Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料電池車両後部のリアフロアパネル3上に、高電圧バッテリ5を設置し、高電圧バッテリ5を冷却する冷却ファンユニット15を、高電圧バッテリ5に対し、排気ダクトA13で接続するとともに、同一水平面上でかつ車両後方側近傍におけるリヤサイドメンバ上に配置する。高電圧バッテリ5の車両後方側には、ユーティリティボックスA7を設け、ユーティリティボックスA7とこれに隣接するユーティリティボックスB9との間に、冷却ファンユニット15に接続する排気ダクトB31を配置する。

Claims (11)
- 車両の下部に高電圧バッテリを搭載し、この高電圧バッテリを冷却するための冷却ファンモータを、前記高電圧バッテリに対し、同一水平面上でかつ車両後方側近傍に配置することを特徴とする高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記車両は燃料電池を搭載する燃料電池車両であり、前記燃料電池に供給する水素配管を車両前後方向に延設し、この水素配管と前記冷却ファンモータとは、車両前後方向から見て車両高さ方向位置が互いにずれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記冷却ファンモータを、車両の下部に位置する車体骨格部材上に配置することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記冷却ファンモータにより、前記高電圧バッテリから発生した熱を含む排気を受けて流す排気ダクトを、車室内に設けた複数の物品収容ボックス相互間の分割部に配置することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記冷却ファンモータにより、前記高電圧バッテリから発生した熱を含む排気を受けて流す排気ダクトを、その排出口が車両後端部付近となるよう配置することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記冷却ファンモータにより、前記高電圧バッテリから発生した熱を含む排気を受けて流す排気ダクトを、車室内に設けた複数の物品収容ボックスがその周囲を囲むように配置することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記冷却ファンモータにより、前記高電圧バッテリから発生した熱を含む排気を受けて流す排気ダクトを、車室内に設けた複数の物品収容ボックスの外壁相互間が排気流路となるように設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記物品収容ボックスを車体に密着させることを特徴とする請求項4,6,7のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記排気ダクトを、車両後方横に配置した排気口に接続することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記物品収容ボックスをリアフロアパネル上に密着させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
- 前記高電圧バッテリおよび前記冷却ファンモータを、車両後部における荷室下部のフロアパネル上に配置することを特徴とする1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の高電圧バッテリユニットの車両搭載構造。
