エレベータの運転を制御する制御盤と、この制御盤と通信してその通信結果を公衆回線を介して送信する監視装置と、この監視装置と通信して前記通信結果を受信し記憶する遠隔監視センタとを含んで成るエレベータの遠隔監視システムにおいて、
前記公衆回線を介して前記監視装置と通信して前記制御盤との接続開始指令もしくは接続終了指令を送信する携帯端末を設け、
前記監視装置は、前記接続指令を前記制御盤に送信し、この制御盤を介してエレベータ乗かご内のインターホンから収集した音声を取得し、この取得した音声を前記携帯端末へ送信するように構成したことを特徴とするエレベータの遠隔監視システム。
