Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジンEと、油圧閉回路を介して繋がれた斜板タイプの油圧ポンプPおよび油圧モータMからなる静油圧式無段変速機CVTとを備えてパワーユニットPUが構成され、エンジンにより油圧ポンプを回転駆動するとともに油圧モータの斜板角度制御を行って無段変速機を行う。変速機ハウジングHSG内にエンジンのクランクシャフト機構部と静油圧式無段変速機の回転機構部とが収納され、エンジンのシリンダ1が変速機ハウジングHSGと一体結合され、油圧モータの斜板角度制御を行う斜板制御モータ47を、変速機ハウジングHSGにおけるシリンダ1の根本部近傍に配設している。

Claims (4)
- エンジンと、油圧閉回路を介して繋がれた斜板タイプの油圧ポンプおよび油圧モータからなる静油圧式無段変速機とを備えて構成され、前記エンジンにより前記油圧ポンプを回転駆動するとともに前記油圧ポンプおよび前記油圧モータの少なくともいずれかの斜板角度制御を行って前記油圧ポンプの入力回転を変速して前記油圧モータの出力回転として取り出すように構成されたパワーユニットにおいて、
メインハウジング内に前記エンジンのクランクシャフト機構部と前記静油圧式無段変速機の回転機構部とが収納され、前記エンジンのピストン機構部を収納するシリンダケーシングが前記メインハウジングと一体結合され、
前記油圧ポンプおよび前記油圧モータの少なくともいずれかの斜板角度制御を行う斜板アクチュエータを、前記メインハウジングにおける前記シリンダケーシングの根本部近傍に配設したことを特徴とするパワーユニット。 - 前記エンジンがVバンクを有するV型気筒エンジンからなり、片側バンクに位置するシリンダケーシングと前記メインハウジングとに挟まれた空間内に前記斜板アクチュエータを配設したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパワーユニット。
- 自動二輪車に搭載して用いられ、前記静油圧式無段変速機の回転軸が前記自動二輪車の車体左右方向に延びるとともに、前記シリンダケーシングが前記メインハウジングから上方に延びて取り付けられ、
前記斜板アクチュエータが前記シリンダケーシングの後側であって前記メインハウジングの上側に位置して取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載のパワーユニット。 - 前記斜板アクチュエータが、前記シリンダケーシングの中心に対して車体左右方向いずれかに偏って配設されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパワーユニット。
