Abstract
【解決手段】 固定バルクヘッド14及び中間バルクヘッド20を有する電池ケース10に、電池保持孔18及び電池挿通孔22を介してこれらを串刺しにするよう、電池モジュール16を組み込む。電池モジュール16を構成する電池12同士の接続連結部位を固定バルクヘッド14の電池保持孔18にて保持及び支持する。下側から上側に吹き抜ける冷却/暖機媒体の流れをチューニング突起38にて阻害し又は流路断面積を調整し、これにより位置の上下によらず電池12を効率的に冷却/暖機する。中間バルクヘッド20を別体形成することにより、製造及び組立を容易化する。また、接続連結部位にて電気的に接続される電池12同士の異電位部位間を電気的に絶縁しかつ所定の弾性を以て電池保持孔内壁面に当接する電気絶縁性弾性部材を設ける。

Claims (3)
- 所定配列で所定位置に形成された電池保持孔を有する支持用バルクヘッドと、筒状の電池を複数個縦列配置し電気的に接続及び機械的に連結した長尺筒状ユニットである電池モジュールとを、それぞれ複数個備え、支持用バルクヘッドが、電池の長さの自然数倍の間隔で櫛歯状に配列され、電池モジュールが、電池間の接続連結部位が支持用バルクヘッドにて保持且つ支持されるよう、支持用バルクヘッドの配列をその一端側から他端側に向けて串刺しに、電池保持孔に挿通されたことを特徴とする電池アセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載の電池アセンブリにおいて、所定配列で所定位置に形成された電池挿通孔及び当該電池挿通孔の縁辺又は間隔部位から電池挿通方向に突設されたチューニング突起を有するチューニング用バルクヘッドを備え、チューニング用バルクヘッドが、支持用バルクヘッド同士の間又は支持用バルクヘッドと他のチューニング用バルクヘッドの間に配置され、電池モジュールが、電池挿通孔に挿通されたことを特徴とする電池アセンブリ。
- 請求項1又は2記載の電池アセンブリにおいて、上記接続連結部位に設けられ、当該部位にて電気的に接続される電池同士の異電位部位間を電気的に絶縁しかつ所定の弾性を以て電池保持孔内壁面に当接する電気絶縁性弾性部材を備えることを特徴とする電池アセンブリ。
