Description

The present invention relates to a back sheet for a solar cell module that is a unit constituting a solar cell and a solar cell module using the back sheet, and in particular, heat resistance, weather resistance, gas barrier property against water vapor, oxygen gas, etc., durability, and robustness. The present invention relates to a back sheet for a solar cell module that has excellent properties and other characteristics, and has good manufacturability and low cost.

In recent years, solar power generation as a clean energy source has attracted attention due to increasing awareness of environmental problems such as global warming, and solar cells having various forms have been developed. This solar battery is generally composed of a plurality of solar battery modules that are packaged by a plurality of solar battery cells wired in series or in parallel.

The solar cell module is required to have sufficient durability and weather resistance that can be used outdoors for a long period of time. As shown in FIG. 4, a specific structure of a general solar cell module 51 includes a light-transmitting substrate 52 made of glass or the like, and a filler layer 53 made of a thermoplastic resin such as an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer. A plurality of solar cells 54 as photovoltaic elements, a filler layer 55 similar to the filler layer 53, and a solar cell module backsheet 56 are laminated in this order, and a vacuum heating lamination method or the like Is integrally molded.

Since the solar cell module backsheet 56 is required to have weather resistance, durability, gas barrier properties, and the like, conventionally, the front and back surfaces of the inorganic layer 57 exhibiting gas barrier properties are sandwiched between a pair of synthetic resin layers 58. A laminate is adopted. Specifically, (a) a back sheet for a solar cell module having a structure in which an aluminum foil is sandwiched between a pair of polyvinyl fluoride films (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-177712), (b) heat resistance and weather resistance made of a polyester resin Backsheet for solar cell module having a structure in which an inorganic oxide thin film layer is laminated on one surface of a conductive plastic film, and a similar heat and weather resistant plastic film is laminated on the outer surface of the thin film layer (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-134771) Etc.) have been developed.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-177412 JP 2002-134771 A

In the solar cell module, when water vapor, oxygen gas or the like enters the inside, there is a risk of peeling and discoloration of the filler layers 53 and 55, corrosion of the wiring, deterioration of the function of the solar cell 54, and the like. Therefore, the solar cell module back sheet 56 is required to have gas barrier properties against water vapor, oxygen gas, etc. in addition to weather resistance and heat resistance.

On the other hand, in the conventional solar cell module backsheet in which the aluminum foil of (a) is sandwiched between synthetic resin layers, a Tedlar film is often used as the synthetic resin layer. Since this Tedlar film has a low mechanical strength and is expensive, it is an obstacle to reducing the cost of solar cell modules. Moreover, the solar cell module backsheet of (a) has the disadvantages that defects such as cracks are likely to occur in the aluminum foil during lamination, and the handling is difficult and the productivity is poor.

In addition, the conventional back sheet for a solar cell module in which the inorganic oxide thin film layer (b) is sandwiched between synthetic resin layers is a vacuum that is a typical film forming method with excellent productivity, for example. When formed by vapor deposition, it is difficult to form a uniform and dense inorganic oxide thin film layer, and the inorganic oxide thin film layer is prone to defects such as grain boundaries, pinholes, and cracks. It is difficult to ensure a good gas barrier property.

The present invention has been made in view of these disadvantages, and is excellent in various properties such as heat resistance, weather resistance, durability, water resistance, fastness and the like, and particularly excellent in gas barrier properties against water vapor, oxygen gas, etc. It is another object of the present invention to provide a solar cell module backsheet having good manufacturability and low cost and a solar cell module using the backsheet.

The invention made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems is provided with a barrier sheet, and the barrier sheet is laminated on a synthetic resin base film and both surfaces (meaning the front and back surfaces) of the base film. It is a solar cell module backsheet which has an aluminum vapor deposition layer.

Since the solar cell module backsheet has two aluminum deposited layers laminated on both sides of the base film, it has a high gas barrier property against water vapor, oxygen gas, and the like. Moreover, even if the aluminum vapor deposition layer has defects such as pinholes, the solar cell module backsheet hardly causes the defect positions to coincide with each other on both sides of the aluminum vapor deposition layer, thereby suppressing a decrease in gas barrier properties. . Furthermore, even when the solar cell module backsheet is bent, the density of the aluminum vapor deposition layer on the mountain side decreases and the density of the aluminum vapor deposition layer on the valley side increases, resulting in a decrease in gas barrier properties at the bent portion. It is suppressed. Therefore, the solar cell module backsheet has high heat resistance, weather resistance, durability, strength, and other characteristics, and has particularly excellent gas barrier properties.

