Description
Claims (14)
- 開位置と閉位置との間で調整可能な逆止弁要素(34)と、所定の圧力を超えたときに弁座(40)から持ち上げることができ、この結果、少なくとも1つの流出チャネルが開口される圧力制御弁要素(42)と、を備える逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁(10)において、逆止弁要素(34)が、前記閉位置で少なくとも1つの環状封止座(30、32)に対して位置する弁板であり、前記環状封止座が、薄壁の構成要素、好ましくは板金部分(22)内にエンボス加工されることを特徴とする逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 同心である2つの環状封止座(30、32)が設けられ、またそれらの間に少なくとも1つの一方向開口部(26)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 逆止弁要素(34)がプレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- プレート(34)はゴムで被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 封止座(30、32)が、板金の弁カップ(22)の基部(24)内にエンボス加工されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 封止座(30、32)が逆止弁要素(34)内にエンボス加工されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 圧力制御弁要素(42)の弁座(40)が、バルブカップ(22)の基部(24)内に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 前記流出チャネルが、流動方向に見て、弁座(40)の後方にその調整方向に対しほぼ半径方向に走ることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- ガイド要素(44)が圧力制御弁要素(42)のために設けられることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- ガイド要素(44)が、弁座(40)からある距離に配列されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 前記流出チャネルが、ガイド要素(44)とバルブカップ(22)の基部(24)との間に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 圧力制御弁要素(42)を弁座(40)に向かって付勢する圧力ばね(48)が設けられ、また圧力ばね(48)のために別個のばねカップ(50)が設けられるので、前記圧力ばねのプレストレスが調整可能であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 通気開口部がばねカップ(50)内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
- 前記すべての構成要素が、2つのバルブ要素(34、42)、圧力ばね(48)およびガイド要素(44)を除いて、板金から構成され、また打ち抜かれるかまたは深絞りされることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の逆止弁と圧力制御弁との組み合わせ弁。
