Claims (20)
- a.実質的に流体不透過性のシェル、
b.前記シェルの内側にある芯構造、および
c.前記シェルの内側を循環している作動流体、
を含んでなり、
前記芯構造が、膨脹グラファイトの集合体を含んでなる、熱管理装置。 - 前記芯構造が、その芯構造の少なくとも一部に実装された金属ワイヤをさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記グラファイトが樹脂含浸させたグラファイトを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記膨脹グラファイトの集合体が、一個以上のフレキシブルグラファイトシートを含んでなり、そのシートの少なくとも一個の密度が約1.5g/cc以下である、請求項1に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルを構築する材料が、フレキシブルグラファイトを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルが外側表面をさらに含んでなり、その外側表面の少なくとも一部は、外側表面から伸びる複数のフィンを有する、請求項5に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記作動流体が、アルコール、水、および過フッ化炭化水素の少なくとも一種を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記芯構造が複数の通路をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記複数の通路が、蒸気の流動し易くするような大きさの通路第一部分と、液体の流動をし易くするような大きさの通路第二部分とを含んでなる、請求項8に記載の熱管理装置。
- 熱管理装置の製造方法であって、
a.膨脹グラファイトの集合体を芯構造に形成する工程、および
b.前記芯構造を前記熱管理装置のシェルの内側に挿入する工程
を含んでなる、方法。 - 前記膨脹グラファイトの集合体をフレキシブルグラファイトの一個以上のシートに形成する工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- a.実質的に流体不透過性のシェル、および
b.前記シェルの内側を循環している作動流体
を含んでなり、
前記シェルを構築する材料が、フレキシブルグラファイトを含んでなる、熱管理装置。 - 前記シェルの内側に芯構造をさらに含んでなる、請求項12に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルが、実質的に真空気密のエンクロージャを含んでなる、請求項12に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルのフレキシブルグラファイトの密度が少なくとも約1.6g/ccである、請求項12に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルが複数のフレキシブルグラファイトの層を含んでなる、請求項12に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルのフレキシブルグラファイトが樹脂をさらに含んでなる、請求項12に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルが外側表面をさらに含んでなり、その外側表面の少なくとも一部は、外側表面から伸びる複数のフィンを有する、請求項12に記載の熱管理装置。
- 前記シェルが、複数の通路を含んでなる内側表面を有する、請求項12に記載の熱管理装置。
