Abstract
The present invention discloses a type of weaving (also called a loom) object curve weaving method and its textile products. The method is based on the five major operations such as existing threading, opening, weft insertion, weft driving, and weaving of the loom. Increased to achieve slant diameter threading during operation. At the same time, the inclined warp and the weft are crossed non-perpendicularly when the weft is driven, so that a warp curve pattern of successive changes is formed on the fabric. As a characteristic of the woven product, the warp thread of the product having an inclined diameter can be curved according to the process conditions. The finished fabric has a warp curve pattern that changes in a complementary, sequential, and sequential manner, and has a graceful appearance. The present invention can be used for various existing looms (own looms, non-weaving looms), and can significantly increase the grade of products and improve product added value and competitiveness.
Description
The present invention discloses a method and product for weaving a shuttle loom fabric in the spinning technical field.
Shuttle loom fabrics are now widely used in daily life and production materials such as clothing fabrics, decorative materials and industrial fabrics. Traditional shuttle loom fabric is based on the vertical crossing process of warp (longitudinal) and weft (transverse) spun yarns, and weaving, opening, weft insertion, weft driving, take-up, etc. It is woven in conjunction with the five major operations. In particular, all of the existing traditional wrinkles are vertical teeth, have the same tooth size, and all the teeth are arranged in a straight line and have the same density. At the time of weft driving, the kite is fixed with a kite so that the kite will not loosen.
As shown in FIG. 1, the existing loom is composed of a
The
The above-mentioned existing weaving: The fabric produced by the method and equipment is relatively monotonous in appearance, and both the diameter yarn and the weft yarn are 90 ° perpendicular crossing. Due to the straight intersection of the diameter yarn and the weft on the fabric surface, the yarns are arranged in a straight line in both the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and the densities are the same. Therefore, the patterns and types of the fabric are limited and there is no diversity.
The present invention invents a weaving machine with a new design that avoids the simple weaknesses of existing fabrics and a clever design, further improves the product grade, and weaves fabrics with moderately curved and curvilinear patterns. Weaving methods and textile products are provided.
