Abstract
【解決手段】熱変形が容易な基材上に、少なくとも保護層を有する転写層を一旦別の基材上に形成した転写シートから、熱転写法によって、熱変形が容易な基材上に転写層を転写して製造することを特徴とする、成型物用保護層転写シートの製造方法。また、前記保護層が電離放射線による硬化が可能な樹脂がアクリル−シリカハイブリッド樹脂であり、該樹脂は常温において硬化前にはタックがないことが好ましい。

保護層の硬化手段としては熱もしくは電離放射線による硬化が一般的である(特許文献1)。熱硬化の場合は、転写シート状態において保護層をあらかじめ硬化させる。なぜなら熱硬化は一般的に時間がかかるため、転写後での熱処理はシステムの簡便性に劣るからである。また、画像形成物の熱変形等による不具合が生じることもある。
UV硬化性アクリルシリカハイブリッド樹脂 70部(固形分30%、シリカ成分23%、Tg45℃、Mw2万)
光開始剤 1.0部(イルガキュア819、吸収ピーク波長370nm、チバスペシャリティケミカル製)
MEK 29部
接着層用塗工液1
アクリル樹脂 50部(ダイヤナールBR−93、三菱レイヨン製)
トルエン 25部
MEK 25部
次に、100μmのアクリルフィルムに熱ラミネーター(大成製VA2−700)を用いて第一転写シート1をラミネートし、第一転写シート1の基材をゆっくり剥離して保護層を転写した。つづいて保護層を転写したアクリルフィルムに再度熱ラミネーターで第一転写シート2をラミネートし、第一転写シート2の基材をゆっくり剥離して保護層上に接着層を転写することによって、成型物用保護層転写シート1を得た。
(評価)
保護層転写シートの基材への成膜性
○:基材を侵すことなく転写層を成膜できる、×:転写層が成膜時に基材を侵し、白濁する
保護層転写シートの基材の追従性
深絞り部分のアクリル樹脂製の直方体への基材の追従性を評価
○:基材が樹脂に追従している、×:基材が樹脂に追従せず破れが発生する
保護層転写シートの基材の剥離性
深絞り部分の基材剥離時における、保護層の剥離状態を評価
○:基材から界面剥離する、×:保護層が凝集剥離し、白化が見られる
耐溶剤性
サンプルにエタノール、MEK、トルエンをそれぞれ1滴滴下し、30分後に拭き取りサンプルの様子を観察する。
○:変化無し、△:若干侵される、×:完全に侵される
耐傷性
サンプルを250g/cm2の荷重をかけたスチールウール(ボンスター#0000)で10回擦る。
:変化無し、△:若干の傷あり、×:キズ大
※基材と保護層の密着性が高く、基材を剥離できないため、評価不能
Claims (6)
- 熱変形が容易な基材上に、少なくとも保護層を有する保護層転写シートの製造方法において、少なくとも保護層を有する転写層を一旦別の基材上に形成した転写シートから、熱転写法によって、熱変形が容易な基材上に転写層を転写して製造することを特徴とする、成型物用保護層転写シートの製造方法。
- 熱変形が容易な基材上に、少なくとも接着層、保護層を有し、最表面に接着層を有する保護層転写シートの製造方法において、少なくとも接着層、保護層を有する転写層を一旦別の基材上に形成した転写シートから、熱転写法によって、熱変形が容易な基材上に転写層を転写して製造することを特徴とする、成型物用保護層転写シートの製造方法。
- 保護層中に電離放射線硬化樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1、2記載の成型物用保護層転写シートの製造方法。
- 電離放射線硬化樹脂がアクリル−シリカハイブリッド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の成型物用保護層転写シートの製造方法。
- アクリル−シリカハイブリッド樹脂のシリカ成分が15重量%以上60重量%以下であり、常温において硬化前にタックが無いことを特徴とする請求項1〜4記載の成型物用保護層転写シートの製造方法。
- 硬化前のアクリル−シリカハイブリッド樹脂が30℃以上のTgを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5記載の成型物用保護層転写シートの製造方法。
