  Conventionally, in a similar image search method using an image database in which a plurality of images are accumulated, feature quantities are calculated and stored for many images. However, in such a search method, when comparing feature quantities, it is difficult to judge what is similar based on the criteria, and if the judgment criteria are not devised, many unintended similar image targets are unnecessarily selected or intended.
