Abstract
【解決手段】基礎地盤1と建物基礎2の間に設置されて該建物基礎2を支承する可撓性を備えたブロック状の盛土材3に鉛直方向にスリットを設けて免震基礎構造を構成する。 また、独立して弾性変形可能な複数の免震脚を連結基部に一体に設けて形成される免震支承体3を介して基礎地盤14上に支承される木造住宅を構成する。 さらに、合成樹脂材を発泡させて形成され、鉛直方向にスリット4が設けられたブロック状に建物の免震支承体3を構成する。

基礎地盤1と建物基礎2の間に設置されて該建物基礎2を支承する可撓性を備えたブロック状の盛土材3に鉛直方向にスリット4を設けてなる免震基礎構造を提供することにより達成される。

Claims (5)
- 基礎地盤と建物基礎の間に設置されて該建物基礎を支承する可撓性を備えたブロック状の盛土材に鉛直方向にスリットを設けてなる免震基礎構造。
- 前記ブロック状の盛土材を基礎地盤と建物基礎の間に散点上に設置するとともに、その上面に可撓性を備えた板状の盛土材を配置してなる請求項1記載の免震基礎構造。
- 独立して弾性変形可能な複数の免震脚を連結基部に一体に設けて形成される免震支承体を介して基礎地盤上に支承される木造住宅。
- 前記免震支承体の複数が重心と剛心のずれによる地震時のねじれを緩衝するように散点上に配置される請求項3記載の木造住宅。
- 合成樹脂材を発泡させて形成され、鉛直方向にスリットが設けられたほぼブロック状からなる建物の免震支承体。
