Abstract
【解決手段】灌流検査を行なう方法が、対象(22)の関心区域の最初の完全走査(100)を実行する工程と、造影剤の移動を検出するために関心区域の少なくとも1回の後続の部分的走査(102)を実行する工程とを含んでいる。他の態様では、計算機式断層写真法(CT)システムが、放射線源と、放射線検出器と、放射線源及び放射線検出器に結合されているコンピュータとを含んでいる。コンピュータは、対象の関心区域の最初の完全走査を実行して、造影剤の移動を検出するために関心区域について少なくとも1回の後続の部分的走査を実行するように構成されている。

このアルゴリズムでの部分的走査プロトコル(PSP)は、収集された投影から未知の投影を推定する訳ではないので投影補間アルゴリズム(PIA)での部分的走査プロトコル(PSP)ほど制限的でない。よって、より多くの代替的走査プロトコルを選択肢に用いることができる。固定分布型4分の1走査プロトコルを用いる図9の実施形態を例とすると、t=0では360°の完全投影データ集合を収集するが、t=Δt及び他の以降の瞬間についてはビュー番号0,4,8,…(黒丸)の投影データのみを収集する。回転分布型4分の1走査(図10に示す)では、t=Δtでビュー番号0,4,8,…の投影データのみを収集し、t=2Δtではビュー番号1,5,9,…の投影データのみを収集し、以下同様である。

- 放射線源(14)と、
放射線検出器(18)と、
前記放射線源及び前記放射線検出器に結合されているコンピュータ(36)とを備えた計算機式断層写真法(CT)システム(10)であって、前記コンピュータは、
対象(22)の関心区域について最初の完全走査(100)を実行し、
造影剤の移動を検出するために前記関心区域について少なくとも1回の後続の部分的走査(102)を実行するように構成されている、計算機式断層写真法(CT)システム(10)。 - 前記コンピュータ(36)はさらに、
走査が実行されるi番目の回転区画(154)以外の全ての回転区画で走査が実行されないようにしたn個の回転区画(152)を含む1回目の全回転(150)を実行して、
