Abstract
【解決手段】 ハウジング7の下端側を封口する蓋部材10を、ハウジング7の内周面7a下端に固定した状態で、フランジ部2bの下側端面2b2との間に第2スラスト軸受隙間δ2を形成するスラスト受け面12と、フランジ部2bの上側端面2b1との間に第1スラスト軸受隙間δ1を形成する軸受スリーブ8の下側端面8bと当接可能な当接面13とを、同時にプレス加工で成形した。

Claims (5)
- ハウジングと、ハウジングの内周に固定される軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブの内周に挿入される軸部材と、スラスト軸受隙間に生じる流体の動圧作用で圧力を発生させて軸部材をスラスト方向に非接触支持するスラスト軸受部と、ハウジングの一端に固定され、軸部材の端面との間にスラスト軸受隙間を形成するスラスト受け面を有する蓋部材とを具備した動圧軸受装置において、
蓋部材に、スラスト受け面との間に軸方向の段差を有すると共に、軸受スリーブの端面と当接する当接面を設け、かつスラスト受け面および当接面がプレス加工で成形されていることを特徴とする動圧軸受装置。 - 蓋部材のスラスト受け面と当接面とが同時にプレス加工されている請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 蓋部材のスラスト受け面に、プレス加工で動圧発生部が形成されている請求項1記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 軸部材にフランジ部を設け、フランジ部の一方の端面と、これに対向する軸受スリーブの端面との間、およびフランジ部の他方の端面とこれに対向するスラスト受け面との間にそれぞれスラスト軸受隙間を形成した請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載した動圧軸受装置と、ロータマグネットと、ステータコイルとを備えたモータ。
