c is separated from the mounting board a. It was.
Moreover, in the flexible board | substrate shown by patent document 1, there exists a possibility that an LED element may move uselessly after attachment.
The present invention is intended to solve such problems.
For this purpose, the LED illumination lamp according to claim 1 includes a mounting plate on which a wiring board mounted with LED elements is mounted on the front surface, and a housing in which a plurality of mounting plates can be arranged in parallel. Joint parts are integrally formed on both side edges of the two, and adjacent ones of a plurality of mounting plates are connected to each other so as to be able to be refracted by the joint portions, and each mounting plate is fixed in the housing in an intended refractive state. It is characterized by having obtained.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the LED lighting, the wiring board is formed by forming a grooved rail portion facing the mounting plate, and sliding both side edges of the wiring board into the grooved rail portion. Is mounted on the front surface of the mounting plate.
The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that, in the LED illumination lamp, a long hole is formed in a support plate provided in the housing so that the fixing position of the mounting plate can be adjusted.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the LED illumination lamp, the mounting plate is made of a mold member having an equal cross section formed by extruding aluminum.
According to the first and third aspects of the present invention, the LED element provided on the wiring board can be directed in a desired direction by refracting the mounting plate by the joint portion, and the irradiation direction can be easily made. Fine adjustment can be made.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the mounting can be easily performed by simply sliding the wiring board with respect to the mounting plate. Further, since the heat of the wiring board is well transmitted to the mounting plate, the heat dissipation is improved and overheating is prevented.
In the invention according to the fourth aspect, the mounting plate having a required length corresponding to the size of the illuminating lamp can be easily obtained by forming the mounting plate by extrusion molding and cutting it to an appropriate length.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which a bifurcated mounting bracket 2 is fixed to an upper portion of a support column 1 and the LED lighting lamp 5 according to the present invention is supported on the mounting bracket via screws 3 and 4 to be used as a street lamp. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line BB, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line CC. The direction of the LED illumination lamp 5 can be adjusted by loosening the screws 4.
As shown in FIG. 5, the housing 6 of the LED lighting lamp 5 has a frame-like cover body 8 attached to a substantially rectangular plate-like base body 7 and a light-transmitting property in the front opening 8 a of the cover body. The acrylic plate 9 is stretched. Reference numeral 8a denotes a screw for fixing the base body 7 and the cover body 8 together. A support plate 7a standing in a mountain shape is protrusively provided near both end edges of the inner surface of the base body 7, and arc-shaped long holes 7b are formed in the support plate 7a at appropriate intervals. In addition, 7c is a round hole for electric wire penetration.
Reference numeral 10 denotes a mounting plate made of a mold material formed into an equal cross section having a substantially U-shaped cross section by extrusion molding of aluminum, and the mounting plate has a round shaft on one side edge as shown in FIG. A joint portion 10a is formed, and a notched annular joint portion 10b that can be loosely fitted on the outer periphery of the joint portion 10a is formed on the other side edge so as to face the inside of the joint portion 10a and the joint portion 10b. Groove-shaped rail portions 10c and 10d are formed. Reference numeral 12 denotes a wiring board on which a plurality of LED elements 11 are mounted. By sliding the wiring board 12 from one end of the mounting plate 10 into the grooved rail portions 10c and 10d, the wiring board 12 is attached to the mounting plate. It is designed to be attached to the front. In addition, 10e is a recessed part formed in the front surface of this attachment plate so that the electric wire connector 12a protrudingly provided by the back surface of this attachment plate may be accommodated. Reference numeral 10f denotes a vertical groove formed so as to be adjacent to the recess, and a screw 13 is inserted into the wiring board 12 to prevent the wiring board 12 from sliding unnecessarily. It can be screwed into the groove 10f. Reference numeral 10g denotes a notched circular lateral groove formed in a substantially middle portion on the outer side (back side) of the mounting plate, and a screw 14 described later can be screwed into the lateral groove. For this reason, the mounting plate 10 is arranged in parallel with a plurality of the same shape, and the adjacent joints 10a and 10b are connected to each other so that they can be refracted at the joints. It becomes possible to do. In addition, by making the outer diameter of the joint part 10a slightly larger than the inner diameter of the joint part 10b, resistance can be appropriately obtained during refraction, and the refraction angle can be kept constant.
In this LED illuminating lamp, three mounting plates 10 are symmetrically arranged in parallel on both sides of the connecting plate 15 in the middle so that the connecting plate 15 has a mountain shape with the connecting plate 15 at the apex. The connecting plate 15 has a transverse cross section bent in an orthogonal shape, and joint portions 15a and 15b are formed on both side edges, and the joint portions 10a and 10b of the mounting plate 10 are loosely fitted to the joint portions 15a and 15b, respectively. ing. The mounting plates 10 are fixed in this state by inserting screws 14 into the long holes 7b of the support plate 7a and screwing the screws 14 into the lateral grooves 10g. For this reason, each mounting plate 10 is adjusted to a desired refraction angle with respect to the adjacent mounting plate, and the screw 14 is moved in the elongated hole 7b accordingly, and the screw 14 is screwed into the lateral groove 10g. The angle of refraction can be fixed, whereby the irradiation direction of light emitted from the LED elements 11 provided on each wiring board 12 can be finely adjusted to a desired direction in accordance with a request from the installation site of the LED illumination lamp.
Further, the provision of the groove-like rail portions 10c and 10d on the mounting plate 10 facilitates the mounting of the wiring board 12, and the heat of the wiring board 12 is easily transmitted to the mounting plate 10, so that the mounting plate 10 is heated. Since heat dissipation is facilitated by using aluminum having high conductivity, overheating that causes deterioration of the LED elements and the like is prevented. Moreover, heat dissipation can be further improved by filling the groove-like rail portions 10c and 10d with heat dissipation grease.
On the other hand, the embodiment shown in FIG. 7 refracts the four mounting plates 10 so as to be slightly inward with respect to each other, whereby the light of the many LED elements 11 on the wiring board 12 provided on each mounting plate 10. The angle of refraction is adjusted so that is collected at one point. Thus, by using this mounting plate 10, it becomes possible to freely set the irradiation direction according to the purpose of illumination. In addition, the same code | symbol as the said embodiment in FIG. 7 represents the same part.
The present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and various design changes are possible. For example, in this embodiment, the mounting plate 10 and the wiring board 12 are fixed with screws, but the fixing plate 10 and the wiring board 12 may be fixed using other fixing means.
For this reason, the LED illumination lamp of the present invention can be used not only as the street lamp shown in the embodiment but also for various uses such as various signal lights and room lights.