In addition, the solar cell module backsheet is relatively easy to stack a uniform and dense aluminum vapor deposition layer having a good gas barrier property. As a result, an aluminum foil or an inorganic oxide thin film layer is sandwiched between synthetic resin layers. Compared with the conventional solar cell module backsheet having the above structure, the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since the aluminum vapor deposition layer surface has a metallic luster, the solar cell module backsheet can reflect the light beam that has passed through the solar cell and reuse it, thereby improving the power generation efficiency.

The said solar cell module backsheet is good to laminate | stack the said some barrier sheet through an adhesive layer. Thus, by laminating | stacking the said several barrier sheet, the gas barrier property of the said solar cell module backsheet, heat resistance, a weather resistance, durability, intensity | strength, and other various characteristics can be improved significantly. In addition, since the solar cell module backsheet has four or more aluminum vapor-deposited layers laminated, even when the aluminum vapor-deposited layer has defects such as pinholes or is bent, the gas barrier property is remarkably lowered. To be suppressed. In addition, since the back sheet for the solar cell module is filled with an adhesive layer between a pair of aluminum vapor deposition layers that are superimposed on each other, a portion having a low barrier function such as a scratch or a recess is formed on the pair of aluminum vapor deposition layers. Even if there is, it is sealed and protected by the adhesive layer, and as a result, the gas barrier property against water vapor, oxygen gas and the like is further improved.

The adhesive layer is preferably formed from an adhesive for dry lamination. Thus, by using the adhesive for dry lamination, the adhesive strength of the plurality of barrier sheets, and thus the durability and robustness of the back sheet for the solar cell module are improved. Protection function is improved.

As the dry laminate adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive is preferable. By using the polyurethane-based adhesive in this way, a decrease in the adhesive strength and delamination of the barrier sheet due to long-term outdoor use of the solar cell module backsheet is prevented, and further, the yellowing of the adhesive layer, etc. Degradation is reduced.

It is good to laminate | stack a synthetic resin layer on the outer surface (surface on the opposite side to the base film side) of the said aluminum vapor deposition layer. By laminating the synthetic resin layer on the outer surface of the aluminum vapor deposition layer in this way, the outer surface of the aluminum vapor deposition layer is sealed and protected, and as a result, the handleability, durability, anti-aging, robustness, etc. of the barrier sheet are improved. However, even if there are defects such as scratches and recesses in the aluminum vapor deposition layer, the gas barrier property is prevented from being lowered, and inconveniences such as a short circuit with the solar battery cell are prevented.

The synthetic resin layer may include a polyester resin. Since such a polyester resin has good adhesive strength with aluminum, the adhesive strength between the aluminum deposited layer and the synthetic resin layer is improved, and as a result, the surface protection of the aluminum deposited layer is improved.

A white pigment may be dispersed in the synthetic resin layer. Thus, by containing a white pigment dispersedly in the synthetic resin layer laminated on the outer surface of the aluminum vapor deposition layer, the heat resistance, thermal dimensional stability, weather resistance, strength of the synthetic resin layer and thus the back sheet for the solar cell module In addition, the aging deterioration prevention property is improved. In addition, the back sheet for the solar cell module has a function of diffusing the light beam that is transmitted through the solar cell and reflected by the aluminum vapor deposition layer by containing a white pigment in the synthetic resin layer on the outer surface. Power generation efficiency can be increased.

A white pigment may be dispersed and contained in the base film. Thus, by containing a white pigment in the base film in a dispersed manner, the heat resistance, thermal dimensional stability, strength, weather resistance, etc. of the base film are improved, and defects in the aluminum vapor deposition layer during barrier sheet production Is reduced.

It is preferable to have a void (void) around the white pigment. Thus, by having a void around the white pigment, the uniform dispersibility of the white pigment in the synthetic resin layer and the base film is improved, and the productivity and durability of the synthetic resin layer and the base film are improved. Various properties such as weather resistance, strength, and light diffusibility are improved. In addition, in the synthetic resin layer, the reflectivity and light diffusibility of the light transmitted through the solar battery cell are improved, and the power generation efficiency is further increased. Moreover, in the said base film, generation | occurrence | production of the defect to the aluminum vapor deposition layer at the time of barrier sheet manufacture is further reduced.

Polyethylene terephthalate is preferable as a material for forming the base film. By forming a base film using such polyethylene terephthalate as the main polymer, the heat resistance, thermal dimensional stability, weather resistance, etc. of the base film are improved. Occurrence is reduced.

Corona discharge treatment and / or anchor coating treatment may be performed on the aluminum vapor deposition surface of the base film. By performing corona discharge treatment and / or anchor coating treatment on the aluminum deposition surface of the base film in this way, the adhesive strength between the base film and the aluminum deposition layer is improved, and a dense and uniform aluminum deposition layer is formed. can do.

A polyester anchor coating agent may be used for the anchor coating treatment. By laminating such a polyester anchor coating agent on the base film deposition surface, the adhesive strength between the base film and the aluminum deposition layer is remarkably improved.

