Description

The present invention relates to a wiring duct plug device and a lighting fixture used in, for example, a store.

In recent years, many lighting fixtures to be attached to wiring ducts are commercially available. Existing products that can set the mounting angle of lighting fixtures include, for example, ratchet type with irregularities formed in a mountain shape every 10 degrees, and cylindrical holes with dowels protruding from the metal fittings at a 15-degree pitch of angle adjustment arm parts There is a structure that can be set by meshing.

For example, Patent Literature 1 already discloses a lighting fixture configured to be able to adjust the light irradiation direction of a lamp.
JP 2003-59334 A

In the case of the prior art disclosed in Patent Document 1, the angle of the lamp can be adjusted. However, when the lighting fixture is attached to the wiring duct, the construction is not a structure that can confirm how much the irradiation angle is. There is no choice but to visually check the relative position between the wall and the lamp. For example, when a large number of lighting fixtures are arranged, it takes time to adjust the angle of each lighting fixture. There is a problem that cannot be unified in a certain direction.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and improves the workability when attaching a lighting fixture to a wiring duct and accurately sets the irradiation angle of each fixture when arranging a large number of lighting fixtures. It aims at providing the plug apparatus and lighting fixture for wiring ducts which can be unified.

To achieve the above object, a wiring duct plug device according to a first aspect of the present invention comprises: an arm member that is detachably attached to the wiring duct and that can be fixed at an arbitrary position; A concave first mark portion that is provided at an interval and indicates a rotation angle of the lamp with respect to the arm member; and is fixed to the lamp and is rotatable on the arm member so as to adjust an irradiation angle of irradiation light of the lamp An arm support member supported by the arm member; provided at a second interval different from the first interval and wider than the first mark portion at an edge of the arm support member corresponding to the first mark portion of the arm member And a concave second mark portion formed thereon.

The wiring duct plug device according to a second aspect of the present invention is the wiring duct plug device according to the first aspect, wherein the arm member and the arm support member are provided with engaging surfaces on both sides to engage with each other. The first mark portion and the second mark portion are respectively formed on the edge portion of the engagement surface on one side, and a plurality of holes provided along the rotation direction on the edge portion of the other engagement surface It is characterized by having a locking mechanism composed of a protrusion that fits into the hole.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, a lighting fixture includes a lamp supported by the wiring duct plug device according to the first or second aspect of the invention so that the irradiation angle of the irradiation light can be adjusted.

According to the first and third aspects of the present invention, the first mark portion indicating the rotation angle of the lamp with respect to the arm member is provided at the first interval on the surface of the arm member, and the arm support member corresponding to the first mark portion is provided. The second mark portion is provided on the edge at a second interval different from the first interval and wider than the first mark portion, and the first mark portion and the second mark portion are formed in a concave shape. Thus, when the first mark portion on the inner side can be seen from the second mark portion on the outer side, and the lamp is attached to the wiring duct, the builder can determine which irradiation angle is the installation target with respect to the mounting surface. It can be easily determined from the lateral direction or the oblique direction of the lamp whether the lamp should be rotated to the position.

In the configuration including the concave first mark portion and the second mark portion of the present invention, the angle can be adjusted even when the operator sees from the lateral direction or the oblique direction in the longitudinal direction of the instrument.
That is, the present invention is applied when the worker performs the rotation operation of the lamp at a relatively high place. Under such conditions, the mark portion for rotation adjustment and the operator's There is a case where the line of sight is not the same height, and it is conceivable that the line of sight of the operator is positioned below the mark part.

Therefore, even in such a case, the operator can easily adjust the angle of the lamp as long as the mark portion can be viewed from the lower side in the lateral direction or the oblique side.
Therefore, the size relationship between the mark portions becomes important. Furthermore, it is premised that this lighting fixture can be rotated and adjusted, and depending on the installation location, it may be assumed that the lighting fixture must be rotated toward the operator side (front side).
Even in such a case, the angle adjustment work can be performed by rotating the lamp in a situation where the mark portion can always be seen from the side, so that the operator can easily install the lamp. It becomes like this.

