Claims (8)
- 本体AHと、コアの原資材を拡張するための連続的拡張装置CEを備えた複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システムであり、
前記連続的拡張装置CEは:ハニカム型コアを製造するため拡張前に原資材2aを把持するクランプ21と;匚字形ブラケット20、20¢の右側上端部部に多数個のU字形溝29¢が一定の間隔に形成された原資材プッシング用プッシャー29が固定された原資材供給部Sと;前記コア2とコア用原資材2aをスライディングするための多数個のスライディング棒31と;ラック37、37¢上でシリンダー(図示略)により左右往復し、同時に垂直シリンダー34、34¢により昇降する補助クランプ22と;シリンダー(図示略)により左右往復して垂直シリンダー35、35¢により昇降するコア原資材拡張用クランプ23と;連続的拡張装置の本体Bの右側端部に位置する拡張されたコアを移送させるため空回転する移送ローラー25とを備えており、
前記本体AHは:前記拡張されたハニカム型コア2の上側と下側で上下ロール4、4¢からローラー5、5¢、6、6¢…を経て上下アルミニウム板3、3¢を供給する供給部Eと;接着物を供給する供給部Fと;上下ローラー8、8¢を備えている結合部Lと;加熱圧着及び支持のための上下ローラー10、10¢、11、11¢、12、12¢を備えている加熱圧着部Pと;急冷装置14、徐冷装置15、保護テープ付着ローラー17、完成されたパネルの側面を切断するためのサイドカッター18、及び前記加熱圧着部Pの後面に連続的に設けられて完成されたパネルをピンチングするローラー16を備えている仕上部Mとを備えていることを特徴とする複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。 - 前記クランプ21はクランプ21を昇降させるための垂直シリンダー33、33¢と、本体Bの上部に設けられたラック37、37¢上でクランプ21を左右に往復運動させるためのシリンダー27を備え、クランプ21の外側端部は前記本体Bの垂直板10上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。
- 前記原資材供給部Sは本体Bの上端部に固定されている垂直板10上に設けられており、前記ブラケットの下端部と連結されたシリンダー28、28¢により左右に往復運動されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。
- 前記コア2とコア用原資材2aをスライディングするための多数個のスライディング棒31のうち最も外側の棒の前方側は、前後方にスライディング棒の位置を調節するためのセンターリングハンドル32と連結されており、スライディング棒31の左右側端部のそれぞれは前記プッシャー29の溝29¢、及び拡張装置CEの右側端部上に設けられた移送ローラー25の下部に取り付けられた長手方向支持台30上にそれぞれ跨っていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。
- 接着剤を供給する前記供給部Fはフィルム供給用ローラー7a、7a¢からホットメルトフィルム7、7¢を供給するフィルム供給装置、熱溶融熱硬化性樹脂接着剤を噴射するアプリケーター(図示略)、又は液体状の熱硬化性樹脂接着剤を噴射する噴射措置(図示略)の中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。
- 前記熱溶融熱硬化性樹脂接着剤はポリエチレン、ポリイソブチレン、ポリアミド、酢酸ビニルエチレン共重合体、及びポリウレタンの中から選択された何れか1つの熱硬化性樹脂で製造されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。
- 前記液体状熱硬化性樹脂接着剤はエポキシ樹脂又はフェノール樹脂の中から選択された何れか1つの熱硬化性樹脂で製造されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。
- 前記結合部Lと加熱圧着部Pとの間又はその前後には厚さ調節ローラー9、9¢で構成される厚さ調節部Dと、完成されたパネルの側面を支持する装置13、13¢、13¢¢で構成される側面支持部Gが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合アルミニウムパネルの連続的製造システム。
