Claims (6)
- 両端(38,42;138,142)において、その内周および外周の両方とハウジングの内部(52,152)に、付加的バルブの構成要素を装着するための標準等級値を持つ少なくとも一つのバルブハウジング(40;140)と、
少なくとも一つのエネルギ蓄積器(26;126)と、
一つのパイロット制御エレメントと、
少なくとも一つの流体接続具、または、ねじ込み式カートリッジで構成されたバルブを他の構成要素に締結するための接続具を有する、モジュール式バルブ装置。 - 前記装置の要素と共に組立てられる前記バルブは、前記パイロット制御エレメントとしてのパイロットバルブ(10,12,14,18;110,112,114,118)を有する圧力逃がしバルブまたは圧力制御バルブである、請求項1に記載のモジュール式バルブ装置。
- 前記パイロットバルブ(10,110)は、手動または電気的に操作可能であり、スイッチ用磁石(好ましくは比例磁石)が電気作動のために使用される、請求項1または2に記載のモジュール式バルブ装置。
- 前記磁石は、非常事態時の手動操作付きまたは付きでない、かつ/または逆転スイッチパターンを有する比例磁石装置の形式である、請求項3に記載のモジュール式バルブ装置。
- 前記各圧力逃がしバルブは、長手方向に変位可能なように、前記バルブハウジング(40)内で圧縮スプリング(44)に対向して位置付けられた、バルブピストンとしての主ピストン(46)を有し、
前記主ピストン(46)は、前記バルブハウジング(40)内で閉鎖エレメントとして前記パイロットバルブ(10,12,14,18)から離れた反対側端面に保持される、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール式バルブ装置。 - 前記各圧力制御バルブは、ノズル(156)が一体化されたバルブピストン(146)としての制御ピストンを有し、
該制御ピストンは、圧縮スプリング(154)により前記各パイロットバルブ(10,12,14,18)に対向して位置付けられており、前記バルブハウジング(140)内で長手方向に変位可能なようにガイドされている、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール式バルブ装置。