In the second and third aspects of the invention, the arm member and the arm support member include a plurality of hole portions provided along the rotation direction at the edge portions of the mutual engagement surfaces, and a protrusion portion that fits into the hole portion. By providing the locking mechanism constituted by the above, it is possible to finely adjust the angle of the lamp and fix the position.
Further, since the hole portion and the mark portion are separated, the arm member can be downsized without increasing the thickness from the hole portion to the surface of the arm member.

Note that if the protrusion for holding the angle of the locking mechanism is too small, the holding force will be weakened. Therefore, it is preferable that the protrusion is as large as possible, while the protrusion is fitted when the protrusion is large. Since it is necessary to enlarge the hole to be made, the arm member becomes large.
Therefore, the arm member can be made as small as possible, and as a configuration for ensuring the reliability of the fitting between the projection and the hole, a plurality of members of a certain size can be provided. It is preferable to form a hole on the inner side close to the part.

Under such conditions, if a locking mechanism composed of a protrusion and a hole is provided on the same edge side as the engagement surface on which the mark is formed, the hole is secured to ensure the strength of the hole. Since the distance between the portion and the mark portion is required and the arm member becomes large, the surface on which the hole portion and the mark portion are formed is different from the place of the mark portion in order to prevent this.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the wiring duct plug device is provided with the concave mark portions (the first mark portion and the second mark portion) indicating the rotation angle. The workability at the time of attaching a lighting fixture can be improved. Moreover, when arranging a large number of lighting fixtures, the irradiation angles of the fixtures can be accurately unified.
According to the invention described in claim 2, the operator can easily set a fine angle with respect to the light irradiation direction of the lamp. Furthermore, the enlargement of the wiring duct plug device can be suppressed.
According to the invention described in claim 3, by using the wiring duct plug device according to any one of claims 1 and 2, the operator can easily perform the installation work of the lamp.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a side view showing a configuration of a lighting fixture according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the lighting fixture of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a configuration of a plug device of the lighting fixture of FIG. is there.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lighting fixture includes a wiring duct 1, a plug device 3 fixed to the wiring duct 1 at a desired position, and a lamp 2 supported by the plug device 3. It is a lighting fixture for a wiring duct. In other words, the lamp 2 is supported by the wiring duct 1 via the plug device 3.

The wiring duct 1 is a rail-shaped power supply and support device for detachably fixing the lamp 2 at a desired position. A socket 21 is disposed in the shade 20 so as to face the lamp 2. A fluorescent lamp 22 is attached to the socket 21.

The plug device 3 is for adjusting the light irradiation angle of the lamp 2 with respect to the mounting surface (wall surface, ceiling surface, etc.) of the wiring duct 1 and supplying power from the wiring duct 1 to the lamp 2.

In the case of this example, the lamp 2 includes a straight tube type fluorescent lamp 22 that is substantially parallel to the wiring duct 1 and long in the longitudinal direction. For this reason, the lamp 2 is supported by the two plug devices 3 at two locations on both ends.

As shown in FIG. 3, each plug device 3 includes an arm member 5, a U-shaped metal fitting 4 as an arm support member that engages with the arm member 5, and the metal fitting 4 and the arm member 5 on both sides. It forms a rotation and support mechanism in which the shaft support member 6 that supports the shaft is connected.

The arm member 5 includes an arm portion 53 and a columnar rotation portion 54 provided orthogonal to the arm portion 53, and is substantially T-shaped.

Above the arm portion 53, a locking portion 51 between the flange portion 52 and the wiring duct 1 is provided. The locking portion 51 is provided with a spring-like protrusion, and is fitted to the rail portion of the wiring duct 1. By means of the locking portion 51 and the flange portion 52, the arm member 5 is detachably attached to the wiring duct 1 and can be fixed at an arbitrary position.

