Abstract
【解決手段】車両の駆動装置は、モータジェネレータMG2と、モータジェネレータMG2の潤滑および冷却を行なう潤滑油の循環機構と、モータジェネレータMG2の制御を行ない、潤滑油の循環経路上に配置され前記潤滑油と接触して熱の授受を行なうパワー制御ユニットと、モータジェネレータMG2、循環機構およびパワー制御ユニットを収容し、循環経路が設けられたケースとを備える。好ましくは、パワー制御ユニットは、パワー制御素子と、パワー制御素子が第1の主表面に搭載される基板120とを含む。基板120は、循環経路において潤滑油に接する放熱フィン390,392,394を第2の主表面側に有する。

Description
さらに好ましくは、内燃機関のハウジングには、冷却水が循環される水路が形成され、ケースは、水路に挿入される放熱突起を有する。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両100のモータジェネレータ制御に関する構成を示す回路図である。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両の駆動装置20の外観を示す斜視図である。
図3、図4を参照して、駆動装置20のケースは、ケース104とケース102とに分割可能に構成されている。ケース104は主としてモータジェネレータMG1を収容する部分であり、ケース102は、主としてモータジェネレータMG2およびパワー制御ユニットを収容する部分である。
図5を参照して、ケース102にはモータジェネレータ組付け用および保守用の開口109が設けられており、この開口109は車両搭載状態においては蓋により閉じられている。
図6、図7を参照して、エンジンのクランクシャフト50はダンパー124に接続され、ダンパー124の出力軸は動力分割機構PSDに接続される。
図8を参照して、パワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室においてはリアクトルL1の断面が示されている。リアクトルL1は、たとえば電磁鋼板が積層されたコアにコイルが巻回された構造を有する。
図9は、本実施の形態のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置の冷却系を示すブロック図である。
図11を参照して、モータジェネレータMG2を収容する収容室とパワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室の境界部分と、減速ギヤRGおよびディファレンシャルギヤDEFを収容する部分の各ケース部分断面が示されている。
図11、図12を参照して、ケース102にはパワー制御ユニット21を収容する収容室とモータジェネレータMG2を収容する収容室の2つの空間を仕切る隔壁200が設けられている。この隔壁200の上面部分にはパワー素子基板120を冷却するためのオイル通路122が設けられ、このオイル通路122はオイル溜り370およびモータジェネレータMG2の収容室と連通している。モータジェネレータMG2の潤滑油がパワー素子基板120側に漏れ出ないように基板120は隔壁200と液状ガスケット等でシールされる。
図14は、図13のXIV−XIV断面における断面図である。
図16は、図15のXVI−XVI断面における断面図である。
Claims (9)
- 第1の回転電機と、
前記第1の回転電機の潤滑および冷却を行なう潤滑油の循環機構と、
前記第1の回転電機の制御を行ない、前記潤滑油との熱交換により冷却されるパワー制御ユニットと、
前記第1の回転電機、前記循環機構および前記パワー制御ユニットを収容し、前記循環経路が設けられたケースとを備える、車両の駆動装置。 - 前記パワー制御ユニットは、
パワー制御素子と、
前記パワー制御素子が第1の主表面に搭載される基板とを含み、
前記基板は、
前記循環経路において前記潤滑油に接する放熱突起を第2の主表面側に有する、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記ケースは、
前記循環経路上の下流に配置されたオイルパンを含み、
前記循環機構は、
前記回転電機の回転に応じて前記オイルパンから前記潤滑油を汲み上げて前記潤滑経路の前記パワー制御ユニットよりも上流部に送る機構を含む、請求項1または2に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記車両は、
前記第1の回転電機と併用されて車輪の回転に用いられる内燃機関を備え、
前記ケースは、前記内燃機関と熱伝導可能に接触する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記潤滑油の熱は、前記ケースを介して前記内燃機関のハウジングに伝達される、請求項4に記載の車両の駆動装置。
- 前記内燃機関のハウジングには、冷却水が循環される水路が形成され、
前記ケースは、
前記水路に挿入される放熱突起を有する、請求項5に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記車両は、
内燃機関を含み、
前記第1の回転電機のロータの回転中心軸と同軸上にロータの回転中心軸が配置される第2の回転電機と、
前記内燃機関のクランクシャフトの回転中心軸と同軸上にかつ前記第1、第2の回転電機の間に配置され、前記第1の回転電機のロータの回転が第1軸に伝達され、前記第2の回転電機のロータの回転が第2軸に伝達され、前記クランクシャフトの回転が第3軸に伝達される動力分割機構とをさらに備え、
前記パワー制御ユニットは、前記第1、第2の回転電機の制御を行ない、
前記ケースは、前記第2の回転電機、前記動力分割機構をさらに収容する、請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記パワー制御ユニットは、
前記第1、第2の回転電機にそれぞれ対応して設けられる第1、第2のインバータと、
前記第1、第2のインバータに共通して設けられる電圧コンバータとを含み、
前記電圧コンバータは、
前記第1、第2の回転電機および前記動力分割機構のいずれか跨ぐように分割して配置されるリアクトルおよびコンデンサとを含む、請求項7に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記ケースは、
第1の開口部が設けられ、前記パワー制御ユニットを収容する第1の収容室と、
第2の開口部が設けられ、前記第2の回転電機を収容する第2の収容室と、
前記第1、第2の収容室を仕切る隔壁とを含み、
前記隔壁には、前記循環経路の一部を形成する孔が設けられる、請求項7に記載の車両の駆動装置。
