Abstract
【解決手段】電動圧縮機40への電気接続用端子10を、熱伝導性の低い金属(ステンレス)と、当該熱伝導性の低い金属にメッキされた熱伝導性の高い金属(銅メッキ)とから構成し、インバータ装置20のプリント配線基板11へはんだ9を用いて電気接続することにより、小型軽量で組立が容易なインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機が得られる。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1におけるインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機の断面図で、電動圧縮機40の左側にインバータ装置20を密着させて取り付けたインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機の一例を示す。この構成は、金属製筐体32の中に圧縮機構部28、モータ31等が設置されている。
上記実施の形態1においては、インバータ装置20からモータ31への電気接続用端子10について述べたが、モータ31の巻線温度など電動圧縮機40内部の温度を検出する温度センサを、電動圧縮機40の金属製筐体内に設けて、電気接続用端子10により、インバータ装置20と温度センサとを電気接続する場合にも適用できる。
ここで、直流電源19の電圧をEと表示している。
車両、特に電気自動車やハイブリッドカーにおいては、走行性能確保、搭載性の面から、車両用空調装置にも小型軽量が求められ、その中でも重量があり、しかも狭いエンジンルーム内やその他のスペースに取り付けられる圧縮機の小型軽量化は重要課題である。

Claims (8)
- 圧縮機構部と、前記圧縮機構部の動力源となるモータと、前記圧縮機構部と前記モータとを収容する金属製筐体と、前記モータへ給電するインバータ装置と、前記金属製筐体に設けられた前記金属製筐体の内と外とを電気接続する電気接続用端子とを備えたインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機において、前記電気接続用端子は、熱伝導性の低い金属と、当該熱伝導性の低い金属にメッキされた熱伝導性の高い金属とから構成され、前記インバータ装置と、はんだにより電気接続されるインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機。
- 前記電気接続用端子を用いて、前記インバータ装置から前記モータへ給電する請求項1に記載のインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機。
- 前記金属製筐体内に温度検出器が設けられ、前記電気接続用端子により、前記温度検出器が前記インバータ装置に電気接続される請求項1又は2に記載のインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機。
- 前記温度検出器はサーミスタであり、当該サーミスタの両端が前記電気接続用端子により、前記インバータ装置に電気接続される請求項3に記載のインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機。
- 前記熱伝導性の高い金属は銅である請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機。
- 前記熱伝導性の低い金属はステンレスである請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機。
- 前記電気接続用端子と、前記インバータ装置を構成するプリント配線基板とが、はんだにより接続される請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載のインバータ装置一体型電動圧縮機を適用した車両用空調装置。
