Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジンカバー10の下面に第1環状枠体14を形成する。第1環状枠体14内に円柱状のマウントラバー30を挿入し、マウントラバー30の突出部30bを第1環状枠体14の孔部14aに係合させる。マウントラバー30に貫通孔31を形成し、貫通孔31の内面に係合突起33を形成する。アダプタ20の上端近傍に該上端から基部側に所定距離を有して小径部25を形成する。アダプタ20の小径部25よりも下側に鍔部27を形成する。アダプタ20の上端側をマウントラバー30の貫通孔31に挿入して係合突起33を小径部25に嵌入させるとともに、鍔部27をマウントラバー30の下端面に当接させる。

Claims (7)
- 第1部材に設けられた環状枠体内に弾性部材を挿入保持し、該弾性部材に柱状の第2部材の先端側を挿入して上記第1部材と第2部材とを弾性部材を介して結合する部材の結合構造であって、
上記第2部材の先端側挿入部には該先端から基部側へ所定距離隔てて小径部が形成されるとともに、該小径部よりも基部側には外方へ延出する鍔部が形成され、
上記弾性部材には第2部材の挿入方向に貫通し内面に係合突起を有する貫通孔が形成され、
上記弾性部材を環状枠体内に挿入保持し、上記第2部材の先端側挿入部を上記弾性部材の貫通孔に挿入して係合突起を小径部に嵌入させるとともに鍔部を上記弾性部材の第2部材基部側端面に当接させることにより、上記第1部材と第2部材とが結合するように構成されていることを特徴とする部材の結合構造。 - 第1部材に設けられた環状枠体内に弾性部材を挿入保持し、該弾性部材に柱状の第2部材の先端側を挿入して上記第1部材と第2部材とを弾性部材を介して結合する部材の結合構造であって、
上記第2部材の先端側挿入部には該先端から基部側へ所定距離隔てて小径部が形成され、
上記弾性部材には第2部材の挿入方向に貫通し内面に係合突起を有する貫通孔が形成されるとともに、弾性部材の係合突起を第2部材の小径部に挿入させる際に上記係合突起の先端を弾性部材の外側へ変位させる挿入力低減用係合突起変位部が設けられ、
上記弾性部材を環状枠体内に挿入保持し、上記第2部材の先端側挿入部を上記弾性部材の貫通孔に挿入して係合突起を小径部に嵌入させることにより、上記第1部材と第2部材とが結合するように構成されていることを特徴とする部材の結合構造。 - 請求項1に記載の部材の結合構造において、
弾性部材には該弾性部材の係合突起を第2部材の小径部に挿入させる際に係合突起の先端を弾性部材の外側へ変位させる挿入力低減用係合突起変位部が設けられていることを特徴とする部材の結合構造。 - 請求項2または3に記載の部材の結合構造において、
係合突起変位部は、弾性部材の係合突起を第2部材の小径部に嵌入させる際に上記係合突起の先端を弾性部材の外側へ変位させるように形成された肉ぬすみ部を備えていることを特徴とする部材の結合構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の部材の結合構造において、
弾性部材の第2部材基部側端面には、弾性部材を環状枠体内に挿入する際に弾性部材を保持する治具が係合する治具係合部が設けられていることを特徴とする部材の結合構造。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の部材の結合構造において、
環状枠体には内面に開口する孔部が形成され、弾性部材には上記孔部に係合する突出部が形成され、上記弾性部材を環状枠体内に挿入して上記突出部を孔部に係合させることにより上記弾性部材が環状枠体に保持されていることを特徴とする部材の結合構造。 - 請求項6に記載の部材の結合構造において、
弾性部材の外面であって突出部に対応する第2部材基部側には、上記突出部を孔部に係合させる際に突出部の先端を弾性部材の内側へ変位させる凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする部材の結合構造。
