Description

The present invention relates to a windshield protection sheet curtain for a vehicle that is used to suppress an increase in the temperature of a passenger compartment during outdoor parking in the summer and to prevent frost and snow from freezing during outdoor parking in winter.

As an example of a vehicle windshield protective sheet curtain, a passenger car cover that covers a substantially upper half from a vehicle roof to a window glass portion has been developed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this passenger car cover, a rectangular vinyl sheet is disposed on the vehicle body so as to be covered, and the vinyl sheet is brought close to the vehicle body and fixed by the attractive force of the Alnico strong magnet.
In another automobile wind glass protection device, a structure is adopted in which a foldable umbrella-shaped cover sheet is taken out of a storage container and then adsorbed and fixed to the wind glass by a suction cup (for example, patent document). 2).
Registered Utility Model No. 3011064 JP 2004-106820 A

The passenger car cover of Patent Document 1 uses an Alnico strong magnet although it has a simple structure, so it cannot be attached unless it is a metal having magnetism, and a vinyl sheet having a larger area than wind glass must be used. There is. Further, the windshield protection device for automobiles of Patent Document 2 has an advantage that the umbrella-shaped cover sheet can be folded and stored compactly when not in use, but the cover sheet opened in the shape of an umbrella can be turned into a window glass only with an elastic suction cup. Since the structure is fixed by suction, there is a possibility that the suction force of the suction cup changes due to wind or heat and the cover sheet is not fixed. In addition, since the cover sheet is opened and narrowed in an umbrella shape when the cover sheet is attached and removed, the rib-shaped first arm member and second arm member arranged radially along the cover sheet are also included. Many components, such as a 1st attachment member and a 2nd attachment member, are needed, The whole structure is complicated and there exists a problem that a manufacturing cost becomes high.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is that it can be easily attached to and detached from the vehicle, and the required area may correspond to the size of the window glass. Moreover, the overall structure is simplified and the manufacturing is inexpensive. The object is to provide a windshield protection sheet curtain for a vehicle that is cost effective.

(About claim 1)
In a vehicle window glass protective sheet curtain that is mounted so as to cover a window glass of a vehicle, the covering sheet has a plurality of through holes formed on the left and right sides. The stopper part in which the stopper hole is formed in the penetrating state is disposed in the through hole that exists in the upper and lower corners of the covering sheet among the through holes. The elastic rope member passes through the through holes in order, and both ends thereof are connected to the stopper holes of the stopper portions in a state of being prevented from being pulled out. At the time of use of the covering sheet, the covering sheet is put on the window glass, and the rope member is stretched and attached to the business trip part of the vehicle.
When the covering sheet is attached, the cord member is stretched and hooked on the business trip part of the vehicle, and when removing, the cord member is simply removed from the business trip part of the vehicle, and the attaching / detaching operation can be performed quickly and easily and easily. .
Since the strip member is attached to and detached from the business trip part of the vehicle, the necessary area of the covering sheet may correspond to the size of the window glass, and the material can be saved rationally. In addition, the necessary components are general members such as a covering sheet, a cable member, and a stopper portion, and the entire structure is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced. In addition, since the rope member is hooked on the business trip part, the covering sheet is hardly affected by wind or heat unlike the case of fixing by the suction cup alone, and the covering sheet is attached in a stable state.

(About claim 2)
Since the stopper part integrally forms the suction cup part that can be adsorbed to the window glass, the fixing of the covering sheet can be assisted when the covering sheet is mounted.

(Claim 3)
The covering sheet is formed as a composite member in which an inner meshwork sheet portion and an outer non-porous sheet portion are overlapped. For this reason, a net work sheet | seat part functions as a heat insulating material containing air, and can prevent especially frost adhesion to window glass and freezing such as snow at the time of outdoor parking in winter.