Therefore, the solar cell module in which the translucent substrate, the filler layer, the solar battery cell as the photovoltaic element, the filler layer, and the solar cell module backsheet are laminated in this order is The high gas barrier property, weather resistance, and other characteristics of the back sheet for solar cell module can dramatically improve durability, weather resistance, life, and the like, and can further promote reduction in manufacturing cost.

As described above, the solar cell module backsheet of the present invention is excellent in heat resistance, weather resistance and other properties, particularly excellent in gas barrier properties against water vapor, oxygen gas, etc., and has good manufacturability and low cost. It has sex. Moreover, the solar cell module using the back sheet for solar cell module can drastically improve durability, weather resistance, life and the like, and can further promote reduction in manufacturing cost.

Copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether and hexafluoropropylene (EPE), copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene or propylene (ETFE), polychlorotrifluoroethylene resin (PCTFE), ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene Copolymer (ECTFE), vinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF), vinyl fluoride resin (PVF), and the like. Among these fluororesins, polyvinyl fluoride resin (PVF) and a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene or propylene (ETFE) which are excellent in strength, heat resistance, weather resistance and the like are particularly preferable.

As the cyclic polyolefin resin, for example, a) cyclic dienes such as cyclopentadiene (and derivatives thereof), dicyclopentadiene (and derivatives thereof), cyclohexadiene (and derivatives thereof), norbornadiene (and derivatives thereof) are polymerized. And b) a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing the cyclic diene with one or more olefinic monomers such as ethylene, propylene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, styrene, butadiene, and isoprene. . Among these cyclic polyolefin resins, cyclopentadiene (and derivatives thereof), dicyclopentadiene (and derivatives thereof) or norbornadiene (and derivatives thereof) such as polymers having excellent strength, heat resistance, and weather resistance are particularly preferred. preferable.

In addition, as a forming material of the base film 3, the said synthetic resin can be used 1 type or in mixture of 2 or more types. In addition, various additives and the like can be mixed in the forming material of the base film 3 for the purpose of improving and modifying processability, heat resistance, weather resistance, mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and the like. . Examples of the additive include a lubricant, a crosslinking agent, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer, a filler, a reinforcing fiber, a reinforcing agent, an antistatic agent, a flame retardant, a flame retardant, a foaming agent, and an antifungal agent. And pigments. The method for forming the base film 3 is not particularly limited, and known methods such as an extrusion method, a cast forming method, a T-die method, a cutting method, and an inflation method are employed.

As a minimum of thickness (average thickness) of substrate film 3, 10 micrometers is preferred and 20 micrometers is especially preferred. On the other hand, the upper limit of the thickness of the base film 3 is preferably 250 μm and particularly preferably 188 μm. When the thickness of the base film 3 is less than the above lower limit, problems such as curl are likely to occur during the vapor deposition process for forming the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4, and handling becomes difficult. On the contrary, if the thickness of the base film 3 exceeds the above upper limit, it is contrary to the demand for thinning and lightening the solar cell module.

The aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 is formed by vapor-depositing aluminum on the front surface and the back surface of the base film 3. The vapor deposition means of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 is not particularly limited as long as aluminum can be vapor deposited on the synthetic resin base film 3 without causing deterioration such as shrinkage and yellowing. (A) Vacuum vapor deposition method (Physical Vapor Deposition Method; PVD Method), (b) Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition Method, Thermal Chemical Vapor Deposition Method, Photochemical Vapor Deposition Method, Sputtering Method, Ion Plating Method, Ion Cluster Beam Method, etc. A chemical vapor deposition method (Chemical Vapor Deposition method; CVD method) such as a growth method is employed. Among these vapor deposition methods, a vacuum vapor deposition method and an ion plating method that can form a high-quality aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 with high productivity are preferable.

The aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 may have a single layer structure or a multilayer structure of two or more layers. Thus, by making the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 into a multi-layer structure, deterioration of the base film 3 is reduced by reducing the thermal load applied during vapor deposition, and the adhesion between the base film 3 and the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 is further reduced. Can be improved. Moreover, the vapor deposition conditions in the said physical vapor deposition method and chemical vapor deposition method are suitably designed according to the resin kind of the base film 3, the thickness of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4, etc.

As a minimum of the thickness (average thickness) of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4, 10 nm is preferable and 20 nm is especially preferable. On the other hand, as an upper limit of the thickness of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4, 200 nm is preferable and 100 nm is especially preferable. When the thickness of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 is smaller than the said minimum, there exists a possibility that gas-barrier property may fall. On the other hand, when the thickness of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 exceeds the upper limit, defects such as cracks are likely to occur in the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4.

