Claims (40)

  1. 標的病原体を検出する方法であって;
    表面をもつ基体を準備するステップ;
    表面上にパターン形成金層を付着させるステップ;
    標的病原体と相互作用することができる付着物質を表面上に付着させるステップ; 及び
    付着物質を標的病原体を含有し得る標的試料にさらし、表面を原子間力顕微鏡で画像化することにより付着物質と標的病原体との間に生じた分子相互作用事象を検出するステップ
    を含む、前記方法。
  2. 病原体がウイルスであり、付着物質が抗体である、請求項1記載の方法。
  3. 表面がガラス及びシリコンからなる群より選ばれる、請求項1記載の方法。
  4. パターン形成金層を表面上にスパッタ付着させる、請求項1記載の方法。
  5. 表面がクロム層を更に含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
  6. 抗体を自然吸着により表面上に結合させる、請求項2記載の方法。
  7. 抗体を表面に化学的に繋げる、請求項2記載の方法。
  8. 配向タンパク質層を表面上に付着させて抗体を配向させるステップを更に含む、請求項2記載の方法。
  9. 配向タンパク質がプロテインA、プロテインG及びプロテインA/Gからなる群より選ばれる、請求項8記載の方法。
  10. 配向タンパク質を金表面上に受動的に吸着させる、請求項8記載の方法。
  11. 配向タンパク質を表面に化学的に繋げる、請求項8記載の方法。
  12. C11〜C18アルカンリンカーを金層に共有結合で結合させるステップを更に含む、請求項8記載の方法。
  13. アルカンリンカーが、COOH、NH2、及びスクシンイミドからなる群より選ばれる機能部分を含む、請求項12記載の方法。
  14. アルカンリンカーがタンパク質の第一アミンと相互作用する、請求項12記載の方法。
  15. 抗体をインクジェットを用いて付着させる、請求項2記載の方法。
  16. 抗体を表面上の付着ドメイン内に付着させる、請求項15記載の方法。
  17. 抗体を配向タンパク質に付着させるステップが、表面をその上の抗体と共に湿潤環境でインキュベートして抗体を配向タンパク質に受動的に結合させることができる段階を更に含んでいる、請求項8記載の方法。
  18. 結合事象後に表面から過剰量の抗体を洗浄する、請求項17記載の方法。
  19. ウイルスがイヌパルボウイルスである、請求項2記載の方法。
  20. 抗体が抗パルボウイルスである、請求項19記載の方法。
  21. ウイルスを対照にさらすステップを更に含む、請求項2記載の方法。
  22. 対照抗体が抗伝染性胃腸炎ウイルスである、請求項21記載の方法。
  23. 対照が抗イヌジステンパーウイルスである、請求項21記載の方法。
  24. ウイルスがワクシニアウイルスである、請求項2記載の方法。
  25. 抗体がワクシニアウイルスに対向するモノクローナル抗体である、請求項24記載の方法。
  26. ワクシニアウイルスの検出用装置であって、
    基体上に付着させた金層;
    金層に共有結合で結合したC(x)アルカンリンカー;
    アルカンリンカーを介して表面に繋がれたプロテインA/G; 及び
    付着した抗体の一部が活性を保持するようにドメイン内の表面上に付着した抗ワクシニア抗体
    を含む、前記装置。
  27. 基体、金層、アルカンリンカー層、プロテインA/G、その上に付着した抗体がチップを形成している、請求項26記載の装置。
  28. xが、長さが炭素11〜18個であり、末端がスクシンイミド基である炭素主鎖である、請求項26記載の装置。
  29. ドメイン内の表面上に付着した対照抗体を更に含む、請求項26記載の装置。
  30. 対照が抗アデノウイルス抗体である、請求項30記載の装置。
  31. 抗体がマイクロジェット付着されている、請求項26記載の装置。
  32. 基体がガラス及びシリコンからなる群より選ばれる、請求項26記載の装置。
  33. 金層が表面上にグリッドパターンで付着されている、請求項26記載の装置。

  36. グリッドパターンが600μmの孔グリッドパターンである、請求項33記載の装置。
  37. 標的病原体を検出する方法であって、
    表面をもつ基体を準備するステップ;
    標的病原体と相互作用することができる付着物質を表面上に付着させるステップ;
    標的病原体を含有し得る標的試料に付着物質をさらし、付着物質と標的病原体との間に生じた分子相互作用事象を検出するステップ
    を含む、前記方法。
  38. 1種以上の標的病原体を含有し得る標的試料に付着物質をさらす前に、第二標的病原体と相互作用することができる表面上に第二付着物質を付着させるステップを更に含む、請求項37記載の方法。
  39. 付着物質がウイルスであり、標的病原体がウイルスである、請求項37記載の方法。
  40. 付着物質がアプタマーである、請求項37記載の方法。
