However, the conventional technology has a problem that weld lines (weld marks) and burrs cannot be sufficiently prevented, and the appearance of the ultrathin container is impaired.

The invention of
According to the injection compression molding method for an ultrathin container according to claim 1 of the present invention, a molding material is formed in the cavity of the injection compression molding mold when the mold clamping pressure reaches 20 ± 5% of the final mold clamping pressure. , So that the generation of weld lines (weld marks) can be prevented, and when the mold clamping pressure reaches 80 ± 5% of the final mold clamping pressure, the compressed core is moved into the cavity. Since it is made to enter, the occurrence of burrs can be prevented. Therefore, the appearance of the ultrathin container can be improved as compared with the conventional case.

According to the injection compression molding method for an ultrathin container according to
According to the invention of
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
FIG. 1 shows an example of an injection compression molding method for an ultrathin container according to the present invention. According to this method, an
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1A, an
In the injection compression molding of the
Furthermore, when pressure is applied in the direction in which the
Further, when pressure is applied in the direction in which the
Further, pressure is applied in the direction in which the
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1 (e), when the
FIG. 2 shows another example of the injection compression molding method for an ultrathin container according to the present invention. According to this method, the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, an injection compression molding die 5 including a
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the
In the injection compression molding of the
Furthermore, when pressure is applied in the direction in which the
Further, when pressure is applied in the direction in which the
Further, when the pressure is applied in the direction in which the
