Abstract
【解決手段】 往復駆動機構2を、筒状鉄芯5の外側に円筒状のコイル7を配置した電磁石12と、筒状鉄芯5の内孔内に往復動可能に配設され一端に振動板3が連結された可動軸6と、筒状鉄芯5を間において可動軸9の両端に配設された一対の磁石ホルダ24と、軸方向の両端が各磁石ホルダ24に挟持され環状に形成されるとともに軸方向に着磁されコイル7の軸方向両側に同極が対向するように配置された一対の永久磁石26とを有する構成とし、電磁石12、磁石ホルダ24および永久磁石26により可動軸9の作動力を増加させる作動力増加手段29を設ける。

Claims (3)
- 往復駆動機構の駆動力をもって作動する振動板の振動によって、流体の吸入と吐出とを交互に行うことのできるポンプであって、
前記往復駆動機構が、
筒状鉄芯の外側に円筒状のコイルを配置することにより形成された電磁石と、
前記筒状鉄芯の内孔内に両端がこの内孔から突出するように装着され軸方向に往復移動可能に配設されるとともに、一端に前記振動板が連結された可動軸と、
前記筒状鉄芯を間において前記可動軸の軸方向の両側に配設された一対の磁石ホルダと、
軸方向の両端が前記各磁石ホルダに挟持されており、環状に形成されるとともに軸方向に着磁され前記コイルの軸方向両側に同極が対向するように配置された一対の永久磁石とを有し、
前記電磁石、磁石ホルダおよび永久磁石により、前記可動軸の作動力を増加させる作動力増加手段が形成されていることを特徴とするポンプ。 - 前記作動力増加手段が、
前記筒状鉄芯の両端面に径方向外側に向かうように形成されたフランジを有し、このフランジの径方向外側に前記永久磁石を配設するとともに、前記磁石ホルダを磁性体により形成し、前記各磁石ホルダのうちの一方の磁石ホルダの永久磁石のコイルと対向する内端面に当接される当接面を、一方の磁石ホルダ側に配置された前記フランジの内端面より軸方向内側に配置させることにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 前記コイルおよび永久磁石の径方向外側を囲う筒状外鉄芯が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポンプ。
