Description

The present invention is an opening / closing device that feeds an opening / closing body wound around a winding shaft and partitions the space by the opened opening / closing body, and transmits the rotational force of an endless ring-shaped power transmission member to the winding shaft. The present invention relates to a switchgear configured to do so.

Conventionally, in this type of invention, as described in Patent Document 1, the rotational force of the electric motor (8) is driven by a drive sprocket (9), a chain (10), a driven rotating body (driven sprocket 11), and the like. There is one in which a shutter slat (5) is wound around the outer peripheral surface of a rotating winding drum (7) which is transmitted to the winding drum (7) via a power transmission mechanism (1) comprising the following.
The structure of this prior art will be described in more detail. The driven rotating body (driven sprocket 11) is made of a synthetic resin material, and is integrally provided with a bearing (13) at the center thereof. Is supported by the outer peripheral surface of the receiving shaft (20) fixed to the shutter case (6), so that it can be rotated.
The winding drum (7) rotatably supports a plurality of foils (22) on an outer peripheral surface of a fixed shaft (21) fixed to the receiving shaft (20), and these foils (22) are supported. It was comprised by connecting with a support rod (23).

However, according to the above prior art, since the tension of the chain (10) is applied to the driven rotating body (driven sprocket 11), the driven rotating body (driven sprocket 11) made of a synthetic resin material is Deflection occurs due to the tension. Therefore, due to the bending, the durability of the driven rotator (driven sprocket 11) or the chain decreases, vibration or noise accompanying the rotation of the driven rotator (driven sprocket 11) or the chain increases, etc. There was a risk.

As another conventional technique, in a manual opening / closing type opening / closing device, like the one described in Patent Document 2, the winding fixing shaft (5) is fixed to the shutter box (3) via the bracket (9). I am doing so. When such a manually openable switchgear is improved to an electrically driven switchgear as in the prior art, the bracket (9) must be removed and the driven sprocket or the like provided. Therefore, improvement in workability is desired.

In the present specification, the “opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body” means the direction in which the opening / closing body opens and closes.
Further, in this specification, the “opening / closing body width direction” means a direction that is substantially orthogonal to the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body and is not the thickness direction of the opening / closing body.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the first aspect of the invention, when the endless ring-shaped power transmission member rotates, the driven endless rotating power transmission member is rotated to rotate the driven rotating body, and the winding body is rotated along with the rotation of the driven rotating body. Rotate.
During the rotation, the driven rotating body is pulled by the endless ring-shaped power transmission member from a direction substantially intersecting the axial direction, but is supported at a site on the centrifugal direction side from the outer peripheral portion of the winding body, and thus the axial direction Are less likely to bend or play. As a result, the durability of the driven rotator can be improved, and vibrations and noises associated with the rotation of the driven rotator and the endless ring-shaped power transmission member can be reduced.

Further, according to the second invention, the engagement portion between the driven rotator and the support member is located in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the driven rotator, that is, in the vicinity of the annular power transmission member. Therefore, it is possible to effectively reduce the bending or backlash of the driven rotor due to the tension of the annular power transmission member.

Furthermore, according to the third aspect of the invention, since both sides of the driven rotator in the axial direction are supported by the support members, it is possible to further reduce the bending and backlash of the driven rotator.

Furthermore, according to the fourth invention, the engagement structure between the driven rotator and the support member can be a simple and highly specific structure, and the annular protrusion reinforces the driven rotator. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce the bending or backlash of the driven rotating body.

Furthermore, according to the fifth invention, the engagement structure between the driven rotating body and the support member can be a simple structure with good productivity and, for example, the support member has an annular protrusion on its outer periphery. Compared with the structure that is received from the surface side, the annular protrusion can be arranged further in the centrifugal direction side, so that the bending or backlash of the driven rotating body can be further reduced.

Further, according to the sixth invention, even when the opening / closing body is close to the driven rotating body when it is wound around the winding body, the opening / closing body is in contact with the annular power transmission member. It can be blocked by the portion, and as a result, the annular power transmission member can be prevented from being damaged or dropped off.

Furthermore, according to the seventh invention, the fixing bracket for supporting the winding body can be disposed through the central portion of the driven rotor and the central portion of the support member.
Therefore, for example, the fixed bracket is first attached to the immovable part, and the driven rotating body and the support member can be arranged around the attached fixed bracket by post-operation, and the workability is good. . As a result, productivity, maintenance property, etc. of the switchgear can be improved.

The base portion 42a has a substantially disk shape according to the illustrated example, and has a through hole 42a1 (see FIG. 3) for loosely inserting the fixing bracket 33 in the center thereof, and a driven rotation on the outer peripheral side thereof. An annular receiving portion 42a2 is provided so as to receive the inner surface of the annular protrusion 41b on the stationary part (specifically, the side cover 34b) side of the body 41.

And this cover part 42b is fitted in the uneven | corrugated shape by the outer peripheral part side with respect to the base part 42a.