Generally as a manufacturing process of the said solar cell module backsheet 1, (1) Aluminum vapor deposition layer lamination | stacking process which vapor-deposits aluminum by the said PVD method or CVD method on both surfaces (surface and back surface) of the base film 3 (2) A barrier sheet laminating step in which an adhesive is coated on the surface of one barrier sheet 2 by means of a roll coating method, a gravure roll coating method, a kiss coating method, etc., and the other barrier sheet 2 is bonded to the coated surface And have.

The solar cell module backsheet 1 has high gas barrier properties due to the two aluminum deposition layers 4 laminated on both surfaces of the base film 3. Further, even if the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 has a defect such as a pinhole, the position of the defect coincides with the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 on the front surface side and the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 on the back surface side. There is almost nothing, and the fall of gas barrier property is suppressed. Further, even when the solar cell module backsheet 1 is bent, the density of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 on the mountain side decreases and the density of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 on the valley side increases. As a result, the gas barrier property at the bent portion Is suppressed. Therefore, the solar cell module backsheet 1 has high heat resistance, weather resistance, durability, strength, and other characteristics, and has particularly excellent gas barrier properties.

In addition, the solar cell module backsheet 1 is relatively easy to laminate a uniform and dense aluminum vapor-deposited layer 4, and as a result, the above structure having a structure in which an aluminum foil or an inorganic oxide thin film layer is sandwiched between synthetic resin layers. The cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional solar cell module backsheet. Furthermore, since the surface of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 has a metallic luster, the solar cell module backsheet 1 can reflect the light beam that has passed through the solar cell and reuse it, thereby improving the power generation efficiency. .

In the solar cell module backsheet 1, a synthetic resin layer may be laminated on the outer surface of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4. By laminating the synthetic resin layer on the outer surface of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 in this way, the outer surface of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 is sealed and protected. As a result, the handleability, durability, anti-aging, and robustness of the barrier sheet Etc., and even if there are defects such as scratches and recesses in the aluminum vapor deposition layer, the gas barrier property is prevented from lowering, and inconveniences such as short circuit with solar cells are prevented.

The synthetic resin layer is formed by adhesion of a synthetic resin film or coating of a synthetic resin. Examples of the material for forming the synthetic resin layer include polyester resins, polyamide resins, polyurethane resins, epoxy resins, phenol resins, (meth) acrylic resins, polyvinyl acetate resins, and polyethylene aly polypropylene. Examples thereof include polyolefin resins and cellulose resins. Among such synthetic resins, a polyester resin that has high adhesive strength with the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 and contributes to surface protection of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4, sealing of defects, and the like is particularly preferable.

The lower limit of the amount of lamination of the synthetic resin layer (solid content), preferably 1g / m 2, 3g / m 2 is particularly preferred. On the other hand, as an upper limit of the lamination amount of the synthetic resin layer, 10 g / m 2 is preferable, and 7 g / m 2 is particularly preferable. When the laminated amount of the synthetic resin layer is smaller than the lower limit, the effect of sealing and protecting the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 may be reduced. On the other hand, even if the stacking amount of the synthetic resin layer exceeds the above upper limit, the sealing and protection effect of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 does not increase so much, but the thickness of the back sheet 1 for the solar cell module increases and is thin. There is a risk that it may violate the demand for weight reduction and weight reduction.

A white pigment may be dispersed and contained in the synthetic resin layer. Thus, by dispersing and containing the white pigment in the synthetic resin layer, various characteristics such as the heat resistance, weather resistance, durability, thermal dimensional stability, strength, etc. of the synthetic resin layer and the back sheet 1 for the solar cell module. Can be improved. Moreover, the function to diffuse the light ray which permeate | transmits the photovoltaic cell and reflected with the aluminum vapor deposition layer is added by disperse | distributing a white pigment in a synthetic resin layer, and electric power generation efficiency can be improved more.

The white pigment is not particularly limited, and for example, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, lead carbonate, barium sulfate and the like can be used. Among these, calcium carbonate is preferable because it is excellent in dispersibility in the resin material forming the synthetic resin layer and has a relatively large effect of improving the durability, heat resistance, strength, and the like of the synthetic resin layer. This calcium carbonate has crystal types such as calcite, aragonite, and vaterite, and any crystal type can be used. This calcium carbonate may be surface-treated with stearic acid, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, silane coupling agent, titanium coupling agent, etc., and impurities such as magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, etc. About 10% or less may be contained.

The average particle diameter of the white pigment is preferably from 100 nm to 30 μm, particularly preferably from 300 nm to 3 μm. If the average particle diameter of the white pigment is smaller than the above range, uniform dispersion in the synthetic resin layer becomes difficult due to aggregation and the like, and the effect of improving various properties such as heat resistance to the synthetic resin layer may be reduced. On the contrary, when the average particle diameter of the white pigment exceeds the above range, the effect of improving various properties such as heat resistance to the above synthetic resin layer may be lowered.

