Claims (7)
- 平均直径が0.5mm以上5mm以下の熱可塑性樹脂製糸状物が、板形状で空隙率が80%以上99.5%以下の立体網状構造をなした係止層と、吸水性で縦方向の引っ張り強度が1000N/5cm以上の不織布とが積層され、前記係止層が、前記不織布との複数の接点において前記不織布に熱接着されていることを特徴とする強化のり面形成用材料。
- 前記係止層と前記不織布との合計厚さが、10mm以上50mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化のり面形成用材料。
- 前記熱不織布の厚さが、2mm以上20mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の強化のり面形成用材料。
- 前記熱不織布の重量が、0.2kg/m2以上0.8kg/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の強化のり面形成用材料。
- 前記の熱接着された複数の接点の面密度が、500カ所/m2以上5000カ所/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の強化のり面形成用材料。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の強化のり面形成用材料を、前記不織布がのり面に接するように、かつ前記のり面に続く下側の略水平面にほぼ達するように配置して固定し、前記固定された強化のり面形成用材料の下端を含む帯状部分にのり面防護材を吹き付けて硬化せしめることを特徴とする強化のり面形成方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の強化のり面形成用材料を、前記不織布がのり面に接するように、かつ前記強化のり面形成用材料の上端が前記のり面に続く上側の略水平面内に達するように、さらに前記強化のり面形成用材料の下端が前記のり面に続く下側の略水平面にほぼ達するように配置し、前記上端を前記上側の略水平面内に固定し、前記下端を含む帯状部分にのり面防護材を吹き付けて硬化せしめ、しかるのち、前記帯状部分に続けて上に位置する他の帯状部分にのり面防護材を吹き付けることを特徴とする強化のり面形成方法。
