Abstract
【解決手段】 この出願の発明の量子ビットは、銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いて形成した固有ジョセフソン接合により構成されることを特徴とする。酸化物高温超伝導体としては、Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体、Tl(タリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体、Y(イットリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体のいずれかを用いることができる。

Claims (9)
- 銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いて形成した固有ジョセフソン接合により構成されることを特徴とする量子ビット。
- 銅酸化物高温超伝導体として、Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の量子ビット。
- Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の量子ビット。
- Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+δであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の量子ビット。
- Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Bi2Sr2CuO6+δであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の量子ビット。
- 銅酸化物高温超伝導体として、Tl(タリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の量子ビット。
- Tl(タリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の量子ビット。
- 銅酸化物高温超伝導体として、Y(イットリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の量子ビット。
- Y(イットリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、YBa2Cu3O7−δであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の量子ビット。
