Abstract
【解決手段】 被監視人は、その人自身の垂直方向に配向された少なくとも一つの加速度計31と磁力計41とを有するセンサを身に付けている。加速度信号の大きい且つ高速の振動が、周囲磁場における二つのレベルの間(t=4000とt=5000との間)のシフトと一致する場合、転倒イベントは検出される。磁力計41を更に利用した追加的な判断基準は、診断を行うことを可能とし、該磁力計41を利用した追加的な判断基準では、加速度計31のみの場合よりも前記診断を容易且つ安全に行うことを可能とする。

Claims (10)
- ・ 人(1)に少なくとも一つの加速度計と少なくとも一つの磁力計を有するセンサ(2)を取り付け、
・ センサにより提供された加速度信号と周囲磁場信号を連続的にモニターし、且つそれらの変化を分析し、
・ 多くの判断基準がすでに満たされた場合に、転倒したことを示す工程からなる人の転倒を検出するための方法であって、該多くの判断基準は
a)その後に加速度信号が安定となる加速度信号が不安定な期間、と
b)加速度信号の不安定期間中に、加速度信号の不安定期間の前後に測定された周囲磁場信号の二つの異なるレベル間で、周囲磁場信号が漸次変化しているかどうかを含むことを特徴とする人の転倒を検出するための方法。 - 前記加速度信号が人に関連する垂直方向(VT)に沿う少なくとも一つの垂直加速度成分からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- 前記周囲磁場信号は人に関連する垂直方向(VT)に沿う周囲磁場の垂直方向の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- 前記判断基準は、c)人に関連する垂直軸(VT)に沿う測定値が事実上ゼロであることにより加速度信号が安定している場合に横臥位置にあることを検出することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- 前記判断基準は、d)転倒と混同される可能性のある通常のイベントを識別することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- 前記識別は人の方位角を測定することを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- 前記識別は、加速度信号の不安定期間の間に、少なくとも一つの信号と事前に記録され通常のイベントの一つと対応する同等の信号との間で比較することを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- 通常のイベントは就寝することを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- 閾値(S)を判断基準の加重数値の組合せが超えた後、転倒したことが示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
- センサ(2)の方位に基づいて示度が変換されて、縦軸と前後方向軸と横方向軸からなる人に関連する軸のフレームにおいて示度を表し、且つ
前記方位を確定するため前記センサの校正を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人の転倒を検出するための方法。