The rotation part 54 has a structure in which the center part is removed and the support parts 55 and 56 are branched to the left and right (both sides).

Concave portions 61 and 62 are provided as first mark portions at a first interval, for example, at a pitch of 10 degrees from the reference position A at the end of the surface of the left support portion 55 as viewed in the drawing (FIG. 3). The recesses 61 and 62 indicate the rotation angle of the lamp 2 with respect to the arm member 5. The recesses 61 are provided at a pitch of 30 degrees. The recesses 62 are provided at a pitch of 10 degrees. The recess 61 is provided in a scale shape longer than the recess 62. The width of the grooves of the recesses 61 and 62 is, for example, about 0.5 mm to 1 mm.

The sliding surface (also referred to as an engaging surface) of the support portion 56 on the right side of the drawing (FIG. 3) with the presser plate 43 of the metal fitting 4 has a large number (a plurality) along the rotation direction at the peripheral edge portion. The round hole 58 is formed. If the round holes 58 have the same diameter, the outer peripheral edge portion is provided more than the inner side of the plate, so that a fine angle adjustment is possible. The sliding surface is provided with a cylindrical protrusion 60 for restricting (restricting) the rotation range.

The support portions 55 and 56 are provided with holes 59 through which the rotation shaft of the shaft support member 6 is inserted.

The metal fitting 4 is obtained by raising the holding plates 42 and 43 on both sides of the flat plate portion 41, and has a U-shaped cross section. The pressing plates 42 and 43 have a semicircular outer peripheral portion. The width of the flat plate portion 41 and the width of the rotating portion 54 are substantially the same. The metal fitting 4 and the arm member 5 are fitted with the inner surfaces of the holding plates 42 and 43 in contact with the sliding surface of the rotating portion 54 of the arm member 5.

The metal fitting 4 is fixed to the lamp 2 by a flat plate portion 41 with screws or the like. The metal fitting 4 is rotatably supported by the arm member 5 and the shaft support member 6 so as to adjust the irradiation angle of the irradiation light of the lamp 2.

On the outer peripheral portion (edge portion) of the holding plate 42 of the metal fitting 4 at a position corresponding to the concave portions 61 and 62 of the arm member 5, the concave portion 44 as the second mark portion is formed at a second interval, for example, a 90 ° pitch. Has been. The width of the groove of the recess 44 is, for example, about 3 mm to 5 mm, and is provided with a width wider than the width of the groove (0.5 mm to 1 mm) of the recesses 61 and 62 that are the first mark portions on the inside.

As shown in FIG. 4, by forming the groove width of the outer recessed portion 44 wider than the groove width of the inner recessed portions 61 and 62, the builder looks at the outer recessed portion 44 from the lateral direction or the oblique direction. However, when the lamp 2 is rotated, it can be seen that the recesses 61 and 62 (scales) on the inside rotate, and the angle can be easily adjusted.

As described above, in the configuration in which the turning portion 54 is provided with the mark portions such as the recess 44 and the recesses 61 and 62, the operator can adjust the angle even when viewed from the lateral direction or the oblique direction in the longitudinal direction of the lamp 2.
That is, when installing the lamp 2, the worker performs the rotating operation of the lamp 2 at a relatively high place. Under such conditions, it is unlikely that the recess 44 for rotation adjustment and the operator's line of sight are at the same height, and the operator's line of sight may be located below the recess 44. Conceivable.

Therefore, in such a case, if the concave portion 44 can be viewed from the lower side in the lateral direction or the oblique lateral direction, the operator can easily adjust the angle of the lamp.
Therefore, the size relationship between the mark locations (the recess 44 and the recesses 61 and 62) becomes important. Further, it is assumed that this lighting fixture can be rotated and adjusted, and depending on the installation location, the lamp 2 may be rotated toward the operator side (front side).
In this case, when the lamp 2 is rotated while the concave portion 44 is always seen from the side, the light irradiation angle can be correctly adjusted, and the operator can easily perform the installation work of the lamp 2. It becomes like this.

