According to the present invention, the following excellent effects are exhibited.
1. According to the invention of claim 1 of the present invention,
The thread base structure of the needle body base has a transverse opening notch groove in the needle body abdomen,
And since the groove has a narrow inlet portion and a wide interior, and the rear wall of the opening groove in the transverse direction is formed lower than the front wall body of the opening groove,
Anyone can easily perform the operation because the yarn is not required to be passed through the needle hole as in the case of the penetration type. Moreover, the opening notch groove of the needle body does not damage the tissue of the sutured object.
2. According to the invention of claim 2,
The needle base is made of an elastic material, and the opening notch groove forms a spring groove that expands with the introduction of the yarn and is restored to a narrow shape after passing the yarn, so that the yarn is easily hooked.
3. According to the invention of claim 3,
The opening notch groove in the transverse direction is formed of a semicircular surface or a semi-elliptical surface at the end and front and rear wall surfaces of the front wall body and the rear wall body constituting the opening notch groove. Since it passes through the curved portion, it can be easily hooked and can be prevented from being cut by the corners.

4. According to the invention of claim 4,
The rear wall of the opening groove in the transverse direction constitutes a circular or elliptical standing columnar part,
Since the columnar part has a constricted part for winding a thread around the intermediate part,
Since the yarn is wound around the constricted portion and is difficult to come off, the operation can be performed reliably.
Furthermore, the tension of the hooked thread is not applied to the spring groove (the machine part), but is applied to the curved part of the thread hooking end inside the needle groove. Does not cut the yarn.
5. According to the invention of claim 5,
Since the rough concavity and convexity processing for preventing the yarn from slipping is performed on the surface of the constricted portion, the wound yarn is less likely to fall off and come out, and the operation can be performed reliably.
6. According to the invention of claim 6,
The neck portion for winding the yarn is covered or sandwiched with a cushioning material for preventing slipping of the hooked yarn, and the cushion is easily processed, and the wound yarn is wound. The possibility of falling off and falling out can be reduced.

7. According to the invention of claim 7,
Since the front wall of the opening groove in the transverse direction is formed by overhanging the upper part of the rear wall body, it is sufficient to introduce the thread sideways into the opening notch groove obliquely or from the rear. As described above, since it is not necessary to pass the thread tip through the needle hole, anyone can easily perform the operation. Moreover, the opening notch groove of the needle body does not damage the tissue of the sutured object, and the hooked thread is difficult to come off.
8. According to the invention of claim 8,
The thread base structure of the needle body base has a transverse opening notch groove in the needle body abdomen,
In addition, the groove has a narrow entrance portion and a wide inside, and the rear wall surface and front wall surface of the opening notch groove are formed in a circular or elliptical shape. Can be cheaper.

9. According to the invention of claim 9,
The entrance part of the needle body notch groove is provided with an inclination angle that enters the front part of the abdomen of the needle body, so that it is easy to hook the thread from the diagonal side, and it is difficult to remove and easy to manufacture and inexpensive. can do.
10. According to the invention of claim 10,
When the suturing needle of the present invention is used as a medical suturing needle, the thread can be easily passed through, the thread is not easily pulled out, and the cutting by the ammunition machine is avoided, so that the efficiency during the treatment can be improved.
11. According to the invention of claim 11,
If the suture needle of the present invention is used as a general household or industrial suture needle, it is only necessary to introduce the thread from the side or from the side, and the thread tip does not have to be passed through the needle hole as in the case of the penetration type. Anyone can easily pass the thread through the hook.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
Conventionally, austenitic stainless steel has been mainly used as a material for suture needles because of the basic necessity of not rusting or breaking. Moreover, since the precision processing and surface polishing were required, the thing with a complicated needle hole part was not made.
Recently, however, a technology called nanotechnology has been developed and applied to the ultrafine field, and ultrafine precision processing of metals has become easier.
With the background of these techniques, the present invention produces and provides a suture needle in the shape of a needle hole that is precision-processed and is easier to use based on curved portions.
Hereinafter, details of the embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is an external view of a standard suture needle of the present invention.
(A) is a top view, (B) is a front view, and (C) is a side view.
In the figure, 1 is a suture needle, 2 is a needle body base, 3 is a latching portion, 4 is an opening notch groove entrance,
5 is an opening notch, 6 is a front wall, 6 'is a front wall end, 7 is a rear wall, 7' is a rear wall end, 8 is inside the opening notch, 9 is a rear wall, 10 is a rear end of the suture needle, 11 is a thread, and 16 is a front wall surface.
As shown in the drawing, the structure of the thread hooking portion 3 of the needle body base 2 has an opening notch groove 5 in the transverse direction in the needle body abdomen, and the groove has a narrow inlet portion and a wide inside, and The rear wall 7 of the opening notch groove 5 in the direction is formed lower than the front wall 6 of the opening notch groove 5. In the transverse opening notch groove 5, the rear wall surface 9 and the front wall surface 16 are formed in a semicircular or semi-elliptical surface.

