Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、建築物の躯体が出来上がると上階へ移設する、クライミングクレーン9を支えるマスト8の下端と接合するマスト受け台1に、上下階の二層でクレーンの荷重とモーメントを支える上桁2と下桁3を設け、荷重とモーメントを上下階の梁5と6に分散した、二層受け桁クライミングクレーン。

▲1▼躯体の上下階の梁に二層に分散し、クレーンの荷重、モーメントが作用するので梁の補強が不要でコストが掛からず、躯体へ与える影響も無くなる。
▲2▼クレーンを建築物の中央寄りに設置出来る為、作業効率が良くなり、吊り能力が小さくて済み、コストダウンとなる。
▲3▼高所作業が少なく、躯体の中での作業となり安全である。

Claims (3)
- 建築物の躯体が出来上がり順次、上階へ設置部を移設する、クライミングクレーン(9)を支えるマスト(8)の下端と接合するマスト受け台(1)に、上下の二層階でクレーンの荷重とモーメントを支える上裄(2)と下桁(3)を設け、上下階の梁(5)(6)に荷重とモーメントを分散する事を特徴とした、二層受け桁クライミングクレーン。
- クライミングクレーン(9)を支えるマスト(8)の下端と接合するマスト受け台(1)に設けた、上桁(2)下桁(3)と躯体の梁(5)(6)との接合部に弾性材(7)を設けた、請求項1の二層受け桁クライミングクレーン。
- クライミングクレーン(9)を支えるマスト(8)の下端と接合するマスト受け台(1)を分割可能としマスト数が少ない時、下桁(3)のみでクレーンの荷重とモーメントを支える、請求項1の二層受け桁クライミングクレーン。
