Abstract
【解決手段】 平帯(2)から製造されて長辺側を溶接された多室管(1)であって、2つの平らな長辺面(10、11)と、2つの湾曲した短辺面(12、13)と、平帯(2)から折畳まれた腹部(7、8、9)とを有し、腹部が隣接する室(3、4、5、6)を仕切りかつ管内壁(11’)とろう接されており、腹部(7、8、9)が多室管(1)の一方の長辺面(10)のみから成形されており、他方の長辺面(11)が実質的に平滑に構成されていることを特徴とする多室管。
Description
1)腹部は内圧から帰結する諸力を吸収し、扁平管の変形に対抗して働く(タイロッド)、
2)腹部は扁平管の総横断面を個々の室に仕切る(液圧直径の縮小)、
3)腹部は内側から外側へと熱を導出する。

Claims (5)
- 平帯(2)から製造されて長辺側を溶接された多室管(1)であって、2つの平らな長辺面(10、11)と、2つの湾曲した短辺面(12、13)と、平帯(2)から折畳まれた腹部(7、8、9)とを有し、腹部が隣接する室(3、4、5、6)を仕切りかつ管内壁(11’)とろう接されており、腹部(7、8、9)が多室管(1)の一方の長辺面(10)のみから成形されており、他方の長辺面(11)が実質的に平滑に構成されていることを特徴とする多室管。
- 短辺面(13)の領域に縦溶接部(14)が配置されており、縦溶接部の位置(14’、14’’、14’’’)が可変であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の多室管。
- 管(1)の肉厚がs≦0.5mm、特にs≦0.25mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の多室管。
- 管(1)の厚さ(外寸)がd≦2.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3記載の多室管。
- 管(20)が末端側(21)で非対称に拡開されており、折畳まれた腹部(26、27、28)を有する長辺面(30)が実質的に未変形のままであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の多室管。