(About claim 4)
Since the outer surface of the covering sheet is attached with a metal foil having a reflection function with respect to sunlight, it is possible to effectively suppress an increase in vehicle interior temperature due to sunlight particularly during outdoor parking in summer. it can.

(Claim 5)
The covering sheet has a plurality of spring members embedded in the lateral direction. When not in use, the covering sheet is wound in a spiral shape by the urging force of the spring member. For this reason, when not in use, the covering sheet can be rolled into a cylindrical shape and stored compactly.

(About claim 6)
The covering sheet is formed from one side portion along the other side portion and has a plurality of insertion holes through which the rubber cord band portion passes, and when not in use, the covering sheet is applied by the urging force of the rubber cord band portion. Can be folded into a bellows shape. For this reason, the sheet | seat for coating | cover can be accommodated compactly by folding in a bellows shape at the time of non-use.

When the cover sheet is attached, the rubber string is stretched and hooked on the door mount mirror or door handle of the vehicle, and the rubber string is simply detached from the door mount mirror or door handle when removing the cover. It can be done easily and easily.

1 and 2 show Embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle wind glass protective sheet curtain 1 includes a plastic covering sheet 2 in which a reflective aluminum metal foil is adhered to the outer surface. A plurality of through holes 3a to 3c and through holes 3d to 3f are formed in the left and right sides 2a and 2b of the covering sheet 2 in the vertical direction. The stopper part 4 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape by plastic, and is disposed in the through holes 3a, 3c, 3d, and 3f existing in the upper and lower corner portions 5 of the covering sheet 2 among the through holes 3a to 3f. . The upper end portion of the stopper portion 4 forms a stopper hole 4a that passes through the through holes 3a, 3c, 3d, and 3f and penetrates in the direction perpendicular to the axis, and the lower end portion integrally extends the bowl-shaped suction cup portion 6 Yes. In this state, the upper surface portion of the suction cup portion 6 abuts against the opening peripheral edge portions of the through holes 3 a, 3 c, 3 d, and 3 f so that the suction cup portion 6 does not come out in the direction of the stopper portion 4.

The rubber cord 7 is provided as a stretchable rope member, and passes through the through holes 3a to 3c or the through holes 3d to 3f in order, and both ends thereof pass through the stopper holes 4a of the stopper portion 4 to form a single knot 4b. It is connected to the retaining state. When the covering sheet 2 is used, as shown in FIG. 2, the covering sheet 2 is applied to the front window glass 8, and the rubber string 7 is stretched to pull the door mount mirror 9 and the door 10 as a business trip part of the vehicle W. Hook it on the part 10a and attach it. At this time, by pressing the stopper portion 4, the suction cup portion 6 is adsorbed to the window glass 8 to reinforce and stabilize the mounting state of the covering sheet 2. Since the covering sheet 2 covers and protects the wind glass 8 when the covering sheet 2 is used, an increase in the cabin temperature due to sunlight is suppressed during outdoor parking in the summer, and frost on the wind glass 8 during outdoor parking in the winter Prevents freezing and freezing of snow.
When the covering sheet 2 is removed, the rubber string 7 is removed from the door mount mirror 9 and the handle portion 10a of the door 10, and the suction cup portion 6 is elastically deformed to release the suction to the window glass 8. Thereby, since the restraint of the covering sheet 2 with respect to the window glass 8 is released and the covering sheet 2 becomes free, the covering sheet 2 is folded or wound to the trunk of the vehicle W (not shown), etc. Can be accommodated.

Thus, when the covering sheet 2 is mounted, the rubber string 7 is stretched and hooked on the door mount mirror 9 and the handle 10a of the door 10 of the vehicle W, and when removed, the rubber string 7 is pulled by the door mount mirror 9 and the handle of the door 10. Only the operation of removing the unit 10a is required, and the attaching / detaching operation can be performed quickly and easily.
Since the rubber string 7 is attached to and detached from the door mount mirror 9 and the handle portion 10a of the door 10, the required area of the covering sheet 2 may be equivalent to the size of the window glass 8, and the material is rational. Can save you money. In addition, the necessary components are general members such as the covering sheet 2, the rubber string 7, and the stopper portion 4, and the entire structure is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Nevertheless, because the rubber cord 7 is hooked on the door mount mirror 9 and the handle 10a of the door 10, the covering sheet 2 is less affected by wind and heat, etc. Stabilize.