As content of a white pigment, 8 to 30 mass% is preferable. When the content of the white pigment is smaller than the lower limit, the effect of improving the durability, heat resistance, strength, etc. of the synthetic resin layer is reduced. On the other hand, when the content of the white pigment exceeds the above upper limit, the dispersibility of the white pigment in the synthetic resin layer is lowered, and the strength of the synthetic resin layer may be lowered.

As described above, the synthetic resin layer containing a white pigment may have voids around the white pigment. By having voids around the white pigment in this way, the uniform dispersibility of the white pigment in the synthetic resin layer is improved, and various properties such as productivity, durability, weather resistance, and strength of the synthetic resin layer are obtained. To improve. In addition, the synthetic resin layer having voids around the white pigment as described above improves the reflectivity and diffuse reflectivity with respect to the light beam transmitted through the solar battery cell, and the power generation efficiency is further increased.

The apparent density of the synthetic resin layer by inclusion of such voids, preferably 0.99 g / cm 3 or more 1.37 g / cm 3 or less, 1.18 g / cm 3 or more 1.33 g / cm 3 or less is particularly preferred. If the apparent density of the synthetic resin layer is smaller than the lower limit, the volume of voids around the white pigment increases, and the productivity and strength characteristics of the synthetic resin layer may be reduced. On the other hand, if the apparent density of the synthetic resin layer exceeds the above upper limit, the volume of voids around the white pigment is reduced, and the effects of improving the durability, strength, and the like may be reduced.

In the synthetic resin layer, various additives such as a silane coupling agent for improving tight adhesion, an ultraviolet absorber for improving weather resistance, an inorganic filler for improving heat resistance, etc. It can mix suitably. The amount of the additive to be mixed is preferably 0.1% by weight or more and 10% by weight or less in view of the balance between the effect expression of the additive and the function inhibition of the matrix resin.

The base film 3 may contain a white pigment in a dispersed manner. As described above, by dispersing and containing the white pigment in the base film 3, various characteristics such as heat resistance, weather resistance, durability, thermal dimensional stability, etc. of the base film 3 and thus the back sheet 1 for the solar cell module. Can be improved. The type, average particle diameter, content, and the like of the white pigment are the same as those of the synthetic resin layer, and the voids around the white pigment are the same as those of the synthetic resin layer.

Moreover, in order to improve the close adhesiveness etc. of the base film 3 and the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4, it is good to give a surface treatment to the vapor deposition surface of the base film 3. FIG. Examples of such adhesion improving surface treatment include (a) corona discharge treatment, ozone treatment, low temperature plasma treatment using oxygen gas or nitrogen gas, glow discharge treatment, oxidation treatment using chemicals, and the like ( b) Primer coat treatment, undercoat treatment, anchor coat treatment, vapor deposition anchor coat treatment and the like. Among these surface treatments, corona discharge treatment and anchor coat treatment that improve the adhesion strength with the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 and contribute to the formation of a dense and uniform aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 are preferable.

Examples of the anchor coating agent used for the anchor coating treatment include a polyester anchor coating agent, a polyamide anchor coating agent, a polyurethane anchor coating agent, an epoxy anchor coating agent, a phenol anchor coating agent, and a (meth) acrylic anchor coating. Agents, polyvinyl acetate anchor coating agents, polyolefin anchor coating agents such as polyethylene aly polypropylene, and cellulose anchor coating agents. Among these anchor coating agents, polyester anchor coating agents that can further improve the adhesive strength between the base film 3 and the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 are particularly preferable.

The lower limit of the coating amount of the anchor coating agent (solid content) is preferably 0.1g / m 2, 1g / m 2 is particularly preferred. In contrast, the upper limit of the amount of coating of the anchor coating agent is preferably 5g / m 2, 3g / m 2 is particularly preferred. If the coating amount of the anchor coating agent is smaller than the lower limit, the effect of improving the adhesion between the base film 3 and the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 may be reduced. On the other hand, when the coating amount of the anchor coating agent exceeds the above upper limit, the strength, durability, etc. of the solar cell module backsheet 1 may be lowered.

In the anchor coating agent, a silane coupling agent for improving tight adhesion, a blocking inhibitor for preventing blocking with the base film 3, an ultraviolet absorber for improving weather resistance, etc. These various additives can be appropriately mixed. The amount of the additive to be mixed is preferably 0.1% by weight or more and 10% by weight or less from the balance between the effect expression of the additive and the function inhibition of the anchor coating agent.