The holding plate 43 of the metal fitting 4 is provided with two protrusions 45 that fit into the round holes 58 on the sliding surface of the support 56. By fitting the projection 45 with the round hole 58, the angle of the lamp 2 can be finely adjusted at intervals of the round hole 58.
Thus, by dividing the round hole 58 and the formation positions of the concave portions 44, 61, 62 as marks into different engagement surfaces, the thickness from the round hole 58 to the surface of the arm member 5 is not increased. The arm member 5 can be downsized.
In addition, since the holding force will become weak if the direction of the protrusion 45 which holds the angle between the round hole 58 and the protrusion 45 is extremely small, the protrusion 45 is preferably as large as possible.

On the other hand, when the protrusion 45 becomes large, it is necessary to enlarge the round hole 58 into which the protrusion 45 is fitted, so that the arm member 5 is enlarged.
Therefore, the arm member 5 can be made as small as possible, and the engagement surface of the arm member 5 can be provided with a plurality of members having a certain size as a configuration for ensuring the reliability of the fitting between the projection 45 and the round hole 58. The round hole 58 is formed inside as close to the edge as possible.

Under such conditions, if a locking mechanism composed of the protrusion 45 and the round hole 58 is provided on the same edge side as the engagement surface forming the concave portion 44 as a mark, In order to ensure the strength, a distance between the round hole 58 and the concave portion 44 that is a mark is required, and the arm member 5 is enlarged. Therefore, in this embodiment, in order to prevent this, the surface on which the round hole 58 and the protruding portion 45 are formed is different from the side of the concave portion 44 that is a mark.

The place where the protrusion 45 and the round hole 58 are formed may be reversed with respect to the holding plate 43 of the metal fitting 4 and the sliding surface of the support part 56, and the protrusion 45 and the round hole are engaged with each other. What is necessary is just to comprise the latching mechanism with the hole 58. FIG.

Further, the holding plate 43 of the metal fitting 4 is provided with a semicircular guide hole 46 (also referred to as a slit) that engages with the protrusion 60 on the sliding surface of the support portion 56. Since the protrusion 60 moves within the range of the guide hole 46, the rotation range of the lamp 2 is restricted (restricted) within this range.

Thus, according to the lighting fixture of this embodiment, the embossing is performed at intervals of, for example, 10 degrees, 30 degrees, etc. on the periphery of the rotating portion of the arm member 5 of the plug device 3 that is a member for adjusting the illumination angle of the lamp 2. While providing the concave portions 61 and 62 as the first mark portions of the shape, the metal fitting 4 which is a part engaging with the concave portions 61 and 62 is provided with the concave portions 44 as the second mark portions at intervals of 90 degrees, for example. While adjusting the rotation angle of the fixture, the installer can easily determine how many times the lighting fixture is tilted.

In addition, by forming the concave portion 44 wide and the concave portions 61 and 62 narrow, the inner concave portions 61 and 62 can be clearly seen from the outer concave portion 44 even when the installer looks from an oblique direction. Fine adjustment can be easily performed.
Further, a locking mechanism is configured by a round hole 58 formed along the rotation direction at the edge of the sliding surface (engagement surface) of the arm member 5 and the protrusion 45 provided on the inner surface of the metal fitting 4. Thus, the angle of the lamp 2 can be finely adjusted.

As a result, when setting a large number of instruments to a uniform irradiation angle, each instrument can be accurately and easily installed in a certain direction, and the irradiation angles of the instruments after construction can be unified.

Further, since the installer can easily determine the angle of the lamp 2 simply by checking the mark portions such as the recesses 61 and 62 and the recess 44, the lamp 2 can be easily and efficiently installed at the target irradiation angle.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, but can be variously modified without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the number of the protrusions 45 may be increased, the pitches of the recesses 61 and 62 and the recesses 44 may be changed, or the number may be increased.