The operation introduces the side surface of the thread 11 to be hooked into the opening notch groove inlet 4 from the oblique side,
At this time, the gap of the opening notch groove 5 is narrower than the diameter of the thread 11, but the upper and lower portions of the opening notch groove inlet 4 are thin and the material is, for example, the austenitic stainless steel, so that it has elasticity. ing.
Further, the thread 11 itself is particularly fibrous and has elasticity, and the opening notch groove 5 constitutes a spring groove, so that it expands as the thread is introduced, and after the thread has passed, Since the thread is restored to a small size, it is easy to hook the thread and to remove it easily.
Further, the front wall end 6 ′ and the rear wall end 7 ′ of the front wall body 6 and the rear wall body 7 constituting the opening notch groove 5, and the rear wall surface 9 and the front wall surface 16 are semicircular. Formed into a surface or semi-elliptical surface,
Since the thread 11 is introduced along the curved surface, the thread 11 is hooked to the rear wall surface 9 through the opening notch groove 8 in the latching part 3 of the needle body base 2 without being caught by the opening notch groove 5. And since it pulls out outside across the suture needle rear end 10 which forms a curved surface, it is possible to prevent the thread 11 from being cut by the corners of the opening notch groove 5.

Accordingly, since it is not necessary to pass the thread tip through the needle hole as in the case of the penetrating type, anyone can easily perform the operation.
Further, as described above, the opening notch groove inlet 4 of the needle body has a front position higher than the rear, and the opening notch groove 5 is formed in a curved shape, so that the tissue of the sutured object is not damaged.

FIG. 2 is an external view of the spool type suture needle of the present invention.
(A) is a top view, (B) is a front view, and (C) is a side view.
In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes a standing columnar part, 12 ′ standing columnar part end, and 13 a constricted part.
1 is basically the same as FIG. 1 except that the rear wall (7) of the opening groove 5 in the transverse direction constitutes a circular or elliptical standing columnar portion 12, and the standing columnar portion 12 is It has a constricted portion 13 for winding a thread around the intermediate portion.
As described above, the side surface of the thread 11 to be hooked is introduced into the opening notch groove inlet 4 obliquely from the side. The thread 11 is introduced along the curved surface of the opening notch groove 5. The hook 3 passes through the opening notch groove 8 and reaches the rear wall 9 without being caught in the opening notch 5. And since it pulls out outside across the suture needle rear end 10 which forms a curved surface, it is possible to prevent the thread 11 from being cut by the corners of the opening notch groove 5.

And when pulling out the said thread | yarn 11 outside, it winds around the constriction part 13 which makes the said standing columnar part 12 1 to several times.
By the winding described above, the possibility that the thread 11 slips from the hooking portion of the rear wall surface 9 is reduced (see FIG. 2 (c)).
As described above, the middle portion of the thread 11 can be introduced obliquely from the side, and the thread tip does not have to be passed through the needle hole as in the case of the penetrating type. Moreover, it can be performed reliably.
When this type is used as a suture needle for medical surgery, it is possible to avoid thread breakage by a conventional bullet hole and to prevent thread dropout.

(A) is a top view, (B) is a front view, and (C) is a side view.
In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes rough machining.
Since the introduction of the thread, the basic structure of the needle hole part, and the process up to winding around the thread winding part are the same as those of the thread-wound type suture needle of FIG.
The difference from FIG. 2 is that the surface of the constricted portion 13 having the columnar shape is subjected to uneven or streak-like rough processing 14 to prevent the hooked thread from slipping. The yarn wound by this rough processing can be less likely to slip.