3 and 4 show a second embodiment of the present invention. The covering sheet 2 in Example 2 is formed as a composite member in which an inner meshwork sheet portion 11 and an outer non-porous sheet portion 12 are overlapped as shown in FIG. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4, the net work sheet | seat part 11 functions as a heat insulating material containing air, and can prevent especially frost adhesion to window glass and freezing such as snow at the time of outdoor parking in winter.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The covering sheet 2 in Example 3 is set to be slightly thick and has a plurality of spring plates 13 embedded in the lateral direction as elongated spring members. When the covering sheet 2 is mounted, the covering sheet 2 is expanded and pressed against the window glass against the urging force of the spring plate 13. When the covering sheet 2 is removed, the covering sheet 2 receives a rotational force in the counterclockwise direction by the urging force of the spring plate 13 as indicated by an arrow F in FIG. For this reason, when the restraint from the rubber cord 7 is released and the covering sheet 2 becomes free, it is automatically wound into a spiral shape and stored compactly as shown in FIG.

FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The covering sheet 2 in Example 4 has a plurality of insertion holes 15 that are formed from one side portion along the other side portion and allow the elastic rubber band 14 to pass therethrough. Since the urging force in the contracting direction of the rubber cord band portion 14 is set to be smaller than the urging force in the contracting direction of the rubber cord 7, the covering sheet 2 is attached to the rubber cord band portion 14 when the covering sheet 2 is attached. By pulling against the urging force, it is developed laterally and pressed against the wind glass. Further, when the covering sheet 2 is removed, the covering sheet 2 receives a contracting force with respect to the center portion by the urging force of the rubber band 14 as shown by arrows G and H in FIG.

For this reason, when the covering sheet 2 is released from the restraint from the rubber cord 7 and becomes free, it is contracted with respect to the central portion and folded into a bellows shape as shown in FIG. Is done. In addition, the some horizontal line provided in the sheet | seat 2 for coating | cover is the crease line 16 formed by melt | fusion etc., and makes the sheet | seat 2 for coating | cover easy to fold along the crease line 16 at the time of non-use. In this case, the lateral dimension of the covering sheet 2 is set to be long, and the length dimension in the lateral direction is different by adjusting the length width in which the covering sheet 2 is pulled and deployed in the lateral direction during use. It can deal with car models with windshield.

(Modification)
In the above embodiment, the rubber cord 7 is hooked on both the door mount mirror 9 of the vehicle W and the handle portion 10a of the door 10, but the rubber cord 7 may be hooked on only one of them. Instead of the rubber string 7, a slender coil spring may be used as a cord body that hooks on the door mount mirror 9 and the handle 10 a of the door 10. Further, the covering sheet 2 is mounted on the front window glass 8, but the mounting target of the covering sheet 2 may be a left and right window glass or a rear window glass. The material of the netting sheet portion 11 and the non-porous sheet portion 12 in the covering sheet 2 may be various plastic materials such as polyethylene and PET, and a cloth for a hood, natural fiber or natural fiber and synthetic fiber It may be a blend.

When the cover sheet is attached, the rubber string is stretched and hooked on the door mount mirror or door handle of the vehicle, and the rubber string is simply detached from the door mount mirror or door handle when removing the cover. It can be done easily and easily. In addition, the necessary components are general members such as a covering sheet, a rubber string, and a stopper portion, and the entire structure is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced. For this reason, a simple coating sheet can stimulate demand and can be widely applied to the chemical and mechanical industries through an increase in production of the coating sheet and peripheral components.