The solar cell module backsheet 11 of FIG. 2 includes a pair of barrier sheets 2 that are superimposed substantially in parallel, and an adhesive layer 12 that is laminated between the pair of barrier sheets 2. In other words, the solar cell module backsheet 11 has a structure in which a pair of barrier sheets 2 are laminated and bonded via the adhesive layer 12. Since this barrier sheet 2 is the same as the solar cell module backsheet 1 of FIG. 1 described above, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.

The adhesive layer 12 is laminated between the pair of superimposed barrier sheets 2 and adheres the pair of barrier sheets 2. The adhesive layer 12 is formed from a laminating adhesive or a melt-extruded resin. Examples of the laminating adhesive include dry laminating adhesive, wet laminating adhesive, hot melt laminating adhesive, non-solvent laminating adhesive, and the like. Among these laminating adhesives, a dry laminate having excellent adhesive strength, durability, weather resistance, etc., and a function of sealing and protecting defects (for example, scratches, pinholes, recesses, etc.) on the surface of the aluminum deposited layer 4. Especially preferred are adhesives.

Examples of the dry laminate adhesive include polyvinyl acetate adhesive, homopolymers such as ethyl acrylate, butyl, 2-ethylhexyl ester, and copolymers thereof with methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, styrene, and the like. Polyacrylic acid ester adhesive, cyanoacrylate adhesive, ethylene copolymer adhesive consisting of a copolymer of ethylene and monomers such as vinyl acetate, ethyl acrylate, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, etc., cellulose adhesive Agent, polyester adhesive, polyamide adhesive, polyimide adhesive, urea resin, melamine resin amino resin adhesive, phenol resin adhesive, epoxy adhesive, polyurethane adhesive, reactive type ( (Meth) acrylic adhesive, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber Styrene - butadiene made of rubber or the like rubber adhesive, a silicone-based adhesive, an alkali metal silicate, and the like inorganic adhesive made of a low-melting-point glass or the like. Among these dry laminating adhesives, a decrease in adhesion strength and delamination of the barrier sheet 2 due to long-term outdoor use of the solar cell module backsheet 1 are prevented, and the adhesive layer 12 is further yellowed. Particularly preferred is a polyurethane-based adhesive in which the deterioration of the resin is reduced.

Examples of the melt-extruded resin include polyethylene resins, polypropylene resins, acid-modified polyethylene resins, acid-modified polypropylene resins, ethylene-acrylic acid or methacrylic acid copolymers, Surlyn resins, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. One or more thermoplastic resins such as polyvinyl acetate resin, ethylene-acrylic acid ester or methacrylic acid ester copolymer, polystyrene resin, and polyvinyl chloride resin can be used. In addition, when adopting the extrusion laminating method using the above melt-extruded resin, in order to obtain stronger adhesive strength, it is preferable to perform surface treatment such as anchor coating treatment described later on the laminated opposing surfaces of the pair of barrier sheets 2. .

The lower limit of the amount of lamination of the adhesive layer 12 (in terms of solid content), preferably 1g / m 2, 3g / m 2 is particularly preferred. In contrast, the upper limit of the lamination of the adhesive layer 12 is preferably 10 g / m 2, particularly preferably 7 g / m 2. If the stacking amount of the adhesive layer 12 is smaller than the lower limit, the adhesive strength and the defect sealing function of the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 may not be obtained. On the other hand, when the lamination amount of the adhesive layer 12 exceeds the upper limit, the lamination strength and durability may be lowered.

In addition, in the adhesive for laminating or the melt-extruded resin for forming the adhesive layer 12, for the purpose of improving and modifying the handling property, heat resistance, weather resistance, mechanical properties, etc., for example, a solvent, a lubricant, a crosslinking agent, Various additives such as antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, light stabilizers, fillers, reinforcing fibers, reinforcing agents, antistatic agents, flame retardants, flameproofing agents, foaming agents, antifungal agents, pigments and the like are mixed as appropriate. be able to.

Since the solar cell module backsheet 11 is formed by laminating a pair of barrier sheets 2 and having four aluminum deposited layers 4, the gas barrier properties, heat resistance, weather resistance, durability, strength, and other characteristics are marked. Can be improved. Moreover, even if the aluminum vapor deposition layer 4 has a defect such as a pinhole, the solar cell module backsheet 11 has almost no coincidence of the defect position in the four aluminum vapor deposition layers 4 and the gas barrier property is lowered. Is significantly suppressed. Further, even when the solar cell module backsheet 11 is bent, the decrease in gas barrier properties is remarkably suppressed by the increase / decrease in the density of the four aluminum deposited layers 4. Furthermore, since the solar cell module backsheet 11 is filled with the adhesive layer 12 between the pair of opposed aluminum vapor deposition layers 4, the pair of aluminum vapor deposition layers 4 has scratches, recesses, etc. Even a portion having a low barrier function is sealed and protected by the adhesive layer 12, and as a result, the gas barrier property against water vapor, oxygen gas and the like is further improved.