FIG. 4 is an external view of the suture winding cushion type suture needle of the present invention,
(A) is a top view, (B) is a front view, and (C) is a side view.
In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a cushion.
Since the introduction of the thread, the basic structure of the needle hole portion, and the process up to winding around the thread winding portion are the same as those of the spool-type suture needle of FIG.
3 differs from FIG. 3 in that a cushion 15 for preventing the hooked thread 11 from slipping is disposed on the constricted portion 13 having the columnar shape.

The cushion 15 may cover the periphery of the constricted portion 13 around which the thread 11 is wound,
Alternatively, the upper and lower portions of the constricted portion 13 may be separated horizontally, and the seat of the cushion 15 may be sandwiched therebetween. The material of the cushion 15 is preferably a synthetic resin that is elastic and resistant to wear.
The arrangement of the cushion 15 facilitates processing, and can reduce the possibility of the wound yarn falling off.

As described with reference to FIG. 1, the rear wall 7 of the opening groove 5 in the transverse direction is formed lower than the front wall 6 of the opening groove 5.
In FIG. 1, the front wall end 6 ′ of the front wall 6 may be extended and overhanged above the rear wall end 7 ′ (not shown). )
In this case, the front wall end 6 ′ protruding by the extension becomes thin, but the elasticity increases, so that the thread 11 can be easily introduced and the thread 11 comes out of the opening notch groove inlet 4. To prevent that.
Examples in which the rear wall end portion 6 ′ is formed in an overhang are shown in FIGS.

FIG. 5 is an external view of the weft insertion type suture needle of the present invention.
(A) is a top view, (B) is a front view, and (C) is a side view.
In the figure, reference numeral 16 denotes a front wall surface.
The structure of the thread hooking portion 3 of the needle base 2 has an opening notch groove 5 in the transverse direction at the needle body abdomen, and the opening notch groove inlet 4 is narrow and wide inside.
The front wall end 6 ′ and the rear wall end 7 ′, the front wall 16 and the rear wall 9 constituting the opening notch groove 5 are formed in a semicircular or semi-elliptical surface.
First, the side surface of the thread 11 to be hooked is introduced from the opening notch groove entrance 4.
At this time, the opening notch groove entrance 4 is narrower than the diameter of the thread 11, but the thread 11 itself is particularly fibrous and has elasticity.
Therefore, when the yarn 11 is introduced, the diameter of the yarn 11 passes along the opening notch groove 5 while being reduced, and when it reaches the inside 8 of the opening notch groove, it returns to the original diameter due to elasticity.
And the thread | yarn 11 which reached the rear part wall body 9 of the latching | locking part 3 is drawn | fed out outside (refer FIG.5 (c) figure).
As described above, the side surface (intermediate portion) of the thread 11 may be introduced from the side, and the thread tip does not have to be passed through the needle hole as in the case of the penetrating type. Therefore, anyone can easily perform the operation. Moreover, since it is a simple shape, manufacture is easy and it can be made inexpensive.

In the figure, 16 is a front wall surface, and 17 is an inclined groove.
The opening notch groove inlet 4 is provided with an inclined groove 17 having an inclination angle to enter the front of the abdomen of the needle body 1 as shown in the figure.
The side surface of the thread 11 to be hooked is introduced from the opening notch groove inlet 4.
At this time, the opening notch groove entrance 4 is narrower than the diameter of the thread 11, but the thread 11 itself is particularly fibrous and has elasticity.
Therefore, when the thread 11 is introduced from the opening notch groove inlet 4, the diameter of the thread 11 passes along the inclined groove 17 while being reduced, and when the thread 11 reaches the inside 8 of the opening notch groove, it returns to the original diameter again due to elasticity.
And the thread | yarn 11 which reached the rear part wall body 9 of the latching | locking part 3 is drawn | fed out outside (refer FIG.6 (c) figure).
In this type of suture needle, the thread is not easily removed because the opening notch groove is deeper than in FIG.
The inclined groove 17 is formed on the standard suture needle shown in FIG. 1 and the suture needle formed by overhanging the rear wall body end portion 6 ′ shown in FIGS. You may apply.
