Abstract
Description
− ハウジングの内側面および/またはハニカム体の1つの範囲が、噴射媒体としてコランダム粒子を用いた噴射切削法を使用して表面荒くされる工程、
− ハニカム体がハウジング内に挿入される工程、
− 接合技術による結合部が形成される工程、
を少なくとも含んでいることが提案される。
− スリーブの1つの範囲が、噴射媒体としてコランダム粒子を用いた噴射切削法を使用して表面荒くされる工程、
− 少なくとも1つのスリーブがハウジング内に挿入されるか、あるいはハニカム体の周りに少なくとも1つのスリーブが配置される工程、
− ハニカム体がハウジング内に挿入される工程、
− 接合技術による結合部が形成される工程、
を含んでいる製造方法が提案される。
− 接着剤にパッシベーション物質が配合および/または混合される工程、
− パッシベーション物質を含む接着剤がハウジングの内側面に着けられる工程、

Claims (10)
- 内側面(3)を備えた少なくとも1つのハウジング(2)とハニカム体(4)とを有し、ハニカム体(4)がハウジング(2)の内側面(3)に結合範囲(20)において接合技術により結合され、その結合範囲(20)が少なくとも1つのパッシベーション層(14)で制限されている触媒担体(1)において、パッシベーション層(14)が、0.3〜1.5μmの範囲の平均高さ(30)を有する多数の孤立した結晶アグロメレーション(27)を含んでいることを特徴とする触媒担体(1)。
- 結晶アグロメレーション(27)が、ハウジング(2)の内側面(3)に、あるいはハウジング(2)とハニカム体(4)との間に置かれた少なくとも1つのスリーブ(9)に配置され、ハウジング(2)の内側面(3)ないしはスリーブ(9)がパッシベーション層(14)の範囲において表面荒くされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒担体(1)。
- 内側面(3)を備えた少なくとも1つのハウジング(2)とハニカム体(4)とを有する請求項1又は2記載の触媒担体(1)の製造方法において、
− ハウジングの内側面および/またはハニカム体の1つの範囲が、噴射媒体としてコランダム粒子(29)を用いた噴射切削法を使用して表面荒くされる工程、
− ハニカム体(4)がハウジング(2)内に挿入される工程、
− 接合技術による結合部(7)が形成される工程、
を少なくとも含んでいることを特徴とする触媒担体(1)の製造方法。 - 内側面(3)を備えた少なくとも1つのハウジング(2)とハニカム体(4)と少なくとも1つのスリーブ(9)とを有し、少なくとも1つのスリーブ(9)がハウジング(2)とハニカム体(4)との間に配置されている請求項1又は2記載の触媒担体(1)の製造方法において、
− スリーブ(9)の1つの範囲が、噴射媒体としてコランダム粒子(29)を用いた噴射切削法を使用して表面荒くされる工程、
− 少なくとも1つのスリーブ(9)がハウジング(2)内に挿入されるか、あるいはハニカム体(4)の周りに少なくとも1つのスリーブ(9)が配置される工程、
− ハニカム体(4)がハウジング(2)内に挿入される工程、
− 接合技術による結合部(7)が形成される工程、
を少なくとも含んでいることを特徴とする触媒担体(1)の製造方法。 - 内側面(3)を備えた少なくとも1つのハウジング(2)とハニカム体(4)とを有する請求項1又は2記載の触媒担体(1)の製造方法において、
− 接着剤(5)にパッシベーション物質(6)が配合および/または混合される工程、
− パッシベーション物質(6)を含む接着剤(5)がハウジング(2)の内側面(3)に着けられる工程、
− ハニカム体(4)がハウジング(2)内に挿入される工程、
− 接合技術による結合部(7)が形成される工程、
を少なくとも含んでいることを特徴とする触媒担体(1)の製造方法。 - パッシベーション物質(6)が粒子状であり、パッシベーション物質(6)が0.3〜1.5μmの平均粒子直径(8)を有する酸化アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- ハウジング(2)とハニカム体(4)との間に少なくとも1つのスリーブ(9)が配置され、このスリーブ(9)が先ずハニカム体(4)の周りに置かれ、引続いてこのハニカム体(4)と共に少なくとも部分的にハウジング(2)内に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- 接着剤(5)がハウジング(2)の内側面(3)に、10mm以下の幅(10)で帯状に完全に一巡して被着されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至7の1つに記載の方法。
- ハウジング(2)内へのハニカム体(4)の挿入が先ず部分的に行われ、その後触媒担体(1)の少なくとも1つの端面(11)を介して結合剤(12)および/または粉末状ろう材(13)が入れられることを特徴とする請求項5乃至8の1つに記載の方法。
- 接合技術による結合部(7)が熱処理中に形成され、接着剤(5)および結合剤(12)が主に気化され、パッシベーション物質(6)を含むパッシベーション層(14)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5乃至9の1つに記載の方法。