In the solar cell module 21 of FIG. 3, a translucent substrate 22, a filler layer 23, a plurality of solar cells 24, a filler layer 25, and the solar cell module backsheet 1 are from the surface side. Among these resins, fluorine resins, cyclic polyolefin resins, polycarbonate resins, poly (meth) acrylic resins, or polyester resins are particularly preferable.

In the case of the transparent substrate 22 made of synthetic resin, (a) transparent deposition of inorganic oxides such as silicon oxide and aluminum oxide on one surface by the PVD method or the CVD method for the purpose of improving gas barrier properties and the like. (B) For the purpose of improving and modifying processability, heat resistance, weather resistance, mechanical properties, dimensional stability, etc., for example, lubricants, crosslinking agents, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, charging It is also possible to contain various additives such as an inhibitor, a light stabilizer, a filler, a reinforcing fiber, a reinforcing agent, a flame retardant, a flame retardant, a foaming agent, a fungicide, and a pigment.

The thickness (average thickness) of the translucent substrate 22 is not particularly limited, and is appropriately selected depending on the material to be used so as to have required strength, gas barrier properties, and the like. The thickness of the synthetic resin translucent substrate 22 is preferably 6 μm or more and 300 μm or less, and particularly preferably 9 μm or more and 150 μm or less. The thickness of the glass translucent substrate 22 is generally about 3 mm.

It has adhesiveness with the module back sheet 1, scratch resistance for protecting the solar battery cell 24, shock absorption, and the like. In addition, the filler layer 23 laminated | stacked on the surface of the photovoltaic cell 24 has transparency which permeate | transmits sunlight in addition to the said various functions.

As a forming material of the filler layer 23 and the filler layer 25, for example, fluorine resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ionomer resin, ethylene-acrylic acid or methacrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene, etc. Examples thereof include acid-modified polyolene fin-based resins, polyvinyl butyral resins, silicone-based resins, epoxy-based resins, (meth) acrylic resins, and the like obtained by modifying the above polyolefin-based resins with unsaturated carboxylic acids such as acrylic acid. Among these synthetic resins, fluorine resins, silicone resins, or ethylene-vinyl acetate resins that are excellent in weather resistance, heat resistance, gas barrier properties, and the like are preferable.

Moreover, as a forming material of the filler layer 23 and the filler layer 25, the thermoreversible crosslinkable olefin polymer composition shown by Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2000-34376, specifically, (a) Unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride Modified olefin polymer modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester, the average number of bonds of carboxylic anhydride groups per molecule is one or more, and the carboxylic acid in the modified olefin polymer A modified olefin polymer in which the ratio of the number of carboxylic acid ester groups to the number of anhydride groups is 0.5 to 20, and (b) a hydroxyl group-containing polymer having an average number of hydroxyl groups per molecule of 1 or more, Those having a ratio of the number of hydroxyl groups of component (b) to the number of carboxylic anhydride groups of component (a) of 0.1 to 5 are also used.

The forming material of the filler layer 23 and the filler layer 25 is, for example, a cross-linking agent, a thermal antioxidant, a light stabilizer, an ultraviolet absorber, a photo-oxidant for the purpose of improving weather resistance, heat resistance, gas barrier properties, and the like. Various additives such as an inhibitor can be appropriately contained. Further, the thickness (average thickness) of the filler layer 23 and the filler layer 25 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 200 μm or more and 1000 μm or less, and particularly preferably 350 μm or more and 600 μm or less.

The solar battery cell 24 is a photovoltaic element that converts light energy into electrical energy, and is disposed between the filler layer 23 and the filler layer 25. The plurality of solar cells 24 are laid in substantially the same plane, and are wired in series or in parallel although not shown. Examples of the solar battery cell 24 include a crystalline silicon solar electronic element such as a single crystal silicon type solar cell element and a polycrystalline silicon type solar cell element, an amorphous silicon solar cell element having a single junction type or a tandem structure type, gallium arsenide, and the like. Group 3 to 5 compound semiconductor solar electronic devices such as (GaAs) and indium phosphorus (InP), and Group 2 to 6 compound semiconductor solar electronic devices such as cadmium tellurium (CdTe) and copper indium selenide (CuInSe 2 ) Etc., and those hybrid elements can also be used. In addition, the filler layer 23 or the filler layer 25 is filled between the plurality of solar battery cells 24 without a gap.

