Claims (29)
- ローターブレード前縁およびローターブレード後縁を有する空気力学的翼形を備えた風力発電設備用のローターブレードであって、
前記ローターブレード(10)は、前記ローターブレードの平面内で前記ローターブレード(10,12)の前記後縁(20)の方向にその端部領域(12)で湾曲または屈曲していることを特徴とするローターブレード。 - 前記端部領域(12)はネジ軸線(14)に対して1度と45度との間の角度で延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記角度は1ないし15度の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレード(10)の前記後縁は前記端部領域(12)の前記後縁(20)へと流体的に溶け込んでいることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記端部領域(12)の前記後縁(20)は所定の曲率半径のものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のローターブレード。
- ローターブレードチップに向って曲率が増大することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記端部領域(12)は、前記ローターブレード(10)内に嵌合可能な独立部分の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記端部領域(12)は、前記ローターブレード長の多くても1/3を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記端部領域(8)は前記ローターブレード(10)内への嵌合のための縮小断面領域を有することを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載のローターブレード。
- 少なくとも一つの開口部が前記断面縮小領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記端部領域(12)は中空であることを特徴とする請求項7ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 流注流れから離れたその端部には、排水用の開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のローターブレード。
- 管状部が前記開口部に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のローターブレード。
- ローターブレード根部(11)と前記端部領域(12)との間の領域(13)は、前記前縁の方向に屈曲していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレード(10)はガラス繊維強化プラスチック素材からなると共に、雷伝導用の導電要素が前記ローターブレード(10)内に組み込まれ、かつ前記端部領域(12)と導電接触状態にあることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレードチップ(30)は、前記ローターブレード(10)の前記端部領域(12)内に嵌合可能な独立部分の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項15のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード用のローターブレードチップ。
- 正圧面および負圧面を有する空気力学的翼形を備えたローターブレード用のローターブレードチップであって、
その外側領域において、前記ローターブレードの正圧面の方向に湾曲あるいは屈曲しており、前記外側領域は狭くなっていることを特徴とするローターブレードチップ。 - 前記湾曲領域において、前記ローターブレード翼形は前記外側領域の翼形へと流体的に溶け込んでいることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 前記外側領域の横断面は、前記ローターブレード(10)の残部の横断面に対して所定の角度で延在することを特徴とする請求項17または請求項18に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 前記ローターブレードチップ(30)は、前記ローターブレード(10)内に嵌合可能な独立部分の形態であることを特徴とする請求項17ないし請求項19のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 前記ローターブレードチップ(30)は前記ローターブレード(10)内への嵌合のための縮小断面領域を有することを特徴とする請求項16ないし請求項20のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 少なくとも一つの開口部が前記縮小断面領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 前記ローターブレードチップ(30)は中空であることを特徴とする請求項16ないし請求項22のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 流注流れから離れたその端部領域には排水用の開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 管状部が前記開口部に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項24に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 金属、特にアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項16ないし請求項25のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレードチップ。
- 請求項17ないし請求項26のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレードチップを具備するローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレード(10)はガラス繊維強化プラスチック素材からなると共に、雷伝導用の導電要素が前記ローターブレード(10)内に組み込まれ、かつ前記ローターブレードチップ(30)と導電接触状態にあることを特徴とする請求項17ないし請求項26のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレードチップを備えたローターブレード。
- 請求項1ないし請求項28のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレードを少なくとも一つ備えたローターを具備してなる風力発電設備。
