Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a panel in which a folded plate such as a square corrugated steel plate and a plate are combined and integrated, and more particularly, to a panel having increased shear resistance in the panel plane direction between the folded plate and the plate.
Conventionally, as a composite panel in which the folded plate of the corrugated panel is combined with another plate-shaped (or plate-shaped) member to increase rigidity, as shown in FIG. 11A, a steel flat plate is formed on the
In the case of FIG. 11A and FIG. 12A, the spot is located at a position far away from the
In general, as shown in FIG. 7, the folded plate 1 a formed by bending a steel plate so that the
In the deformation S, the
The present invention pays attention to such points, and in order to advantageously solve the problem of X, by joining the plate body at both ends of the lower flange in the folded plate, the out-of-plane direction of the folded plate and the plate body An object of the present invention is to provide a panel that suppresses deformation to a higher level and has a more stable shear resistance.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem advantageously, in the panel of the first invention, in the panel in which the plate body is combined with the lower flange in the folded plate bent into a corrugated shape, The plate body and the folded plate are joined in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange at both ends in the width direction of the flange to increase the shear resistance in the in-panel direction.
In the second invention, as the joining means for joining the folded plate and the plate in the panel of the first invention, spot welding spaced in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, continuous welding continuous in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, or longitudinal length of the lower flange It is characterized by joining by any one of intermittent welding partially continuous in the direction.
In the third invention, in the panel of the first invention, as a joining means for joining the folded plate and the plate body, on the lower surface at both ends in the width direction of the lower flange of the folded plate, each in the form of a dovetail cross section in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange A pair of continuous fitting grooves are provided, and a pair of continuous fitting portions having locking portions fitted and locked to the pair of fitting grooves are provided on the plate body side, and the pair of fittings on the folded plate side are provided. The mating grooves are respectively joined to the mating portions on the plate body side and integrally joined.
In the fourth invention, in the panel of the first invention, as a joining means for joining the folded plate and the plate body, screw joints spaced in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, drill screw joints spaced in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, One of the rivet joints spaced in the longitudinal direction of the flange is employed.
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the first invention, in the present invention, unlike the conventional means of welding such as welding from the center in the width direction of the lower flange of the folded plate, the plate is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange at both ends in the width direction of the lower flange of the folded plate. Since the body and the folded plate are joined, the support length of the plate in the width direction of the lower flange and the joining interval between the lower flanges on the folded plate side are shortened, and the rigidity in the out-of-plane direction of the panel composed of the plate and folded plate is increased. Since the distortion deformation S can be suppressed, the shear resistance in the in-panel direction can be significantly increased. That is, it is possible to achieve high rigidity and high yield strength of the panel simply by joining the plate body and the folded plate in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange at both ends in the width direction of each lower flange in the folded plate.
According to the second invention, in the case of spot welding spaced in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, it is possible to efficiently integrate economically by reducing the number of joints while integrating the folded plate and the plate. . In addition, when continuous welding is performed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, the folded plate and the plate can be firmly joined. In addition, in the joining by welding that is partially continuous in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, it is possible to join economically compared to continuous welding, and it is possible to join more firmly than in the case of spot welding.
According to the third invention, a pair of fitting grooves each having a dovetail cross-sectional shape and continuous in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange are provided on the lower surfaces of both ends in the width direction of the lower flange of the folded plate, and the pair of fittings are provided on the plate body side. A pair of continuous fitting portions having locking portions to be locked in the grooves are provided, and the fitting portions on the plate body side are respectively fitted and integrally joined to the pair of fitting grooves on the folded plate side. Therefore, the joining structure is simple. In addition, since the fitting groove is provided at both ends of the lower flange width direction of the folded plate side and the pair of fitting portions are provided on the plate body side, these are fitted at the site, and the folded plate and the plate body Can be easily integrated. Moreover, since the volume of the panel at the time of conveyance can be reduced by carrying out on-site joining, the improvement of the conveyance efficiency from a factory to the field can be aimed at.
According to the fourth invention, in the case of any one of screw joints spaced in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, drill screw joints spaced in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange, and rivet joints spaced in the longitudinal direction of the lower flange. In addition to being able to efficiently integrate economically by reducing the number of joints while integrating the folded plate and the plate, ensuring a more stable joint quality by using a mechanical joining method Can do.
Further, in the second to fourth inventions, as in the first invention, the support length of the plate body in the lower flange width direction and the joining interval between the lower flanges on the folded plate side are shortened, and the panel formed of the plate body and the folded plate. Since the rigidity in the out-of-plane direction can be increased and the distortion deformation S can be suppressed, the shear resistance in the in-plane direction of the panel can be increased.
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated embodiment.
1 and 3 show a
A
The position where the
As described above, when both ends of the
The
As described above, according to the staggered
In addition, as shown in FIG. 20 as 4th Embodiment, when fixing the both ends of the
Further, as the continuous welding means, the
As the partially continuous intermittent welding means, partial continuous welding is performed by seam welding, laser welding, or the like, and intermittent welding is performed.
In each of the above embodiments, the end of the
According to the
4 and 5 show a third embodiment of the
More specifically, the steel plate is bent to form the
As the inclination angle θ1 at which the inclined
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The
Although depending on the opening width dimension L4 of the
When the
When the joint is formed by fitting the inverted
(Deformed form of folded plate and plate)
FIG. 6 shows a modified form of the
More specifically, instead of one inclined
When practicing the present invention, the male / female fitting / locking joint by the groove or convex portion between the
Further embodiments include a form in which the
As a usage form of the
In the form shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the
In addition, this invention is not limited to the content of said Example. There is a change within the scope of the above claims, such as the positional relationship between the folded plate and the plate. Further, the folded plate and the plate used may be made of a resin material such as plastic as well as a steel material such as ordinary steel or stainless steel.
In order to confirm the effect of the panel having increased shear resistance in the panel in-plane direction according to the present invention, the analysis of the sectional shape of the folded plate dimension (mm) shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIG. 16 (a), a case where a load (shearing force) P indicated by an arrow is applied under the restraint conditions of the fixed end and the support end at the position of each lower flange end is shown in FIG. Each analysis model has an actual size of about 1/6 scale, and the model shown in FIGS. 16 (a) and 16 (b) is divided into 5 mm elements for analysis. FIG. 17 shows the shear deformation amount δ when the support condition of the boundary (lower flange width direction center) shown in FIG. 16A is applied and a load (shearing force) P is applied to the long side of the folded plate. And the case of the analysis model of the present invention shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 17B, the conventional panel was modeled by joining the folded plate and the plate at a
The analysis result is shown in FIG. FIG. 19 clearly shows that the panel of the present invention has improved shear resistance over the panel of the prior art. Compared with the deformation amount of shear deformation δ = 0.1 mm, the proof stress of the panel of the present invention is about 1.5 times higher than that of the panel of the prior art, and high rigidity and high proof stress are achieved. I understand.
