Abstract

【課題】ご飯等の食事の際用いる茶碗の形状は、茶碗底部が深いためご飯の盛り付ける量も多くなりカロリー摂取過多になりがちであった。
【解決手段】茶碗の内側の八割となる位置まで底を上げ少量のご飯で満足するよう視覚刺激による摂取制限を促し、さらに表面上の中心に印をつけることで全体にご飯を盛り付ける方法と印外に盛り付ける方法の二通りの方法で摂取カロリーを二段階に調節でき、また印内におかずを盛り付けその周辺にごはんを盛り付けることで、ご飯の摂取量を減らしカロリーを抑制することができる。

Description

この発明は、ご飯等の食事に用いる茶碗の形状に関する。
従来のご飯等に食事に用いる茶碗の形状は、図２に示すように、茶碗の本体１の底部分が深い形状である。
しかしながら、以上の技術によれば、茶碗底部が深く、ご飯の盛り付け量が多くなりそれに伴いご飯の摂取量が増えカロリー過多になることが多かった。
そこで、この発明は、茶碗底部を底上げし通常のご飯を食べる量と同様の視覚満足感を与えご飯摂取量を抑制しカロリー過多に陥るのを予防することを提供することを課題とする。
以上の課題を解決するために、第一発明は、茶碗底部を底上げし表面上に印を設けたことを特徴とする茶碗である。
また、第二発明は、表面印内におかず等を盛り付けることでご飯摂取量を抑制できる効果があることを特徴とする茶碗である。
また、第三発明は、表面印によりご飯を盛り付ける量を二段階に調整できることを特徴とする茶碗である。
第一発明、または第二発明または第三発明によれば茶碗底部を底上げし表面上に印をつけることによりご飯摂取を抑制しカロリー調整が容易である。
この発明の一実施形態を、図１に示す。
茶碗の本体１は、底部から八割の部分まで底上げし表面上に丸印を設けるものとする。
「実施形態の効果」
この実施形態によれば、茶碗底上げ２の効果により食欲の視覚的満足感が得ることができる。
表面上の丸印３により全体にご飯を盛り付けた時と丸印外に盛り付けたときの二段階にカロリーを調整することができる。
「他の実施形態」
図１の実施形態では、茶碗表面上丸印３内にご飯を盛り付けおかず等を丸印３外盛り付けてもカロリー調整には効果があるものとする。

Claims (3)

  1. 茶碗を底上げし表面上に印を付けることにより盛り付けたご飯の摂取カロリーを二段階に調整することができることを特徴とする茶碗。
  2. 前記茶碗は、底上げすることで通常盛り付けた量と同様の視覚的満足感を得ることができさらに底上げ表面上の印におかず等をのせることでさらなるご飯摂取量を抑制することを特徴とする請求項１記載の茶碗。
  3. 前記茶碗は、底上げ表面全体にご飯を盛り付けた際のカロリーを約１００キロカロリーとし、表面印外に盛り付けた際は約５０キロカロリーとカロリー計算を容易にできることを特徴とする請求項１記載の茶碗。