Although it does not specifically limit as a manufacturing method of the said solar cell module 21, Generally, (1) Translucent board | substrate 22, filler layer 23, several solar cell 24, filler layer 25 And a step of laminating the solar cell module backsheet 1 in this order, and (2) a laminating step of integrally forming them by a vacuum heating lamination method or the like in which they are integrated by vacuum suction and thermocompression bonded. In the manufacturing method of the solar cell module 21, for the purpose of adhesion between the respective layers, (a) applying a heat-melt adhesive, solvent-type adhesive, photo-curing adhesive, etc., (b) each lamination The opposing surface can be subjected to corona discharge treatment, ozone treatment, low temperature plasma treatment, glow discharge treatment, oxidation treatment, primer coating treatment, undercoat treatment, anchor coating treatment, and the like.

The solar cell module 21 has durability and weather resistance because the solar cell module backsheet 1 has high gas barrier properties, weather resistance, durability, handleability, manufacturability, low cost, etc. as described above. It is excellent in various properties such as heat resistance, gas barrier properties, water resistance and strength, and can promote reduction in production cost. Therefore, the solar cell module 21 can be suitably used for a roof-standing solar cell, a solar cell for a small electric device such as a wristwatch or a calculator.

The back sheet for solar cell module and the solar cell module of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, a solar cell module having a structure in which three or more barrier sheets 2 are stacked with an adhesive layer 12 interposed therebetween. A back sheet is also possible. Thus, by laminating three or more barrier sheets 2, various characteristics such as gas barrier properties, weather resistance, and durability can be remarkably improved.

Moreover, it is good to contain a ultraviolet absorber in a synthetic resin layer. Thus, the weather resistance and durability of the said solar cell module backsheet can be improved by containing a ultraviolet absorber. The ultraviolet absorber is not particularly limited as long as it is a compound that absorbs ultraviolet rays and can be efficiently converted into heat energy, and is stable to light, and a known one can be used. . Among them, salicylic acid-based UV absorbers, benzophenone-based UV absorbers, benzotriazole-based UV absorbers, and cyano have a high UV-absorbing function, good compatibility with the above-mentioned base polymer, and exist stably in the base polymer. An acrylate ultraviolet absorber is preferable, and one or more selected from these groups may be used. Further, as the ultraviolet absorber, a polymer having an ultraviolet absorbing group in a molecular chain (for example, “Udable UV” series of Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd.) is also preferably used. By using a polymer having an ultraviolet absorbing group in such a molecular chain, the compatibility with the polymer constituting the synthetic resin layer is high, and deterioration of the ultraviolet absorbing function due to bleeding out of the ultraviolet absorbent can be prevented.

The lower limit of the content of the ultraviolet absorber is preferably 0.1% by mass, particularly 1% by mass, more preferably 3% by mass, and the upper limit of the content of the ultraviolet absorber is 10% by mass, particularly 8% by mass, 5 mass% is particularly preferable. If the blending amount of the UV absorber is smaller than the above lower limit, there is a risk that the UV absorbing function of the solar cell module backsheet may not be effectively achieved. Conversely, the blending amount of the UV absorber exceeds the above upper limit. If so, the matrix polymer may be adversely affected and the synthetic resin layer may be reduced in strength, durability, and the like.

Further, the synthetic resin layer may contain an ultraviolet stabilizer or a polymer having an ultraviolet stabilizing group bonded to the molecular chain. By this ultraviolet stabilizer or ultraviolet stabilizer, radicals generated by ultraviolet rays, active oxygen, and the like are inactivated, and the ultraviolet stability, weather resistance, and the like of the back sheet for a solar cell module can be improved. As the UV stabilizer or UV stabilizer, a hindered amine UV stabilizer or a hindered amine UV stabilizer having high stability to UV is preferably used.

Further, an antistatic agent may be contained in the synthetic resin layer, the base film 3 and / or the adhesive layer 12. By containing the antistatic agent in this way, an antistatic effect is exhibited in the back sheet for the solar cell module, and as a result, static electricity such as sucking up dust or making it difficult to superimpose with solar cells or the like. Inconveniences caused by charging can be prevented. When the antistatic agent is coated on the surface, the surface becomes sticky or contaminated. However, the inclusion of the antistatic agent in the synthetic resin layer, the base film 3 and / or the adhesive layer 12 reduces the adverse effects. Such an antistatic agent is not particularly limited. For example, anionic antistatic agents such as alkyl sulfates and alkyl phosphates, cationic antistatic agents such as quaternary ammonium salts and imidazoline compounds, and polyethylene glycol-based agents. Nonionic antistatic agents such as polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearic acid ester and ethanolamides, and high molecular antistatic agents such as polyacrylic acid are used. Among these, a cationic antistatic agent having a relatively large antistatic effect is preferable, and an antistatic effect is exhibited by addition of a small amount.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although this invention is explained in full detail based on an Example, this invention is not interpreted limitedly based on description of this Example.
