It was.
In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the scroll compressor of the present invention is configured only by machining the communication hole without penetrating the oil supply path from the orbiting bearing space of the orbiting scroll to the back pressure chamber, and does not require a center. It is a thing.

In the present invention, it is possible to partition the oil supply path and the back pressure chamber in a configuration that does not require a center by configuring only the machining of the oil supply path in the orbiting scroll end plate and the outlet of the branched oil supply path. It is possible to provide an orbiting scroll that becomes a simple scroll compressor.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a scroll compressor according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view around a swivel bearing portion of the hermetic scroll compressor according to the same embodiment. The scroll compressor of the present invention is fixed between the main bearing member 5 of the crankshaft 4 fixed by welding or shrink fitting in the sealed container 1 and the fixed scroll 6 bolted on the main bearing member 5. The scroll-type compression mechanism 2 is configured by sandwiching the orbiting scroll 7 that meshes with the fixed scroll 6, so that the orbiting scroll 7 is prevented from rotating between the orbiting scroll 7 and the main bearing member 5 and moves in a circular orbit. An anti-rotation mechanism 8 such as an Oldham ring for guiding is provided, and the orbiting shaft portion 4a at the upper end of the crankshaft 4 is fitted to the orbiting bearing 21 provided on the orbiting scroll 7, and the orbiting scroll 7 is circularly orbited by being driven eccentrically. By using this, the compression chamber 9 formed between the fixed scroll 6 and the orbiting scroll 7 becomes smaller while moving from the outer peripheral side to the center portion. Refrigerant gas is sucked and compressed from the suction pipe 10 communicating with the outside of the hermetic container 1 and the suction port 11 on the outer periphery of the fixed scroll 6, and the refrigerant gas exceeding a predetermined pressure is discharged from the central portion of the fixed scroll 6. The reed valve 13 is pushed open from the outlet 12 and discharged into the discharge chamber 20 in the container.
The lower end of the crankshaft 4 reaches an oil sump 14 at the lower part of the sealed container 1 and is pivotally supported by a secondary bearing member 15 fixed by welding or shrink fitting in the sealed container 1 and can rotate stably. The electric motor 3 is located between the main bearing member 5 and the sub-bearing member 15, and is integrally coupled to the stator 3 a fixed to the sealed container 1 by welding or shrink fitting, and the outer periphery in the middle of the crankshaft 4. The balance weights 17a and 17b fixed by the pins 16 are provided on the outer peripheral portions of the upper and lower end surfaces of the rotor 3b, so that the rotor 3b and the crankshaft 4 are stabilized. It can rotate and can make the orbiting scroll 7 carry out a circular orbit movement stably.
The oil supply mechanism is constituted by a pump 18 driven at the lower end of the crankshaft 4, and supplies oil in the oil reservoir 14 to the slewing bearing space 22 through an oil supply hole 19 extending vertically through the crankshaft 4. The supplied oil is branched into two systems, and one system lubricates the slewing bearing 21 and the slewing shaft portion 4a, lubricates the main shaft portion 4b and the main bearing 5a, and then drops under the main bearing member 5, and finally The oil is collected in the oil sump 14.
Next, another system will be described. A back pressure chamber 23 is formed on the outer periphery of the orbiting scroll 7 by the fixed scroll 6 and the main bearing member 5, and the back pressure chamber 23 communicates with the suction portion. Further, a communication hole 24 a is provided from the orbiting bearing 21 in the end plate 7 a of the orbiting scroll 7 only by machining. The main bearing member side of the end plate 7a of the orbiting scroll 7 is partitioned by a sealing member 25 having a rectangular cross section disposed on the main bearing member 5, the discharge pressure (high pressure) on the inside, and the back pressure chamber 23 on the outside, the suction pressure. (Low pressure). The communication holes 24 b are provided at positions that alternately face the inner and outer circumferences of the seal member 25 by the orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll 7. The oil supplied to the slewing bearing space 22 is lubricated by the slewing bearing 21 and the slewing shaft 4a, and then the time difference pressure in a state where the communication hole 24b faces the outer peripheral portion (back pressure chamber 23) of the sealing material 25. It is guided to the back pressure chamber 23 through the communication holes 24a and 24b. Conversely, when the communication hole 24b faces the inner peripheral portion of the sealing material 25, no differential pressure is generated, and no oil flows through the communication holes 24a and 24b.
The diameter of the opening of the communication hole 24b is configured to be smaller than the width of the seal material 25, and the communication hole 24b prevents the high and low pressure from communicating with each other over the seal material 25. The oil guided to the back pressure chamber 23 is sucked into the compression chamber 9 from the suction portion, and is discharged from the discharge port 12 to the discharge chamber 20 in the container together with the refrigerant gas.
The seal oil in the compression chamber 9 is provided at a position where the communication holes 24b alternately face the inner and outer circumferences of the seal material 25 by the orbiting movement of the orbiting scroll 7, and the communication holes 24b are provided at the outer periphery (back pressure) of the seal material 25. When facing the chamber 23), it is guided to the back pressure chamber 23 through the communication holes 24a and 24b by the differential pressure and supplied from the back pressure chamber 23 through the suction portion. Conversely, when the communication hole 24b faces the inner peripheral portion of the seal member 25, no differential pressure is generated, and no oil flows into the communication holes 24a and 24b. The amount is determined by the ratio at which the communication hole 24 b faces the outer peripheral side of the sealing material 25 in one rotation in which the orbiting scroll 7 performs the orbiting motion. In this case, the diameter of the opening of the communication hole 24b is set to a size that does not cause a large resistance to the oil flow, and is smaller than the width of the sealing material 25.
If the supply amount of the seal oil is too large, the refrigerant gas is overheated, resulting in a decrease in volumetric efficiency and a decrease in performance. Therefore, it is necessary to suppress the amount to an appropriate amount. Side)).
In order to further suppress the supply amount of the seal oil, it is effective to reduce the diameter of the communication hole 24b. However, due to variations in processing and assembly, the opening of the communication hole 24b is caused by the seal member 25. There is a high possibility that the seal member 25 does not open to the outer peripheral portion, that is, a closed state. Therefore, by providing a counterbore 24c as shown in FIG. 2 at the opening of the communication hole 24b, it is possible to prevent a closed state even if the diameter of the communication hole 24b is set small. In addition, it is possible to prevent burrs and returns during processing of the communication hole 24b.
Of course, the diameter of the spot facing 24c needs to be smaller than the width of the seal member 25.
The present invention provides a scroll compressor that has fewer parts than the conventional configuration, is inexpensive, and maintains high performance.