In addition, it is preferable that the material of the said driven rotary body 41, the base part 42a, and the cover part 42b is a synthetic resin material of low friction property in order to rotate the driven rotary body 41 smoothly, for example, nylon resin POM, PBT, PP, etc. are used.

The opening / closing machine 50 is a direct current or alternating current motor, and a drive rotating body 51 such as a sprocket is fixed to an output shaft thereof. An endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 to be described later is hung on the drive rotator 51.

The endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 uses a chain according to the present embodiment, and is wound around the two rotary bodies of the driven rotary body 41 and the drive rotary body 51 to thereby provide a power transmission mechanism using a chain and a sprocket. Is configured.
The power transmission mechanism can be replaced with a power transmission mechanism using a pulley and a belt.

Next, an example of the assembly procedure for the main part of the opening / closing device 1 will be described in detail.
First, the fixing bracket 33 is fixed to one side cover 34 b of the storage case 34. The fixing bracket 33 may be fixed in advance to the side cover 34b.
Next, the base portion 42 a of the support member 42 is fixed to the side cover 34 b of the storage case 34 so as to be positioned around the fixing bracket 33.
Then, the driven rotating body 41 in a state where the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 is hung is engaged with the annular receiving portion 42a2 of the base portion 42a, and further, the cover portion 42b is fitted with the base portion 42a.
Then, the engagement rod 31b1 of the engagement rotator 31b is engaged with the driven rotator 41, and the fixed shaft 32 is mounted on the fixed bracket 33.

According to the above assembling procedure, the driven rotary body 41, the opening / closing machine 50, the opening / closing apparatus that is a manually opening / closing type opening / closing apparatus that does not include a drive source and that supports the fixed shaft 32 by the fixing bracket 33, When a power mechanism including the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 or the like is retrofitted, the work can be performed without removing the fixed bracket 33 from the stationary part such as the storage case 34, and the workability is good.
Further, even when the driven rotating body 41, the support member 42, and the like are replaced for repair or the like, the replacement work can be performed relatively easily without removing the fixing bracket 33.
In the above assembling procedure, the fixing bracket 33 can be fixed to the storage case 34 after the support member 42 and the driven rotating body 41 are configured.

Next, operational effects when the opening / closing device 1 having the above-described configuration is opened and closed will be described in detail.
When the opening / closing machine 50 operates in response to a command from a control circuit (not shown), the rotational force of the drive rotating body 51 of the opening / closing machine 50 is transmitted to the driven rotating body 41 via the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60. The rotation is transmitted to the winding body 31, and the winding body 31 rotates in a predetermined rotation direction.
During this rotation, the driven rotator 41 is pulled by the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 from a direction substantially orthogonal to the axial direction, but the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 on the centrifugal direction side of the outer peripheral portion of the winding body 31 is pulled. Since it is supported in the vicinity by the support member 42, it is difficult to cause axial deflection or backlash.
That is, if the driven rotating body 41 is supported on the inner side of the outer periphery of the winding body 31, the distance between the supporting portion and the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 is relatively long. Although there exists a possibility that the driven rotating body 41 may bend and play due to the tensile force of the ring-shaped power transmission member 60, the above configuration can reduce the occurrence of the bend and play.

Further, since the inner surface of the support member 42 is close to the periphery of the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60, the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60 falls off the driven rotation body 41 during the rotation of the driven rotation body 41. Can be prevented.
Moreover, since the cover portion 42b of the support member 42 is located between the opening / closing body 10 and the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60, the end portion of the opening / closing body 10 in the width direction when wound around the winding body 31 is assumed. However, even if the storage case 34 has moved toward the side cover 34b, the end in the width direction of the opening / closing body 10 is prevented from coming into contact with the endless ring-shaped power transmission member 60, the driven rotating body 41, or the like. be able to.

Next, another example of the switchgear according to the present invention will be described.

The connecting rod 31b1 ′ is a rod-like member that connects the rotating disc 31a1 and the rotating disc 31b2 ′, and is configured to omit the portion of the engaging rod 31b1 on the driven rotating body 41 ′ side from the rotating disc 31b2. The
The turntable 31b2 'is formed with a through hole 31b21' for inserting the fastening member 31b3 'into the turntable 31b2.
The driven rotator 41 ′ has a screw hole 41d ′ in place of the engaging portion 41d of the driven rotator 41 described above.

According to this opening / closing device 2, the same operational effects as the above-described opening / closing device 1 can be obtained, the bending and backlash of the driven rotating body 41 'can be suppressed, and the maintainability is also good.

Further, in the opening / closing device 3 shown in FIG. 6, a separate engaging rotating body 31b ″ is fixed to the main body 31a by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt.

The engaging rotator 31b ″ includes a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) engaging rods 31b1 that can be engaged with the driven rotator 41, and screws and bolts with respect to a midway portion in the axial direction of the engaging rods 31b1.
